He went after ten to the corner cafe
Lit brazenly against the backdrop
Of the wife and the kids
Arriving at five on the shuttle
that hustled him into
this port
Spending the night
Looking for a lifeline
To recall when he's anchored
In Cleveland
Hey,a sirens beginning to sing
Strolling away to
A rain soaked night
His conscience safely stowed
Navigating the front desk
Lingering at
Coast is clear
as though
Shanghied to Ohio
Breaking apart on the rocks
Offering cab
fare
And coffee
Walking into
the wake
Alone
A daughter is your whole world
Can go without
Job and ambition
Loitering and shopping
Grand feast
And gathering
Before marry
You're too absorbed
To remember your friends
After marry
You're too busy
To remember them too
Hei Hei
Just
A kind of carelessness
Just
A kind of selfless love
I set out, and loitering is forbidden,
And I, who stood intent upon beholding the roots
tried it; I swear it!
but so far I understood,
that hardly could the eye attain it.
The cord of a bow;
never shot an arrow from itself,
for that, you need a bowman
... But also, permission to loiter.
There was a young lady from Gwent
Who’d only make love in a tent
When pitched in a field
She’d willingly yield
The farmer now charges ground rent!

Storm in the wind
Coldness feels raw;
Shivering feeling
Glances vaguely conspire
Proof awaits reveal;
Misunderstanding seeds
Folded umbrella
Waiting to unleash;
Ready for rainy flight
Aimless loitering
Hazy corridors;
Lost but not found
Listen to the wind
Shrieking pregnant laughter;
Monsoon rain splashes canvas
Desperate measures
Wet umbrellas fight;
Flight from drenching dash

Look who's now looking when things fall apart;
Oblige the lacking in things left undone;
Invoke the slacking as lazy upstarts;
Trust your reckoning to corrupt your pun;
Ending is starting to be frightening;
Reach for the scary moments that hurl lack;
Invoice your tearing for random straining;
Notice the dreary figments in playback;
Give your weakness time to capture the vain;
Ask to suppress blues that bleed yet more fears;
Mangle the bleak chimes that gather more pain;
Appease your sad dues with urgency clear;
Zest drains away now in melancholy;
Empty sad endow life's mad tragedy.
