Abreast and believingly
Above all things,
Glorious harmonies, we sing

Level yes;
Heartbeats in chest;
Soul my soul breathe;
Rainbow colors black and white,
Embraced colors ivory black N white;
Lovers of melodies prominent

Lo! music love vocals of heart;
Rhapsody imparted elephants march;
She played the chords of voice;
The band levied the coarse;
Touching all the keys;
Melody

Black and white keys
Dominate, the Rapsody
Celestial Holy energy
I receive huggINGly

Premium MemberEldridge Cleaver and me

The beginning of me the ideology
wearing wires pregnant buying
weapons and drugs from corrupt
officers for the federal bureau
of investigation the department
of Justice the center piece
cointelpro levied just so the
matter of facts the 44 magnum
in my mouth teeth chattering
looking through an assault rifle
red dot on the female agents
ponytail my children singing
my girl with the fbi supervisor
I'd be murdered for a lessor
god I'd be assassinated bullied
extorted crippled by a car bomb
I will still drink my lemonade
on a Sunday afternoon I'd still
die an American hearing my
fetus heartbeat I'd still remember
Chicago I will never fret over
gang violence nor corruption
I shall still adore my roses eating
ice quenching my thirst during
a stroke I'll still be American in
this land on this soil my blood
shall run through the hidden
canals as the sun shine on my
back an yet I'll still be American
I'll still be me when I diiiiie

Premium MemberLong Thin Blade of Weariness

Long Thin Blade of Weariness...
gloom of daze parries the long thin blade of weariness
metaphors adjust frequency matched patterns of
interwoven connectivity through mirrored meaning...
sameness, a variation of conformity, eventuates in
perennial lack for something notable to
be rendered as an attendant distraction...
corsets laced tightly although it be hidden...
armatures support long in the tooth masses of
wobbly flesh and bones devouring kindred signs of desire...
levied endowments of netting bespoken quietly
as their whispered confluence of thoughts,
still wet from their birth, makes for an interesting
Sunday brunch as served by some, received by others
halve to have not - who says who scrapes the salt
from the mines of harvested beingness?
who doth say anything at all?

Nothing

Shall there be a soothing rest within the arms of a shallow grove, from whence the aches of an early dawn arise in its  presence, as a burning flame before the veiled eyes of a sterling mire? Count it not as so, that all inherently good things one might seek may be levied by the hands of time, for those that are of the same zealous mind, that can neither be accepted nor denied.

Sterling

Premium MemberRoad Map

Close up, the lines appeared as a road map
for those seeking a route to their destination.
Igneous paths cut into the Earth's surface,
worn by centuries of wind, rain and asphalt.

Or meandering streams that are tributaries
to rivers searching for a means of escape
from levied boundaries into an open sea.
Observations of an analytical imagination.

Beneath the powerful lens of a microscope,
magnification indicated no vehicles traversing,
nor currents flowing within estuary banks.
Only striations archeologists find fascinating.

Premium MemberShades and Symbols

Vitriolic stances generate vicious marks.
Sweltering, an irritating swamp of sadness.
The bold spirit is infused with pitiful dark.
Levied by cruel words exuding madness.
Each genius suffers fools that ruin their harks.

Parades of enormous egos in the sky.
Thinking, they are clever in their eyes.
If you follow the fool, you will run dry.
This sense of pride links the beat to the rise.
The patient’s head horn was extremely high.

If you seek fame, they shun the white feathers.
Going by water and fire pulls you near.
Stiff work is vital for raising bright ethers.
Each step takes us closer, great or mere.
Bear you via a mirror and dispel your pressure.

For Dignity In the Society

Over the past feel not guilty,
Though forgetting is a difficulty,
God might have levied a penalty,
Maybe no rewards despite loyalty,
As every loss is a bitter liability,
Place them before the Almighty,
Take an oath to work with sincerity,
Thank the Lord for His generosity,
Every soul has a God-given duty,
Which must be done with morality,
God will test heart's purity,
A hard-worker losing is a rarity,
As life is given no perpetuity,
Quickly discharge every activity,
Fame alone enjoys immortality!

Constance, my friend, like you, I am a dreamer,
treading on the pathless path of fate
tending to the scars on my soul.

Memories have you looking inward,
writing poems that take my breath away,
lamenting how rainy day blues have levied their toll.

You've shown me the beauty of morning dew,
the surreal, unfathomable reverie
of dreamy places, and had me flying with the birds.

Sometimes it feels like I'm walking on broken glass
or drowning in the deep, deep, blue sea:
when I hear sorrow, like a lover, whisper such sad words.

Citing the beauty in rain and the beauty of dusk,
you've shown me grief is love, with nowhere to go:
and I am one with the spirits in the sky.

Saturated in solitude, there is a dream place.
filled with ebon veins of old thoughts,
where childhood memories oft make you cry.

You are a poet born from grief,
broken into a thousand beautiful pieces;
trusting love will heal the world.

And collecting all the pieces to the puzzle,
you swim against an undercurrent of melancholy,
to find both love and woe in the netherworld.

Premium MemberThe Wheel of Doubt

I drive me crazy
- there's no hiding or help
for dark self distrust.

Frightening whispers
are like a levied tax of
doubt about my choices.

Anticipations
dulled on anxieties rough shore
- best to keep them deep.

Premium MemberThat Momentary Promise

Poignant concentric circles speak
lies ever present keeps us in
social chess limbo
one step forward----limitless
backs to a mirrored standstill
focus of one against everything
and yet nothing really stands in
our way, but----------ourselves.
Wavering our intent to do what is
taught right, converges on a purpose
to be US----non levied--incongruent
proactive engaged--centered and corporeal
in our global love, splintered, spawned and sealed
in a charity of actions all of which, what kind,
how many and whose-----------will always begin at
HOME.

One wild happy-go-lucky senryu
Was caught impersonating a haiku
They levied no fines
But removed two lines
Now she's a stick-in-the-mud monoku

Capital Crimes

Capital Crimes

In communist China, there are public executions...
Sentences executed out in swiftly and in all finality...
Such draconian punishment is even levied on woman prisoners.....
Corrupt top officials, man or woman, are branded capital offence criminals...
It is a harsh world of retribution in the vast lands of China...
Here in Bolehland, things are so very much different...
Guilty politicians, they stay together and cover up for the other...
Like birds of a feather, you see them flocking together....
Like a herd of zebras rampaging in the wild....
You get cross eyed trying to single out a particular one....
You end up bewildered, there are so many zebras running wild...
Hohoho...

we are here only for
the pure joy of Living,
a perfect simplicity of
blend requiem of life well lived
cognizant of ill pressed non beliefs
distant ***** dagger domestications
prisoner soulless sex socializations
livid love lies, greedy gonad gossip
self levied hate from sources abrupt
from in to ex turnal left on
suppressed brain avenues ahead.
Only back issues available, all
forward enterprises, ticketable,
jailable, own your thought police.
A Candid jubilee recipe awaits us;
A heart full unconditional love
cup of Self Awareness concentrate,
a pinch of truth, integrity, empathy,
mix carefully into one's soul, steep o'er night
wake up one with everything, everyone.

His Leadership

One lonely, longing, long-time leader
Lost from time and from perspective
His lifelong tendency to cheat and steal
Ever evident and reflective
He helped the rich get richer
At the expense of hampering the poor
The ones needing help got the least
While the one’s with the most got more
He exacted and enacted his will on the masses
Then levied big breaks for elites in their taxes
Though his greatest of rapings occurred when he ran
Not from his wrongs, but instead for the land
He was now at the height of his power assured
Societal defects and diseases
They were his to cure
Unfortunately all of his thoughts were impure
Alternatively, he brought pestilence, famine and war
He was the hammer, the sickle, the axe and the drill
He demanded devotion, dominated his will
Never once thinking for the people
He was only in it for the thrill
That, and the hope that one day,
His legacy would be etched upon a bill.
