Muscadine Sauce
2 Lbs. of muscadine grapes or
6 cups halfed grapes
1 1/2 cups of muscadine grape juice
1/2 cup of strawberry wine
1 tablespoon of ground ginger
2 T lemon juice
1/2 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 Tbsp. of cornstarch
2 sprigs of rosemary
mix l in a pot bring to a boil whisk until a sauce is made set aside.
roll store bough sugar cookies and line a muffin pan
let rest
filling for cookie
2 cups softened creamed cheese
1/2 cup of mild creamy goat cheese
2/3 c of sugar
1 tbsp. of vanilla
1 egg yolk
4 tablespoons iof butter
21 tbsp. of cultured butter milk powder
3 T lemon juice
1 teaspoon of salt
mix well and pipe into the muffines and bake until cookies are done on a low heat.
severe in a bowl with vanilla icecream!

With lime and tequila
and cayenne, Sweet Missie
Slap my ass!
Strawberry shortcake
With
A rummy strawberry sauce
Whipped cream
And vanilla ice cream
Ya'll that's ah party!
Slurp the white zinfendell
And tug at your drawels

I'm going to share a truth...that will shock you my friends.
It's about when my Grandma...when she reached her bitter end.
She died in a hospital...she had Alzheimer's disease.
But that's not what killed her...you'll find this hard to believe.
When I got to her side...she was hungry and scared.
She weighed 60 lbs...there was no food anywhere.
The hospital staff...was feeding everyone on the floor.
But they wouldn't feed grandma...they skipped right past her door.
I then told the nurse...there must be an error.
She sent the doctor in...he said my uncle John had ordered this care.
They stopped giving her water...her food to was now gone.
There was no chance of her getting better...so she would just gently pass on.
She was starving and thirsty...that's exactly how she died.
Hunger pains and that thirst...her basic needs were denied.
I hope he's forgiven...for this sin from her kid.
I wonder if he regrets it...this evil thing that he did.
*this happened 30 years ago I hope they have changed the law so hospitals can no longer do this to people*

My mother’s mom was sick so I couldn’t stay
My world full of joy and peace no fear
Was now torn down with this first of many new tears
This first stone was cast my heart it did crack
I now felt a new weight up there on my back
My travel was quick I had to be there
My poor mommy was hurting beyond compare
Grandma knew not us she just looked and stared
She was only 60 lbs just lying there
This disease had it’s hold this would be her last final day
Why must people we love have to die this way
Alzheimer’s was given and then it did take
As I watched this poor woman my heart it did break
She soon lost her life not knowing my name
But I know in my heart she was glad that I came

On the morn of Jan. 6th, 2008, at precisely 11.03
my son and his wife were blessed with a baby boy.
An angel from heaven, Jonathon weighed in,
at 7 lbs. 2 oz., a bundle of pure joy.
A Christmas child, he was two weeks over due
and had to be helped into this world at first.
A breached birth, he needed a cesarean delivery
and a concerned family feared the worst.
Born with his father’s looks and his mother’s smile
he has deep hazel eyes you can lose yourself in.
Conceived with love, he’s the answer to their prayers,
a precocious child with a prodigious grin.
He has an angelic face with a melt your heart look
and skin so soft it’s like caressing warm air.
Daddy’s baby boy is a chip off the old block
sporting ebony locks, in a tangle of hair.
He calls me papa Emile, and I spoil him rotten
with unconditional love and his favorite candy treat.
His birth was one of the greatest moments of my life
although at first, it was somewhat bittersweet.
