intermediate truths will do for now
involving dissolution of ego
staid stillness reveals what mind cannot know
by direct touch, God wisdom does endow
kundalini rises if we allow
whence sailing in the boat which God does row
spirit repays debts of love which we owe
clear sight’s bestowed when to His will we bow
ego vaporises yet we remain
we as living light dissolve in God’s heart
both immanent as also transcendent
we see soul’s journey has not been in vain
as pure awareness, we add love to cart
living light eternal, bliss resplendent

deeming as intermediate
every offering imbibed
we remain a humble receptor
to magnetism as it heightens
within this organic form
humility makes us silent
yet the silence reverberates
with the cosmic hum sublime
so as we so surf the bardo
we willingly burn in body urn

“We are almost there but not quite ~
Not yet graced with spherical sight”
~ quote by poet
Intermediate truths whence known,
in as seen because we have been
to subtler realms denied to most,
but it’s not yet wisdom full blown,
since karmic slate is not wiped clean,
last mile to heaven, yet to coast.
Wisdom downloads and divine light
are offerings of grace imbibed
and perhaps we have pierced the void
but we have not garnered clear sight,
though cravings of ego have died,
soul’s not yet pure and unalloyed.
Allow bliss mists to make ingress,
without self-appraising progress.

intermediate awakenings
offer heart delight
which is good
but then
ego hijacks
the understanding
affirming interpretations
viewed through mind
thereby distorting
the clear truth
and this is the trap
our presence falls into
so it is back to staid stillness
where by so becoming
we shine as the light
of pure awareness
which we are

There is matter everywhere around us,
From tea to cups.
It is something which has volume and mass,
Present in three naturally occurring states of solid, liquid and gas.
Solids have a definite shape and volume,
With maximum density that is mass per unit volume.
They resist the flow,
From toe to hoe.
They do not get compressed,
thereby, there melting and boiling point are at the crest.
Liquids have fixed volumes but indefinite shape,
Whenever kept in any container acquire its shape.
They flow but do not get compressed,
With intermediate forces of attraction, density and kinetic energy, they are blessed.
Gases have neither fixed volume nor shape,
from anywhere they can escape.
They have minimum forces of attraction and density,
But they have maximum rate of fluidity and compressibility.
These are the state of matter,
Invented by our Mother Nature.

Intermediate truths must do for now ~
Until God’s grace does not wisdom endow
We are in distress and so seek solace ~
Clinging to a faith to garner God’s grace
We look to the sky, thinking God’s out there ~
It’s a guessing game, of mind unaware
Every ism worships a different God ~
Is not sun the life source, that leaves us awed
Scriptures we believe in, bind and confine ~
Why not simply, with pulse of love align
The path is simple: meld head with the heart ~
The truth is oneness: all one, none apart

Another world another time when you were mine
A sunny day a breath away when we just met
Assembled disassembled, you and I were one
Beautiful moments shared in honesty
Brave talks that opened hearts and souls
Birthing love with intermediate breaths we won
Closeness happened and we found each other
Closing the curtains we opened every window
Cajoling kindred spirits, mirroring the self.

sitting motionless
mood meditative
awareness expanded
enveloping the universe
as I so became and felt
God’s breath as my own
indwelling all forms
emerging from the immersion
lower mind posed a simple question:
we cannot be where we already are not
which led to the simple recognition
that we are as God when mind is still
and captive to ego when thoughts arise
it being our will where we choose to be
with each intermediate awakening
we get to a definitive knowing
enabled by so becoming
nothing changes
life goes on as before
but earlier we were ignorant
and now with this knowing
we are equanimous

hands folded
heart prayerful
we request lives we touch
be made more beautiful
to our astonishment
we hear a voice benign
telepathic and unmistakable
‘no one is yours, all are mine’
we did not give up easily
‘oh lord, please intervene’
the answer is succinct
‘be still, that truth be seen’
the admonishment continued
‘who you are, in silence recall
if you pray for betterment
then pray for one and all’
relinquishing attachment
renouncing every fear
I stood silent in my emptiness
waiting for God to appear

Intermediate truths
are what we rely on,
by employing our mind,
which has limitations,
we’re loathe to leave behind.
Intermediate truths
will do for now dear heart,
since we’re in delusion
that we’re this body-mind,
which is an illusion.
Intermediate truths
enable us to weave
scripts as of ego’s urge,
floundering in darkness,
thus blocking bliss beat surge.
Intermediate truths
are employed by mankind,
who’ve seen not divine light
that glows within our heart,
pulsating day and night.

Intermediate truths will do for now,
because we dwell as yet in lower mind
and soul whispers know not how to follow;
conditioned beliefs grip us in their bind
and so for the moment, soul must lay low,
since light of Self is known not to the blind.
Lead us on pastor, for now, words will do,
although deep in our heart, they don’t ring true.

Slow -walking nocturnal steps
around a blank-faced time.
Gained intermediate cloud space.
Rolled over,
watched from inside an electric dial,
wrist-watched from a digital clock,
eyes within eyes.
Walked on
into a concrete laboratory,
knocked on woke white walls
listened for
the breathless sound
of body-roots breaking through
climbable inches of sky.

The highborn woman and her sons.
An old woman has died she was famous for having no opinion
about anything; talking about “families” soft as flannel patting
a child’s stately bum.
One of her sons has taken her place at the top of the table.
A rigid man with a complaining mien has to use an intermediate
to get his rather trite opinions across.
His mistress, once a reviled woman who came before and after
his wife, who tragically died, but the public forgives her
thanks to sycophantic newspapers views are companion sits
at the top table.
The new enemy in this idyllic world is his youngest son’s wife
a hurricane from America, detested by the public for stealing
this charming but intellectually limited man, looking for a sign
of distress, and actually are encouraging, a marital breakup.
The people at large and the papers they read do not understand
how obscene they are; as the ship of fools sails on and on.
