Mail fraud in possession of access
Whom accessed file of document owner wrong
Is in hearing
No hearing of printer job
No crime in owning document 

Homekey fraud 
Interpreted in California as economy 

Unemployed printers?

City does and does not operate hotels
Business transacts in appropriation of funds 
and ink press powers
In time observation 
Of collection is willing

Very literal

The homeless point at and time move

Down generation gymnastic snatch skills
Front lines of tinder relocate shift reward visuals

Sensations

Ethereal poetic musings 
create celestial visions,
like a gymnastic athlete 
with lively coloured ribbons,
renewing life as circles of light 
swirl into exotic symbols.

Lights flicker as cameras 
flash to perpetuate the scene,
holding spectators captive 
with astounding imagery.

Celestial visions overwhelm 
sensations ne’er forgotten.
Especially when she hugged him
And kissed him over and over again.
Till I wake up.  Was it a dream?
Or was it just a sensation?

only bitterness and 
resentment felt about 
most things rule

Louise - Fictional

Please recall Louise is fictional.

She cannot walk in the park with a dog,

or do somersaults.

She won't be found at Bartholomew Library
reciting poetry.


She is and always will be fictional,
so cannot be so viewed.


Again, I stress she's fictional, completely, completely, for all time,


for already you imagine her with dog
that won't stop barking,

admire her cleverness in Bartholomew's gymnastic class,

or hear her quiet voice
giving poetry something it hasn't had for years.

Cloud Forming

It needs to be populated,
needs a landscape, skyscape
or seascape
some gymnastic escape
into a cloud-forming poem.

Mind meanders,
it picks up diamonds and garbage
from its endless highways.
Mental are the minders
of our inner fires.

Space to be filled
made to talk
from a universal nothingness.
Finger-painting moments.

Populations emerge
over a dim horizon
walk until almost seen,

then too often they turn
only to walk away.

Little Sister Sunshine

I was the moonchild, eclipsing in the night
                      You were the sunshine that filled earth's
                                           days so bright
                     Through space, we fly, the years zoom by
                   Our childhood dreams and fun-filled schemes
                      Echo by the sea, our voices, you and me
                  My little flower sister, you blossomed in the sun
                        Our camping trips, gymnastic flips, oh!
                                    We had so much fun
                 Little sister Sunshine, my blossom of the sea
                          I treasure our sweet moments,

  SURREAL SCARY

    Octopus dancing twisting eight tentacles.  
     . Witty wicked witch showing miracles.

     Kid of ghost laughs loud and merrily swings
     Valorous vampires spreading thick dark wings.

     Gibbous Moon peeping through clouds winks wizard.  
    Owl whirling round eyes turning head backward.

     Unicorn washing horn in blood with soap.
     Ghosts in tug of war with python as rope.

    To fight with enormous huge angry elephant
    rushing crowd of aggressive migratory ants. 

   Vicious vultures showing gymnastic taking vault.
   Hawks in flock started to gallop and took a halt.
                                  
  Black cat chasing macro mouse wagging tails.
   Me, as lone witness trembling, and heart fails.

Tabby Green

Tabby Green is the most flexible, gymnastic- thinking cat.
We see his antics, and we laugh out loud good and fat.
A contortionist in the most elaborate, upside down ways.
Holding on tightly to our furniture filled with snags and frays.

Yesterday he hung upside down off of Gram’s potted ivy all day. 
She was furious until he whisked all the Asian beetles away.
Next he was found on the pipes under the kitchen sink. 
Mom forced him out of there after she got her drink.

He is swinging from a light fixture in the living room now.
Making some of us dizzy, and the dog bark “bow wow!”
Tabby Green is in line for the Olympics gymnastic team someday.
In the meantime, we get to watch this fine kitty play.

Meternity

I used to be teen suicide, less full of myself
to wonder a future unknown borrowing a want 
of perfection in strength of movement, a posture of 
glazed movement, gymnastic skills of love, purposeful of 
thought tone---surprised I excelled in most, tried in
some and failed in those anonymous a few--my lone
physicality set the stage for a mistress lover of handstand
entrees in, on above all objects where I could pose upside 
down and see the reverse of an earthly life based on age 
appropriate conventions of and age remembered life to
recourse a yonder youth in  all its wonderment, fallibility
of domestico-initiation and socio-training to be up/down
cool/nerdy pain/pleasured and thus True/False primed and
Squared by ritual sacrifices of an impermanent unsolved self--
where do you really begin, endure? and end with the means 
to justify your end as to the forever prone promises tendered
in creating a dulled existence for a what purpose? 
Charity begins within your Heart of Hearts all leading to a 
proportioned infinity of reality living and lights of Love.

Lie Ability

Pathological spit-steroid addict,
blame-shifting weightlifting fanatic
Decathlon cracked lip truth ... 
Jumping over another 
	high      cloudy crystal
	methane alibi 
aloof sprint hurdle 
Twisted twin-lip discus throw 
on a poppy milk turbo fan blow
Veracity record unverified:                                         
	Marathon factual finishes
don’t have a Mary Jane
	Photoshop shred of proof

Possessing a prosthetic tongue 
allows them half-truth pole vaulters 
	to perform 
those verbal gymnastic,
lying athletic feats of strength,
so hash mark daringly
Yielding honesty sweat labor sparingly

Such a Festivus mucous odor:
pandemic ground-zero celebration fête
Noxious nitro nostril gas, 
on a downhill imposter incline oxy splat

	     Lie ability 
don’t hinder a moral victory thief,
it’s a boon to the burglar, actually

Carousel tales ... up-and-down lung sales
giving hazy, rowboat circular details 

Ever racing for the Pinocchio prize,
	wouldn’t knowz  
	        losers, 
with smelly rumor toes ...
Fan the foul exhaust fumes — 
when their tale pipe empty, 
bad-breath     bellow sneakers
reach the end of the road

gymnastic teeters in the gym
judo boxing race on bikes
rowing coxing running spikes
water polo lifting weights
shooting solo tens and eights
football hockey all ball sports
fast and rocky kayak course
wrestling diving shuttle cock
sailors striving around the clock
dancing horses games with swords
racing courses springing boards
synchronized swimming taekwondo
atheletes winning skill with bow
hurdles cycling and pole vault
chasing spike king usain bolt
national teams state there claims
at britains dream olympic games

One Galactic Mess

I see that I've detected
some words that were neglected
By noted “lexicologist” to Suess 
I'm sure some how in time
they'll create more words that rhyme
But for now, I'll put the ones, I found to use

For example, there's "Galactic"
and I hate to sound "Didactic"
But, have YOU tried to rhyme this word before ?
So,  l'll find a different Tactic
less ridged more Elastic
That I'm sure everyone, will just adore

I've been writing till I'm Spastic 
like a nervous Geriatric 
But there's only two words, that will do
I'll seek some Chiropractic
And work on my Gymnastic 
In time I'm sure I'll feel as good as new

I don't mean to sound Sarcastic
But what kind of word's Bombastic
It's the craziest word I ever heard
Who made up Pleonastic 
And thought himself Scholastic
I'm sure he must of been some loony bird

How can I write with Lactic ?
Or practic, prophylactic
To make a poem filled with poise and grace
If IT'S to be climatic and regarded as fantastic
I've got to do what's Drastic, 
I rest my case

Illumination

A fairly simplistic approach is demonstrated by an individual acute angle and stresses are found in many evenly distributed lines. When the boom of the spray threatens a doctrine then blankets could fall meaning then that the orchestration of fortresses is reduced to a mere symbol plotted on a graphic sheet. Gridlock lines are not goldilocks and no three bears ever enter by a side door nor an exit. Dispite all counter productive odds the journeying migrating wings of many hue still crawl over the skies in a preplanned movement. And what of the ninety foot goldfish. Well he desires to be free and join the world for to watch is not to exist. It is the contemporary contemplation of a clarinet speaking to a cornet. On a very hot elaborate day. Always bask in whiskey, ice cream soda and a pile of gin in a basket. Take care of holes. Always sewing. No leaks then. And in a rhombus a bead speaks. Good. Giving guidelines grafting going gymnastic gnomes. And several skewered pickled eggs giggling in a line. Haha haha now bathe in tea. Hahahaa bananas booming brilliantly xxxx illumination z
