STANZA 1
Love at first sight,
Was like the happiness of birches birds.
The lightening of the innermost light,
Desired to be protected with girds.
STANZA 2
Set the bow to defeat her sorrow,
But to her, devil may care.
Ready to marry her tomorrow,
But to her was a nightmare.
STANZA 3
The world even testified that she is my dimeworth.
But all my heart and inner love ended up in tears.
I returned to my inner love with loath.
And my heart was grieved with fear.
STANZA 4
I took all my Morse,
Because I backed the wrong horse.

August 24 Praises to God Bible Meditations Based on Jeremiah 45-47
Key Verse – Jeremiah 45:3 Thou didst say, Woe is me now! for the LORD hath added grief to my sorrow; I fainted in my sighing, and I find no rest.
PRAISE BE TO GOD FOR HIS HELP AGAINST OUR WOES
Praise be to God for helping us in our woes since He:
Grants us His grace midst our guilt
Gives us His goodness along our griefs
Guides us with His gentleness and gladness
Governs us by His grandeur always guarding
Girds us upon His generosity against our greed
Jeremiah 46:28 Praise be to the Lord for
correcting us by:
Smiting our pride
Seeking our praise
Showing our poverty
Shaping our personality
Subduing our perversion
Jeremiah 47:4 Praise be to the Saviour for
shielding us against spoilage to:
Deliver us from destructive disaster
Direct us toward determined decision
Draw us to Him by His delightful defense
Drive us away from discouraging distraction
Declare to us His distinctives on which we depend. Amen!

Power and fame requires discipline
No such thing as a lawless hero or heroine
The scope of celebration is the scope of condemnation
You cannot sway a nation to refute your apprehension
Once you are caught defying the norms
For you'll be in convict's uniform
May God help us in the day of applause
For it's then that the devil unleashes his clause
Feeding you with the facade that you're above board
That sin is premium life that many can't afford
That repentance is needless if you can pay your way out
And that piety is for those who can't throw their weight about
Hear the saying echoing through time's hall
That the bigger they are, the harder they fall
It is a witnessing that left very few exceptions
Drawing a large count of victims in its processions
A marching band playing and stomping into destruction
Will you be in the smaller or larger faction?
It is in greatness that one ought be most conscious
It is in convenience that ought be cautious
Some roam to free and become jailbirds
Having traversed outside all virtuous girds
But those that take it as a divine gift
Keep on the trajectory of lift

God guides greatly
Governs gaze gently
Gears Gospel-gain gloriously…
God’s goodness
Generates giving graciousness
Gathering golden grain-grandness…
Guarding getting, gluttonous
Garrisoning greed-guilt, grievous
God girds grounded going, gorgeous…
Generously granting
Garnished growth gravitating
God goads grateful gladness-greeting…
God’s glamor glitters
Glows, glistens, glisters
Glorifying godliness-glinters.

Gentle words from a tongue have a honeyed flavor
Utterances... "from the mouth of the wise bring favor
But the lips of the stupid one will be his ruin."*
Even if he foolishly doesn't know what he's doin.'
To my ears, a soft voice is as pleasant as trilling birds.
Wrapping around my senses in the manner a belt girds.
It offers me peace and calm, a life of tranquility
filled with happiness and balanced with harmony.
For everything there is a season~ a time to tear down
a time to build up others, so no one wears a frown.
a time to be quiet, a time to speak, and a time for peace
Putting an end to life's struggles brings sweet release.

Mightier than fibs and sharp swords,
Manacled truth will with time prevail
Against high peak and gigantic vale,
And glossed lips' deodorized words.
Sharper than lucre's nectared studs
Stabs tested truth's right-driven nail;
Till all wrong-worn tongues wax frail,
And fain betray old veneered guards.
Unfettered truth predates olden floods.
Earlier than Noah's Ark and hasty hail
Unbowed stood her long-tenured trail,
Defanging vibes of fact-twisting nerds.
Unbent still won truth's candid cards,
Outlasting every knavish fibbing tale;
And justice bespectacled favored jail,
Where oft cool heels of reptiled duds.
Why not tell it to blank wingless birds:
If stoutest truth's tempest-tossed sail
Long neutered was by wealthier gale,
Over gold's Monsoon-storming girds?
~~~Magna est veritas et praevalebit~~~.
I sit in upright chair feet firm on ground
Hands held in form of prayer as I intone
Phrase taken from the Psalms, without a sound
‘My soul, wait silently for God alone.’
Thus seated many things seek to distract
Intrude my mind; I’ve learned to let them go
In imagined stream before me, it enacts
a cleanse; while on its bank I watch the flow
As objects of this world all seek to enter
Days striving to relax and just to be
I would repeat the phrase, in need to centre
Growing in awareness God is there with me.
While with language as with flesh the spirit girds
Warm companionship with God goes beyond words
Sand Art
The measures from sands margin,
Mixed whiffs aching, laced within,
Patterns outline o'er drift wind,
Tendered perceived lucid mind,
Form naught comprise oral words,
Desert relinquished planned girds.
Per element consequence,
Echoes nature importance,
All-caused and effects pronounce,
Ere sand declared wind renounce,
Cast gifts of puff, enhances,
Outside, sand art advances.
Grace of God* girds me with mercy’s control surely
Toward faithful spiritual life fruitfully.
Wondrous, God’s grace provokes my motives
Enabling me to do well with goodness’ directives.
Marvelous grace upholds my yielded heart
Sustained by the Lord, right from salvation-start.
Striving to serve with faith along life’s race
My soul cleaves to God for His grace.
Entrusting to the Master my stewardship’s earnestness
I need His unlimited grace against weariness.
Protected from deceitfulness’ detour
My spirit flee to God for His grace-downpour.
To declare Christ’s blessings of hope with care
I beseech His unlimited grace I’m ready to share.
Child of God* am I, cleansed from being sinfully defiled
Hoisted as His redeemed from hell’s fire and transgression-wages
Illumined to esteem and magnify the Lord by faith’s light
Loved and led toward virtuous transformation…
Driven by the Holy Spirit along His prudence.
Overwhelmed with grace midst overtaking blessings…
Follower of the Lord, I yield to His compassionate sovereignty.
Gladness girds my soul and grips my heart while I serve my Master
Ordered to live according to His Word for His honour…
Doing His will, pleasing Him, strengthened by Christ.
God guides as you go forward* in His light’s glow
Opening to you avenues for divine “hello.”
Faith in His power girds you as His Word you follow
Obey Him earnestly midst worldliness’ blow
Rely in His grace; never in self-pity wallow
Work well, overcoming commitment that’s shallow
Advance the Lord’s kingdom against persecution-billow
Ready to stand for His truth though weariness makes you slow
Driven for triumph’s height along gratitude’s flow.
*Exodus 14:15 And the LORD said… speak unto the children of Israel, that they go forward.
Jesus Christ – my Saviour and Lord* reigns forever
He’s the King of my life, my eternal breath’s Source
My Master Who guides, guards, girds, gears-up my service
Redeemer of mine, sealing my heart with His love.
Testifying about my gracious Creator
Midst trials, I’m joyously blessed beyond all measure
Declaring His goodness brightens my faith’s radiance…
Indeed, He’s my great wealth; without Him, I’m worthless.
*Romans 5:1 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
The poet enjoys driving words...
like shepherds move sheep in their herds.
Directs here or there,
but always with flair,
rounds up with long chases, then girds,
those words that are well-chosen ones.
With pen, like a staff, commissions
the best of the best
to pass judgment test...
and turn out a poem that stuns.
I tried to hold onto you but could not—
You slipped through my fingers as water will
When run through a sieve. And how like the plot
Of some dime-store pulp it all seems now -- shrill
Yet so furtive. I tried to be humble,
To seem nonchalant; but came off shallow,
Unfocused, both surprised when you’d grumble
And childishly petulant and callow,
I’m embarrassed to confess. Now you’ve left:
No chance now of reconciliation;
No excuses now, howsoever deft,
No third party’s neat adjudication
Can heal the rift between us anymore.
Nothing tastes so bitter as one’s own words,
Or punctuates quite like the slamming door,
No matter how tenaciously one girds
Oneself to bear the shock. Regret may well
Be futile, but it’s hard indeed to take--
Like some malignant fairy’s baleful spell
Which no consoling words can ever break.
NB: The word "not" in the first line is meant to be stressed.
