Premium Member It's Time That I Focus On Me

I always had that inner quality of putting others first
I'll become anything needed from a mom to a nurse
I'm so busy with others that i don't get what i need
I think it's about that time that i just focused on me
Venture out and go places and see more sights
Enjoy my own bonfire along with the night star light
There's many things that i wish I had personal time to do
Putting myself second is the reason i don't have a clue
If the other people were happy was always my concern
Self help before helping others is what i have to learn
It's ok to be there for others but you have to be happy too
If others are content why would they think about you
I have helped others and have done many good deeds
I think it's about that time that i just focused on me.

TOTAL FOCUS ON YOU

with loving vision, focused on you
you are the center of my attention,
the essence of my life!

yes, my dear,
you mean all that!
and much more to
me... you are the illusion I idealized,
the ideal dream I dreamed...

My goal since time immemorial,
since the earliest ages is you!
Per omnia seculorum,
only you!

Bliss fixates our attention
upon formless awareness,
that in timeless time we see,
light of our true Self.

Focus On Being the Light For You Create Inspirational Dreams

Focus on being the Light
(For you create inspirational dreams)

Empty your mind
Open up your mind
Empty your body
Open up your body

Empty your heart
Open up your heart
Empty your soul
Open up your soul

Empty your life
Open up your life
Empty your space
Open up your space

Emptiness creates a vacuum
Nature abhors a vacuum
Openness invites expansion
The Universe keeps expanding

Create a space within you
Let your being be free
Focus on attracting Light
Abundance and well-being

Source wants you to prosper
The Universe has your back
Everything creates a synergy
Abundance and not lack

Open up your mind
Open up your body
Open up your heart
Open up your soul

Open up your life
Open up your space
We are all connected
Our entire human race

We are divinity in action
We are love and Light everywhere
Anything is possible
Magic and miracles and daring

Keep creating space within you
Let your being be forever free
Focus on being the Light
For you create inspirational dreams

Without destination, they

Premium Member Crazy To Focus On Her Flaws

lovely maiden will never be any prettier
twenty-six, the age of the most beautiful
she has no idea how lovely she is
when she is seventy she will look back

thinking how crazy it was to focus on flaws
freckle on her wrist, bump on her ring finger
bemoaning her weight thinking she is heavy
she will gasp at photos of herself at twenty-six

Focus On God

How could you discuss the Devil
Sitting on a chair you swivel,
Thirty minutes pone still on Evil,
The picture your rival the Devil...

You dont reckon that he wont like it:
That he still knows how throats are slit,
 That you might  just be his next hit;
On the news found corpse in a pit...

From now learn to focus on God
And our God's right to Moses'Rod:
 Satan you fight like you do Todd;
If he means to kill you a nod.

I've heard
                                         blue bird

                                         your eyes
                                         tells lies

                                         the fear
                                         so clear

                                         get back
                                         on track

                                         fresh chance
                                         last dance

Premium Member Focus On Your Breath

When life's chaos
     leaves you overwhelmed;
it's roar so loud you can't hear
              the sounds of nature,
simply close your eyes and breathe.

Listen to your own thoughts.
    Imagine yourself a monk
sitting atop a hill; eyes sealed shut.
              Enhale air into your lungs
and let out a prolonged gasp!

Focus on your breath.
Hum to the song of the wind!
Be one with nature and hear
the wind murmur and sigh; let it whisper
                    secrets unshared into your ear.

Take in the breath of life
      and feel utter freedom
           in your "happy place."
               You'll come away
                    with a peace of mind.

Premium Member Focus On Positive Things

People are murdered, yes, but no one was murdered here today.
People are mean.
Not always.
People are unfair, unkind, disrespectful.
Who are you hanging around with?

Let’s think a bit about what Albright said.
We can choose to be upbeat, positive, happy.
We can strive toward enthusiasm, happiness, hope.
Cut those people loose. You can do better!

Let’s take a walk. Feel the sunshine? See the happy dandelions?
There goes a squirrel who is delighted with the bird feeder.
Who could dream up anything perkier than that daffodil?
Have you ever seen a more refreshing green?
How are you feeling?

I am feeling depressed, down, dank, dark.
What is going on?
I don’t have any friends like you. I don’t know how to have joy.
Stick with me, kid. I am here to reteach. Look at that sky!
How do you do that? She asks me.
Do what?
Remain positive.
I think for a second, then I reply. “I focus on positive things.”
She is silent for a few steps. Then she asks “That’s it?”
“Try it,” I tell her. “It is enough.”

Focus On You

I got no chill
I may sometimes kill
The people who still
Wanna take the suicide pill.
Well everyone is a dude
Who knows to be rude
But that's not a thing
Rather than a cringe.
Many loose their mind
Like this present mankind
But I don't find
Who isn't blind.
Many people still diss
With a cruel kiss
But here is what you miss
The nature's bliss!!
So carry on your own
As the people with their phone
And be like a clown
Let your success make them blown!!

Focus On the Texture

It’s a topographical nightmare.
The terrain rises and slopes over small mountain ranges I wish everyday were freckles.
The landforms, shifting and rising with every glance in the mirror, they’re rough from years of scrubbing and
cleansing and
picking and
medication more destructive than effective. The landscape is mottled, it’s patchwork--
Lakes of oil next to avalanches of dead skin that flake to the floor. I leave a trail behind me. It’s ugly.

And I knew that from a young age.
Every “have you ever thought about popping them?” whispered in English class every “what’s on your face?” from my fellow seven-year-olds every “let’s go back to the doctor” softly demanded by my mother every “try another medication she still looks bad” that my grandmother knew I could hear.
They made sure I understood how repulsive I was.
They didn’t want me to forget.

Don’t get a big head. Then we’d have to see even more of you.
Stop thinking that
Pretty
is what you’re designed to be.

Be Humble and Focus On Jesus

I looked upon a rainbow and I saw a angel who wiped away my tears as we praise our lord with cheers. I keep on walking and opened up my ears, I listened to Jesus because he is our truth and here. Their are so many distractions in our world today but my only attraction is to kneel down to our lord and pray. I am moving a long and staying steady, I will win the race and be ready. Their is a song that keeps me going each day, I will praise and worship our lord and savior Jesus Christ because everything will be okay. If you look on the bright side you will see the light that shines over darkness that carries its way to the humble and lifts up the poor with meekness. It’s a blessing to be alive when you put on your full armor, it protects you from the evil spirits and makes your ways straight and calmer. Even after all these problems that happens everyday, when I wake up I still hear the birds because they always have a say. In closing, ignore all the propaganda and conflict noises, focus on our Lord and hear his loving voices. God Bless!

Poetic Focus On Drops

Fear
                   it's a picture
                   focused or
                   unfocised....
...

                      Love,
                  a picture
                     alive
                   colorful...

                       Passion,
                    it's a weapon
                      dangerous,
                     and confused ...

                         Hate,
                    it's a fire
                       mortal,
                    infernal...

                     The doubt
                    it's a passage,
                    unseen landscape ...

                       Luck
                      Something simple
                    that easily
                      doesn't happen ...

                         Music,
                       it is a dream
                         sung or
                           touched
