Premium MemberLet the Flowers Grow Again - Mystic

Dreamily, she whiled the empty hours
with her little dolls and her crayon box.
She drew lonely princesses in towers,
hummed to herself, pulled up her socks,
and sketched a field of colorful flowers.

The forlorn blooms lay flat beneath her gaze.
She wondered, would it be as she had feared -
this would be one of those sad, hollow days.
Then, on the page, the sun and breeze appeared,
as lovely blossoms came alive, ablaze.

A Bloom Untouched

She blooms alone where silence holds the sky,
A tender grace no daring soul has known.
Her gaze is soft, her head is held so high—
A queen within a quiet world, enthroned.

No boastful light, no cry for passing praise,
She walks beneath the noise, untouched, serene.
Her modest charm outshines the sun’s bold rays,
Yet fear keeps hearts from where her steps have been.

They see her not—the ones who look in fear,
For depth and calm are threats to shallow minds.
Unloved, not for her lack, but crystal-clear
Strength wrapped in grace the insecure won’t find.

She is a bloom the world may not deserve,
Yet still she stands, with silence as her nerve.

Premium MemberButterfly Blossom Girl

Butterfly blossom girl was a beauty to see
She has a rare smile that is joyful and free
Her hair is an asset that I wish I had too
She is a darling child, her skin a gorgeous hue.

When she flits into the meadow the dandelions smile.
Daisies, lilies and lilacs beg her to stay more than awhile
Butterfly blossom girl is a delight, that we all recognize.
Especially the grasshoppers, moths and white butterflies.

Premium MemberLook at the Dragon Roses

Rose did not feel proud
For she was wise
She knew she had not created herself

“Look at the dragon roses!” a little girl said.
Her mother wanted to know why she called them that.
See how they curl around with scales, with tiny spikes
At the end?

You may have something, said the mother.
The rose cheered this mother.
It is not often that a parent listens to her offspring.

There is hope in the world, Rose thought.
Proud of the mother, and thrilled to be called
“A dragon rose”.

Did the other roses hear? Were they excited?
She waited for answers, but the garden was silent.

Premium MemberOne Flower

I kneel down
And sweep you off your feet
And hand a loving pleadge
To the girl of my dreams
A flower of promise
A posy of light
I take your hand
And I begin to recite
Words of promise
A story of life
That together
We shall flourish
As one starshine

I Love You and
Will you be my Wife

With love Comes honesty
Of honesty comes truth
Of truth comes respect
With respect come trust
With trust comes gratitude
With gratitude comes joy
With joy a prayer transcends
To quickly manifest

With longitude
Come a vast garden
With latitude
Come a single flower
Rising into the lavender mist
To touch Gods heavenly tower

Girls Are Like Flowers

Flowers look beautiful
Like beautiful girls
But there are some beautiful flowers
That need to be cared by gentle men
Whose hands don't afraid to get dirt
Whose mind don't skip to water it everyday
Giving the flowers enough sunlight they blossom more
Don't escape responsibility to nurture it
Flowers are beautiful and delicate
Like girls are sensitive and fragile
Girls are easy to get along with
But their hearts so easily get hurt
Once hope is abandoned, girl's sweetness fades
Girls who's love is tame, their heart will stay.

Premium MemberLiquid Love Song

Lend me your emerald ears
Hear my liquid love song
Drown fears lighten tears teal
Revealing the deepest chocolate heart

I long for you like bird blue
Craves the wind beneath wings
For you make me fly and cry and sing
Without caring for onyx opinion

You know my naked truth and smooth
The rough patches of my past into pearls
Despite being a neon naughty girl
You see me as good worthy of love

You accept me as amethyst queen
And king the joy you bring is heavenly
I peel layers of me for you to consume
However you want I am a bloom

Of passionate flowers wilting from famine
Your sunny kisses mix with rainstorms
That our bodies create and conform
I can’t live without you and I don’t want to

Grow old with me in time and dream
All the things that you want to do
Tell me how we can be better together
For solo is not in the cards dealt us

We may never part but if we do
My heart will be stronger for loving you
Has conjured a new fierce spirit
That God has blessed us with

Premium MemberSprucy Lucy

Sprucy Lucy watering blooms
As pooch lounges, the kitten grooms
Each sprout peaks out toward the sun
Rising in vibrant hues who’ll stun

Lucy speaks sweetly to the pup
As she watches kitty act up
Picking bright flowers, just for fun
Rising in vibrant hues who’ll stun

Sprucy Lucy loves Summer’s buds
Watering each shoot til’ it floods
Her friends know she can’t be outdone
Rising in vibrant hues who’ll stun

Premium MemberThe Flower Garden

When I was little we had a white house,
it had a white porch and was very old;
there was a huge flower garden also,
and each day me, my cat and my dog strolled.

The flowers were pretty and I loved them,
my kitty, Misty liked to smell each one;
sometimes, she even would dig a small hole,
she followed as I watered in the sun.

My puppy, Doug, stayed close but in the shade,
he found it under the bushes and growth;
I picked some flowers and then got sleepy,
curled up on the porch as did my pets ... BOTH

Premium MemberTilly, the Flower Child

A raven-haired girl whose name was Tilly
had friends who thought she was much too silly.
But she didn't care what anyone said.
She tended her garden... each flower bed.

Her buddings blossomed as if they were wild.
Tilly became known as 'the Flower Child."
Daisies, zinnia, and pink peony.
Did she have a green thumb? Definitely!!

She cut and bundled them with great care.
Their stems were often longer than her hair.
Tilly shared their beauty with her neighbors.
Kind folks who thanked Tilly for her labors.

Barefoot Tilly walked; her arms filled with blooms.
Fragrant flora with sweet scent of perfumes.
Spring is always her favorite season,
The time of year flowers bloom ~ that's her reason

One day, a little girl moved in next door.
She thought, "What a beautiful dress she wore!"
Covered in flowers, but not too frilly.
She smiled and said, "Hi. My name is Lilly."

Premium MemberThe Flower Girl

Ever since I was just a little girl,
I loved to leap and dance, swirl, whirl and twirl.
Also, each day I liked to pick flowers,
oh, I could do this for hours, hours.

Sometimes, I would do both things, twirl and pick,
when doing this I had to be quite quick.
The blooms for mom- made up a collection,
jars on window sills placed with affection.

On days that it rained I would paint things,
that mom displayed and that gave my heart wings.
Do you do little things for mom each day ?
like pick or paint her a great big bouquet !

I want flowers
