A journal to write indebtedness

An expression to create family.

The happiest part of me!

Slightest glances of your presence, 
My heart dances, catching your essence!
The lost feelings that I buried, 
I found it, without being worried.

Exhausting works, tiring days,

Rabbit Express Cult

I had heard about the new cult in town, the gray rabbit express
It was stated that the followers did not show much happiness
They dressed in gray outfits, dresses usually, and rabbit ears

of mounded ballast

of steam trains from decades 
before, a mountain of stacked
wooden pallets, car wrecks
piled four high.

Can old thoughts of hurt that we shun
Cancel life’s gifts wonder and fun?
If anger must stay
Within brain’s array
Do we run with pain in the sun?

To digest bad memory’s lunch
Chop stick therapies help us munch
And chew on old pain

There are some who live by lies
Others tell the truth
Some who will be followers
Others will lead in due time
I have endured pain but it made me stronger in life
I have leant to deal adequately with confrontation
I learned to not be confined
Some are intimidated by what they can not control
My father raised me with respect until

how I express my dementophobia fear of insanity

am I crazy then?
I look at the doctor
what could I say to influence his decision?
Would it be better to not say a word?
or better to chatter my heart out?

Insanity looks insane, my soul says in a stern way
my soul sometimes gets irritated with my self-talk
this cannot be normal
