I Can't Express Depression
I am in silence
But my heart is not
I try to scream
But it won't let me
I tried to hide
But it won't let me
Confusion inside
It leaves me breathless
I don't know where I am
In silence or in chaos
I don't know what I want
I know I can't survive
I try to speak, words don't come out
I try to express, but I cannot
I am in silence
But my heart cannot.
