For Emile Pinet's Abracadabra rhyme contest.

Created by William Kekaula. The syllable count is your choice but must be the same for all eleven lines. abRacadabRa is the rhyme scheme, and the lines with the R's are reversed lines. All lines must rhyme with the exception of lines 'c' and 'd'.

Imagine the sun shone in rays of red, sparkling in saffron skies with clouds of bronze. If it was maroon would you love the moon? If midnight was beige would you go to bed? An artist's mind should be free to express. Use their canvas to show confetti bled. Ignore those who claim stars are not lilac. Create pink rain, as orchid puddles spread, around silver sparrows and golden swans. Would you love the moon if it was maroon? Let your muse weave patterns with vibrant thread.

I love it. The world becomes more beautiful to us because we see it in colours the rest of the world would not. "Ignore those who claim stars are not lilac. Create pink rain, as orchid puddles spread." I would really ignore them because their eyes are shortsighted and void. Yes! I would love the moon if it was maroon and if it was coal or orange, I would love it even more. Where's the joy in usual and casual things? Amazing Dear, Silent. These questions arouse creative thinking and exploration

Very cool. Can my moon be fuschia and the stars golden? I'll have to try this form someday

An exceptional write as always dear. Not sure if I would be able to sleep in beige midnight, but I most certainly would love to see a Maroon Moon. Your Muse is on a roll, great to see...Hugs

"An artist's mind should be free to express. Use their canvas to show confetti bled." Absolutely, art if freedom. "Let your muse weave patterns with vibrant thread." or dull dim and painfully gray. Art is Freedom. Needing no other message nor purpose than liberating self.

Ah exactly! Hah! Youv read my mind silent one! Ah iv been wanting to try this form and here you come with not just a brilliant one but also one that is meaningful and conveys a message and reminder to all poets and artists. If the moon is tulip would you love my moon? What about lotus! I really love this poem for the uniqueness of how youv conveyed this message! I especially love “ If midnight was beige would you go to bed? An artist's mind should be free to express.” wow! Iv never thought of that but now i wonder! Ah your use of colors here is so clever! And i must say we are ofcourse free to express how we want , as long as we do not plagiarize or use ai. We are good and authentic and sincere expressions i always admire in various forms and various ways. “ Create pink rain, as orchid puddles spread,“ wow! Just love that!!! Best wishes this is one of the best ive read on this subject and form !
