Hey, driver, I just want you to know
That somebody loves you here below
But if you keep driving the way you do
Too fast to heaven you will get through
And that someone you thought loved you true
Will not wait long to marry someone new.

Office Worker At Day's End....
He packs his things, then heads onto the waiting punch clock machine....
An honest day's work all done, just need to punch out after another early morning punch-in...
It has been another typical day, working through the clock it has been...
So much work to be done, all his time and effort, the work never ends.....
All the flurry of activities, hurried and harried, all through the working day....
Barely a pause, save the hour long lunch break, just another typical day....
Now it is the traffic jam, day in day out, it is the same...
You've got to be alert, stout of heart to weave your car in and out ....
Flip your signal switch, idiot! What planet are you from...
Have a heart, sister! Wait for your turn, I, too, am in a rush to get home....
Here we go, moving once again, let's do it smooth and steady...
Got to drive carefully, it has been a long day, home is right ahead...
The warm summer has provided us with an abundant harvest.
We've gathered it and eaten well and sold a bit for cash.
The shortening days have warned us that fall is here to stay.
Soon we'll feel the icy fingers of a north wind cold and brash.
There will be wet days when we're shivering
As autumn days bring light snow or hoary frost.
We'll drive carefully when dangerous icy roads
Have been into the weather mixture tossed.
Changes are mild price we pay for living
With four distinct seasons of the year.
We anticipate the variety when
Each welcome new one shall appear.

Saturday evening
One car races down the road
Calamity waits
When the car rolled, no one died
Slow down, drive carefully, and live
I'll bet you Five, I'll bet you Ten,
I'll even wager Fifty,
That you can't make this "Stang" wake up,
And hit an even Sixty!
The boy looked round and took his eyes
From off the road ahead
I'll take that bet, I'll make it do
Much more than that, he said
Fifty-five and Sixty came,
Then Eighty-Five flashed by
And with it passed that Mustang
Into the bye and bye.....
I'll bet you Five, I'll bet you Ten,
I'll even wager Fifty,
That these new Wings will carry us
A pace to better Sixty
Off they go and race like mad
They've torn the place into?
Better shift again .....boys,
Old Satan's .. chasin.... YOU!

13) "Drive carefully, 90% of people are accidents. "

Drive not into the ditch
You can control it
Give yourself plenty of time
Be alert and watch the road
Watch out sins
Watch out for your weaknesses
Be on guard
Give yourself plenty of precaution
Restraint, self control
Give yourself power to exercise it
Go not into the abyss
The free fall, powerless situation
God will help you
Watch for the road
On the roads of life, people make their access.
If they don’t want to stop, they take the express.
People don’t see traffic lights or stop signs on the highways.
However, there are occasionally stoppages and delays.
We don’t want to waste time when we are here.
When there are no accidents, the highway is clear.
Listen to the message that we hear repeatedly.
On the highway of life, drive carefully.
You are supposed to stop your car when the light is red.
Drive carefully; there is no exception for it today.
A vulnerable pedestrian can wind up dead.
Injured street crossers have to be taken away.
I cannot express the importance of what I say.
The importance of safe driving is not beyond your comprehension.
An accident is anything but a pleasant scene.
Pedestrians will pay the price if you don’t pay attention.
Courteously yield when a street crosser is seen.
Proceed only when the traffic light is green.
Several years ago, I came close to becoming a fatality crossing Pacific Avenue
in Atlantic City, NJ. Someone in a hurry to get to work tried to beat a red light.
The speed limit in this state on highways is sixty-five.
However, you drive like the most reckless man alive.
Probably the reason for this is merely the thrills.
You are old enough to know that excess speed kills.
Why is it you always seem in a hurry to go anywhere?
You should leave earlier, and give yourself time to spare.
Do you realize the police plant speed traps everywhere?
Speeding violations are costly. Do you not care?
Tickets not only result in high insurance premium rates.
Many times, drivers may encounter egregious fates.
Sit behind the wheel and use sense is what I will say.
Drive carefully, and live to see another day.
