Seasonal

The warm summer has provided us with an abundant harvest. We've gathered it and eaten well and sold a bit for cash. The shortening days have warned us that fall is here to stay. Soon we'll feel the icy fingers of a north wind cold and brash. There will be wet days when we're shivering As autumn days bring light snow or hoary frost. We'll drive carefully when dangerous icy roads Have been into the weather mixture tossed. Changes are mild price we pay for living With four distinct seasons of the year. We anticipate the variety when Each welcome new one shall appear. September 22, 2015

It is almost like for every reason God has made a season, some so sad while others perfectly pleasing. And life goes on. Jim Horn
