Bird Brain 'The difference between freedom and free will'

Like chattering magpies we flock, we preen, we groom
We gather shiny bits and pieces to feather our nests
And then we tarnish them with neglect or abuse
Or lose them, distracted by the next one

We've already collected the prize sought by all
Not the God given one, that's free will
Which has been given freely to all
What we do with it is up to us

Natural Order

That diamondback with turquoise eye
Beneath the copper colored sky
Is best left there alone to lie
Aware of ev'ry passerby
Commanding it's respect

But lofty prowling also reigns
If not supreme its threat remains
So vigilance is what maintains
The losses equal to the gains
This delicate balance to protect

Each predator will become prey
When stars of night find stars of day
The system was designed that way
To keep the intellect at bay
That would upset that order

LIke most designs it has its flaws
For those who don't respect its laws
And seek to fill rapacious jaws
Displaying disrespectful maws
Which grin within disorder

The snake that lies in plastic grass
The raptor’s flight through prismal glass
Are visions meant not but to pass
As though they were but sheen on frass
Only useful when they’re rent asunder

Philosophers are left to ponder
Why nature would allow this wander
'Tween balance here, disorder yonder
Peacemakers struggle… troublemakers squander
Ill-gotten gains, their rotten plunder

Premium MemberChange One

It's one thing life is full of, change
It is not enough we soar thirty century
Future where unbelievable is possibilities reality
Evolution mankind's ability to create a screen
Even amongst themselves hide behind a image
Perfection, what is it if we kill existence
A war zone of destruction, our swallow hard

Our pride, like evil feet trample we breathe
Lost depths our own abyss of faded darkness
Change one, if not yourself than another
That a long way a light shines the skin
Change the world, for a better tomorrow we give
Your heart, change too for your soul depends on it
Life a short breath away, exhale what's inhale

Through all this we go, strength finds hope
To find change, you must admit your own fault
Your weakness human by nature we fall short
But change one, perfection of love abound eternal
We desire to change our life but what price,
do we give that we become the world
Except we change one, the only way to better world

TIME WAITS FOR NOBODY

On a sunny day
Right in my parlour
Laying on the couch
I was going through my phone
Then I paused for a moment
Because of the sound of our wall clock.

The time keeps ticking
Every second
You see how busy nature is
Why sitting without labouring?
Don't choose comfort
At the age of labour
Then you gonna labour
At the age of comfort.

If you don't roll the dice
You won't see the outcome
If you don't pay the price
You won't get it or there
Time waits for nobody
But there's time for everyone
That's putting in the work.

MESSAGE TO THE YOUTHS

If you want to go far in life
Reduce your circle
The people you share your dreams with
It's not about numbers, but loyalty
Make a long table, helping others
So you can be stable
When ever you're not capable
So you'll be able, to get where you want to be.

If you want to be
Liked by people
Start pleasing people
People pleasing is self denial
No matter the quantity of water
It can't fill up a basket
Due to the nature of a basket
The wrong people will waste your efforts.

No firm tree without a root,
No standard building without a foundation
Only God, family and true friends
Knows how you survived
All life threw at you
Stay focused. So you don't stay stuck, keep trying until you become successful.

Addiction Sense

Addiction is not merely the repetition of pleasure, but a drug's capacity to co-opt the body’s systems — much like a virus — for its own symbiotic, self-perpetuation.

When we conflate this bio-chemical entanglement with the psychological effects of behavior, we mistake appetite for affliction and misdiagnose the very nature of human cravings.

This isn't just "Semantics". It misdirects therapy, moral judgment, and public policy.

Many think life is living the riches
Their heart finds love but never satisfaction
Living society, where does one find peace
Among their heart, forgotten how to love
Nature of existence, bond in unity

We obligate our priorities to material world
Our souls buried with ancestors we walk
Like lost generation ruled unto themselves
Life is believing anything is possible to achieve
One must be willing fight for survival
Like it was your last breath, it could be

Experience to live judged by who you are
In yourself peace exist among the ruins
Can not live by code of man but code of land
Our creation with purpose it is spoiled
With desires of flesh our prayers for prosper

Peace of love is oversight to mankind's doing
But perfecting in you his perfection abound
Like being optimistic but in all reality
Truth, anything possible and nothing's perfect
Failure is not an option but choice one chooses
Change starts with you as example for others
Life's example, giving a piece of you back for
the good of mankind

 EXAMPLE OF MINE -TITLED

PASSION

Eyes closed
As lips caressed,
Mouths joined,impassioned
Tongues explore,in our love's embrace,
Time-framed

KEY to this form- note how line 1 & line 5 make a link couplet & secondly the 'turn' 'surprise' from end of line 4 to 5.

Time Marches On

Time marches on, through dusk and dawn.
Time marches on, through silence and song.

Time marches on, unmoved by pleasure and pain.
Time marches on, unmoved by grief and glory.

Time marches on, past valor and vanity.
Time marches on, past fame and fall.

Time marches on, beyond triumph and tragedy.
Time marches on, beyond fortune and failure.

Time marches on, above wealth and want.
Time marches on, above crowns and crutches.

Time marches on, whether you laugh or lament.
Time marches on, whether you stand or strive.

Time marches on, transcending wrong and right.
Time marches on, transcending birth and death.

Time marches on—
and we, merely moments in its march.

The Spiritual - Material Nexus known as THE TRUTH

The Spiritual/Material Nexus is Biology and its material antithetical responses to "The Laws of Nature".

That process is fundamentally "Cooperative"; a symbiosis based on "Trust".

The successful Social Organism, "Civilization", operates the same way.

President Trump never speaks "The Truth".

A "Faithless" Government is a failure calling for immediate remediation or abolition to safeguard our Individual values.

WORDING

When everything
Falls in place for you
When you feel like, you're on top the world
Mind your actions
Even when you're highest
Live with humility, but don't be timid
Don't act like you own the world, because it revolves.

What goes up
Must surely come down
The law of gravity
Nothing blooms forever
The law of nature
Even when you know a lot
Act like you know nothing, but be bold
As season pass by, things and people change.

As written in the Bible
Matthew 20:16
The first shall be the last
And the last the first
The law of reversal
Pay attention, so you don't regret it.

How slight
The petal of
A poppy,flowering-
So much like us,beautiful,yet
Fragile

Hurry
Takes its toll as
In our daily stroll,we
From deepest ruts of blind alleys
Quicken

Beauty
free from above
embedded in our heart-
His loving-kindness ..ready to
impart

The warmth
Of love's invite
Encompassed my desire,
In two soft whispered words of love,
Be mine !

Eyes closed
As lips caressed,
Mouths joined,impassioned
Tongues explore,in our love's embrace,
Time-framed

My love
Beguiled me,with
Soft sensuous lips,sleek
Long thighs with rounded hips, twinned heart's
Enlaced

Long days
Of August sun
Where nature blinks and shrinks
The dying grass,yellowed in sleep-
Held fast

Night chills
the aging bones-
blowing on the east wind
flurries fine and dry settle on
new graves.

These be
the keys to life,
faith,hope and agape,
love, the greatest gift of all three-
to thee !

Desire
welled within-
words became a promise
so sublime,to love now and for
all time.

We had
met and conversed,
a rapport on first sight-
a chance meeting to a life's time
delight

Biochemistry: The Language of Life

Biochemistry, the language of life,
Spoken in the smallest of parts,
Yet felt in the grandest of forms.

Biochemistry, the alchemy of nature,
Transforming simple elements
Into the majestic tapestry of life.

Biochemistry, illuminating life’s invisible pathways,
Guiding us toward a deeper understanding
Of the complex molecular web that shapes life.

Biochemistry, the molecular blueprints of existence,
Empowering us to unravel life’s mysteries,
And harness its potential to better humankind.

To study biochemistry is to decode
The code of life, written in the language
Of atoms, elements, and molecules.

If you think climate change destructive

As powerful as the forces of nature are,
There will be humans who adapt an survive,
Until balance is restored in the eco-system.

The wind can calm itself,
Water will recede from flooded areas,
New growth comes after volcanos become dormant,
Fires will burn themselves out,
Earthquakes only result in better building techniques,
Ensuring more people survive them,
And even if mankind through ignorance and greed,
Gives these forces a helping hand,
To destroy the earth,
We now have the means to move to other places
In the universe.

There is however another force that dwells inside humans themselves,
That can do what the forces of nature combined cannot,
And goes wherever humans go,
The name we give to this force, is REVENGE.

And there is only one power that can possible dissipate it,
Before it wipes out the human race,
And that is the power of prayer,
Which is the only power that can trump revenge,
With Forgiveness,
And unconditional Love.

Premium MemberSpiritual Heart

light of Self crystallised
is resident within body
obvious, we may observe
but where is it hidden
mirroring the light of God

the radiance is omnipresent
enlivening each body cell
yet we may discern the source
throbbing slightly right in our chest
conjoined with heart on the left

it matters not if we be insentient
to the source of soul’s radiance
yet it does help if we be self-aware
of our eternal nature of being
suffused with love, light and bliss
