Premium Member Consolations

My consolations don’t work anymore
I probably used them too often
I cannot continue like I did before
No new sweet distractions are offered
But is it so necessary to distract,
You may ask, and my answer sounds lame
I’ll paint you how hard it is to interact
With real world’s tough little games
I lack the more meaningful thing to express
I think it’s a drag to delve deeper
A new toy may help to forget all this mess
You won’t get of me a good weeper.

Premium Member -Mind Delve

If you delved into a human brain
What would be found
Different sections of various sizes
With activity abound

Sections sized for each individual
Producing unique identities
Creating amazing minds
Creating you, creating me

Sections such as Control
Problem solving and Common sense
Decision making and Intelligence

How interesting it would be
To delve inside a human brain
Would we walk away in judgement
Or stay ,connect then ascertain?

Premium Member Delve Deeper

Delve deeper
 into one's soul,
inside
 one's mind. Don't look
 superficially.
 Dig deep
 to find
 one's essence.
 That's where
 the heart and soul
 glow like gold.
 To know somebody...
 delve beneath the surface.
 There's
 more than meets the eye

Delve Inside

Delve inside
Deep under that ocean of temptations
Delve inside
To retrieve the pearl from the shell
Delve inside
Into that mysterious world
Delve inside
For that treasure hunt
Delve inside
For that manhunt
Delve inside
To retrieve, the real you
Delve inside
To know, who are you
Delve inside
To know ,who created you
Delve inside
To dust off layers of sins
Delve inside
To receive a new vision
Delve inside
To know ,the spiritual you
Delve inside
To be enthralled
To be enlightened...

Why Do We Delve In School All Day and Night

Why do we delve in school all day and night?
Sunrise and set, both see egos engrossed
In education used by us to boast
And overtake, regardless of how slight.
Our Grade Point Average must define our worth!
Exams, essays, homework; praise them wholly!
Our university’s prestige decrees
Whether or not we each deserve our birth.
A battle fought with cap guns, noisy toys;
The animals, stuffed full with bulging fluff
Dress up, our feet are touched by dad’s shirt cuffs;
These games are played by infant girls and boys.
How easily high intellect astounds
The geniuses with brains of Play Dough mounds!

Dungeon Delve

Mounted on his noble steed,
No taller than the tallest weed.

Prepared and ready for the plunge,
Protected from any type of grunge.

Staring down a darkened cave,
   Deep inside him feeling brave.

Blood flowing straight to his head,
Making it swell and turning it red.

He doesn’t know how long he’ll last,
He’s sure he’ll make it with his class.

In he dives into this hole,
Making sure he fulfills his role.

Jumping out to catch some air,
Sweat pours and dampens his hair.

In he dives yet again,
Trying to perform like other men.

The climax now just in sight,
As he spits and spews up white.

Tired and done from all the fun,
   Feeling good and not outdone.

Get your mind out of the gutter,
I speak of a Halfling whose name is Cutter.

Nobile steed a riding dog,
   riding through the morning fog.

Fighting goblins in a cave,
trying to prove he is brave.

Now read this poem again my friend,
And do your best to comprehend.

The truth is not what’s in your mind,
   Just natural thinking of mankind.

Delve

Genuine integrity and honor they say
Comes from an absolute spiritual way
Sending messages you keep deep inside
Misfits and sinners stand silent with pride.

Society needs to delve deep today
Many of us alone, or withdrawn in some way.
Our morals get lost...we keep on trying
To Keep ourselves safe we may start lying.

Not one little spirit is quite so rare....
That their sins are forgotten with one simple Prayer
Gotta be honest and humble...it's true
Lessons learned are not all that new

Simple deceptions of powers inside
Allow us to listen to our false pride
Perhaps there is nothing more...nothing less
These words of wisdom just put in a chest

How many times have you heard people Chant
Believe in the power of saying, " I can't"...?
We need time today to think and ponder
Allowing our souls to willfully wonder

Life's reality seems quite profound
Once you delve deep you've then yourself found
Judging yourself from the inside...
Lay no judgment and swallow your pride~
