Premium Member Dangerous Freedom

Maybe it’s a guy thing,
But who wouldn’t prefer dangerous freedom
To peaceful slavery?
Well it turns out a majority of humanity wouldn’t.
When it comes to the choice
Of red pill vs blue pill
Most choose blue’s comfort of the known.
But in reality only those who can even see the red one
Ever get that choice,
For the vast majority the choice is made for them.
Made at birth,
As they are placed in the life-sucking pod,
Or made somewhere along the line
When the insecurities of life simply overwhelm.
The pod is always waiting after all,
Warm and secure and well contained.
What it lacks in charm
It makes up for in a beautiful dream,
Until it’s not.
But by then it’s too late
Too late to know the difference,
Too late to make a change.
Dangerous freedom meanwhile,
Likewise is not what it seems.
Because the risk is all,
The danger is welcomed
As just part of the scene.

Dangerous dream

I am a dangerous dream
Lure you in, distract you with my lies, grey
Not as I seem, am i

My skin are scales
Cartilage willed rough and agreed to
Mirror no longer needed
I know what I am

Dangerous dream
Or something to take notice of
Silent request for rescue
Or a lure to an unclimbable hole
Where I sit
Hello...are you coming for the ride?

Dangerous dream

See the fire in my eyes
A spark i once tried to hide
I am a dream that can't be tamed
I was quiet for seasons past
But silence is a funny thing
Never really earns a place
Noone can hold me back
The chains no longer strong against my skin
A book bursting at the seams
I am a dangerous dream

I am a Dangerous Dream

They dream of love that will never let go,
the kind that remains when everything breaks apart.
A steady fire - a flame aglow,
one that warms the icy heart.

I am this kind of love they wish to find,
not half-hearted, not careful, not small.
I don’t know how to leave parts behind,
when I love, I give my all.

They call it beautiful - this pure, gentle song -
the depth, the devotion, the way it feels so right.
But they step back once it grows too strong,
when forever starts feeling too bright.

I don’t love gently—I leave a mark behind,
it sinks in deeper than most expect.
What starts as warmth can blur the line,
between being held and being possessed.

I am a dangerous dream they want to hold,
until they feel how deeply I arrive.
The way I adore can turn too bold -
love like mine is too much to survive.

Dangerous Dream

  I am a dangerous dream,
might I add an influx of disdain on your judgements of me,
Distant mirrors dancing in the image of coddled leaps towards your faith,
Turned to shadow, staining my internal bed once clean,
Intern I sprouted wings for flying far from thee,
Your image I flay,
You’re becoming a memory,
I am a dangerous dream yet not as deadly as thee,
Running in molten thought for the melting of me,
Dancing all the while slaying my prophetic dreams,
In an instant turning like a page for wiping the slate clean,
I see through you now,
yet to you, I’ve become unseen,
All your mischievous doings found ashened and wrinkled never reaching me,
You are a dangerous vision,
A weakened image,
A comedic nightmare,
 I remain a dangerous dream…

Indeed

"INDEED"

It is MAGIC indeed
When the dove disappears
The thin black cloth
Banished what was revealed.

It is SORCERY indeed
When you're caught by a spell
You believe every sound
Of the mage's bell.

It is UNFORTUNATE indeed
When you're bewitched by words
Blinded by tales
You treat stone as gold.

It is DANGEROUS indeed
When its veiled by tears
Your soul will be confined
In darkness for years.

It is FUNNY indeed
When you got fooled by a clown
He's cheering you up
While bringing you down

It's magic , sorcery,
Unfortunate, dangerous and funny.
For you have the keenest eyes
Yet you fail to see.

Quite Dangerous

Why stay
When your co-worker
Is unhappy with your success.

Don't expect
The hands you bite
Continue feeding you.

The more you know
The more it is dangerous
Better not to know.

The stars are unhappy
They are overshadowed
By too much darkness.

The Man Who Walks Alone Is Dangerous When He Is Still

He walks through rain that knows his name,
the streets remember every step he’s made.
His silence hums — a blade without a sheath,
his thoughts are storms that never fade.

He does not beg the world to see,
nor crave its shallow, trembling praise.
He burns within a quiet sea,
a ghost that slept through better days.

The moon keeps watch, the dogs all hush,
the wind avoids his shadow’s chill.
There’s danger not in what he’ll do —
but in the fire he keeps that's still.

His heart, once open, sealed by scars,
beats steady as a blacksmith’s will.
The man who walks alone is war,
and yet — he’s mercifully still.

Mr Dangerous

This is dangerous
I mean you're dangerous
Your eyes make me nervous
Yet aroused
But that's what scares me more
I melt into you
And just want to pour
Pour into you

Being around you is dangerous
You're smile is contagious
Making me want to use your face
For my own services

Mr. Dangerous
You make me say things I have never said before
You have me thinking things I thought I never would before
Instantly

You are dangerous
Because I like you as more than just a friend
Now that intimacy is involved
I'd be damn if you had other "friends"
Not because I'm possessive
I just hate the thought of you
Making someone else's back bend

My attraction to you is dangerous
No it's not love, not yet at least
But I am quite territorial not officially mine
Yet we have nothing but raw material
So excuse me if the thought of someone else with you
Makes my thoughts a bit serial

Dangerous love

Dangerous love
Let it be real don’t fake it
Don’t waste my time
Say what you want
I want to know you for who you are
I want to accept you for who I know
I don’t Need a stranger but a partner
So ride or leave the train
There is no time to waste time
Life is shorter than short nowadays
So safe me your tears and be right
With me
We can either be together or be best friends
but I promise you I will be happy with or without you.

Premium Member Kamikaze Karma

A Kamikaze peddler
Who follows his nose
fluorescent green Lycra
A middle finger he shows

Slower than a snail
As wide as truck
Forget the highway code
He pushes his luck.

Side by side they pedal
Three or four deep
Then they become violent
If you give them a beep

They own the road
and there’s no mistake
Zip through red lights
No prisoners they take

Danger personified
Full speed ahead
And then they wonder
Why motorists see red.

The bike’s abandoned
He washes his hands
Peels off his Lycra
He’s got urgent plans

Jumps in his car
To go somewhere fast
A slight incline
He just can’t pass
In front is a pedlar
And It’s Karma at last.

Premium Member Jealous Edith Becomes Dangerous

Edith was filled with blind invidiousness
Everything Norma did irritated her
Edith could not release her envy
Focusing her attention on Norma’s every step
Every word she said, everything she did annoyed Edith
She began scheming how to make her enemy disappear
Crazy jealousy had turned Edith into a potential killer
She spent day and night imagining Norma’s demise
When Norma arrived to bring Edith fresh home-made bread.
She had no idea the danger she was in

I am Scared of the Good Old US of A !!

There is a saying that I have heard,
And hopefully I've got it down here word for word,
'The Lunatics have taken over the asylum' is what the words say,
But I never thought this would apply to the good old US of A.

This President is just a big headed chump,
One day, I hope he falls with one almighty thump,
This man just walks over the countries of the world,
Him and his idiot billionare pal, who both want to make us live in an alternate netherworld.

I know these men have been succesful in getting their fortunes,
But they frighten me more than going to the dreaded dental surgeon,
I know they think they are just putting their own country first,
But does this have to mean making the rest of the world much worse.

Hopefully sometime soon, the American people will realise their big mistake,
And get rid of this man, who just makes the whole world shake!!
