Beholding objects
And space that holds them
Polarities shift
Inner sentience
Cognises soul’s light

A strange fragrance
Of love pervades
Organic form
Which we ensoul

As we taste
Bliss nectar 
Joy fills heart 

God’s gong
Resounds

Grace

Hush the blush

Waking from deep sleep every morn,
centred in the cave of our heart,
before the flow of thought forms start,
in time stretched calm, ego is shorn.

As of soul’s choice we remain still,
doing nothing, poised in the void,
our pristine presence unalloyed,
imbibes boons of grace to heart’s fill.

Attentive awareness alert,
cognises pulse of magnetism,
cascading within feeble form
and as bliss continues to spurt,
igniting thus mind-body prism,
we feel God’s touch, tender and warm.

Wrist Chakras

A sudden flicker of space
Saw inpouring of grace
Activating both wrists

There is no mistake
Since we were awake
Endless are divine trysts

We catalogue this event
Of boons heaven sent
For record keeping

Mindful eye cognises
How magnetism rises
Within our form leaping

Eternal Witness

unfolding in the vast womb of space 
life events precipitate in linear time
which our mindful eye cognises 
as a lucid dream sequence 
caused by soul’s desire
to feel and so learn

Standing in, within yet apart from the template of space-time
Beyond all phenomenal worlds, resides consciousness sublime
Positioned at a centreless fulcrum, devoid of any ego residuum
I Am presence cognises the all-ness of the manifest continuum
Holding at the Bindu point of singularity Sat-Chit-Ananda bliss
Upon which the mystic affirms all that is, is God, here now this

Mindful Eye

Ego as in-form awareness
Enables us to feel alive
However faulty perception
Distances us from God’s bliss hive

Mindful eye cognises each pulse
Both sensory and egoic thought
Viewing them with staid nonchalance
For our blissful soul is self-taught

What the mind-body combine feels 
We neither renounce nor embrace
Being but learning for our soul
Imbibed and released by God's grace

Vicarious Knowing To No Avail

Debates futile for each soul chooses it’s path
Doing what heart likes
Until making each breath, a Holy Sabbath
Thunderous bliss spikes
Fears and desires dykes

Wisdom of the scriptures, words etched in stone
Tested time and again
Yet each of us must tread the path alone
Feeling both joy and pain
Slowly cleansing soul stain

When free will chooses to become from fear immune
Abiding in silence
Distilled attention cognises God’s love tune
Rekindling heart’s innocence 
Bubbling bliss effervescence

Mindful eye
Cognises
Fickle mind
Porous
Misaligned
Stuporous
Blown away
By thought forms
Like a leaf
Having fallen 
Now at the mercy
Of the fierce winds
That abound

We celebrate 
This delusion
Offering to God
The experience 
Of limitation 
In this lucid dream
Of earth life
Seemingly real
Hijacked by ego
Bubble of illusion 
Which lives on
As long as
We feed it

bliss and vacuum
at play within
endless silence
aliveness rhythm
propelled by desire
to burn in separation 
celebrate fusion of union
as one becomes two
two meld as one
gyrating thus
for eternity

What Is Your Preference

Buddhist view on aversion and desire,
cognises oscillations between them,
thereby sidestepping consequence dire,
nipping thorns and flowers, before they stem,
equal in dark and star of Bethlehem.
Cessation by negation, age old ways,
far cry from the tantric, who to joy sways,
dancing at all times in celebration,
imbibing within bliss, that always stays,
given to play, in vibrant elation.

One view accepts that what is, simply is,
thus centered in the void, without movement,
choice of non-action, exiting thought quiz,
heart equipoised in quiet contentment,
whilst the other infuses joy intent,
each breath inflow taken as divine grace,
burning yearning to see God face to face,
all acts performed, in aspect surrender,
seeking out the truth, at a burning pace,
whilst beholding Gods manifest wonder.

Moment by moment, we amble along
Nonchalant to life, as it may unfold
As we breeze thus, singing our own love song
Wondrous unfoldments within we behold

Vaporised presence has nothing it seeks
Present in the continuum vibrant
Bliss rapturous osmotically seeps
To each nuance felt, we are sentient

Innate effulgence of pristine presence
Continual is its subtle signal
Innocence cognises voice of conscience 

Tranquil blissful calm, our souls quintessence 
Heart our abode, where we remain joyful
Wherein we bask in self-luminescence

What Is Real

out of the frying pan, we plunge into the fire
succumbing thus to ego spawned desire
ephemeral objects, our ego aspires

where are we headed, oh hermit
our deluded cravings have no merit
fallen from grace, head and heart split

bewildered we are, amidst myriad external illusions
blown away like a leaf, is our fickle attention
clear light dawning in void of cessation

that that comes and goes unreal
save throb of bliss nothing has appeal
fire of bliss in our heart, purges and heals

nonchalant soul presence, pure and unstained
vaporising lower mind, divine joy ingrains
unaffected by worldly loss or gain

deluded ego in separateness 
slowly cognises interconnectedness 
transcending finally to absolute oneness

earth life then thus a journey without movement 
discontentment transmuting to contentment 
culminating in blissful love enablement

Play of delight, in each touch sensory
Imbibed in slow motion, sedentary 
Caring mindfulness grasps it byte by byte
Merging to feel in fullness, lows and heights
In joyous dance, nonchalant and carefree

As we let go of, to get to, gently
No consciousness of body bond weary
Pristine awareness, cognises by sight
Play of delight

The tease divine, explores caressingly
Vivifying form osmotically 
It is in the void of stillness, quiet
That we dwell and revel in Gods light bright
