Ego as in-form awareness Enables us to feel alive However faulty perception Distances us from God’s bliss hive Mindful eye cognises each pulse Both sensory and egoic thought Viewing them with staid nonchalance For our blissful soul is self-taught What the mind-body combine feels We neither renounce nor embrace Being but learning for our soul Imbibed and released by God's grace 13-October-2022

I read a yogi once described as a "white dot on a white paper". It has remained vivid in my memory since. I'm still painting things the color I think they should be... but the paint is fading :-)

White on white, black on black ~ true actually, darkness veiling darkness, voids within voids but these are mental concepts. What matters is our direct realisation, transcending mind.
