Clinging on to something that's
been gone for so long
Grasping at straws
Just to feel that feeling
that was once so strong
How much longer will we hold on
Until we realize there's no way
to right our wrongs?
Wanting so badly to just go back
to before we let our insecurities
& fears define how we'd act
A love & passion so consuming
it felt like magic
Now we both sit in silence,
knowing this is more than tragic
It hurts hearing your thoughts
that you're no longer positive
that we'll forever last
Trying to get number &
number with every shot & blast
....but the high never lasts
Here comes the comedown
when our ego's ALWAYS clash
Kuz we're stuck, stagnant
in our ed up past
I just wana move forward & grow, like we both know
is the direction we needa go
Our love is too REAL
& too captivating
to try not to really feel
This is tha real deal
..so what's our fckn deal?
Its like...
we legit got no more time to steal
Inside my head,
voices fight for dominance,
obstreperous thoughts clashing,
each demanding attention,
a symphony of dissonance,
a cacophony of self-doubt and dreams
I cannot silence them—
they scream louder than my own will.
I try to block them out
but they break through like waves,
uninvited and wild,
pushing and pulling
until I am caught
between who I am
and who they say I should be.

Control tongue clashing standing on a curb;
At times, if sharp many are sure to disturb;

Probably upset;

Crash the system
Drop the ball

A sight obscene
Practice
Lie
As angels die

Violence
Consumes the air
Ride among

Graciously floating over the River Styx

The Rivers Majestic Majesty
Bursts of Flames and jumping pieces of coal
Your life runs thin as your read words.
Your wasting time but you come back for thirds
You want it
You feed on it
We the ones who aren’t like others
Romantics, Poets, Forever Brothers
We chase the goose into prison walls
And we fall in to a trap, As if forever our souls will stay in cells.
