Walter James Carter

Walter, James, and Carter

Little boys
Son,
Brother,
Son
One by one, my heart undone.
One is one (and a quarter) years tall,
Chocolate wisps that softly fall.
Forest hazel, bold and sly,
Wildfire laughter in his eye.
Two is two (well, almost there),
Golden curls of sunlit hair.
Eyes like ice, so pure, so true,
They freeze my heart and smile it blue.
Three is three (and a half, no less),
Sandy bangs in gentle mess.
Ocean indigo, gaze so deep,
Pulls me in where wonders sleep.
Three little soldiers, three little lights,
My reasons for days and my comfort at nights.
Walter, my baby, James, my wild kin,
Carter, my first
These children. Where my love begins
And knows no end.

              (A Haiku Trio Tribute)

             Not before his time,
             On-time to sow seeds of hope;
             Plowing with love:-

             Raking away hate,
             He prepared grounds for world peace;
             Sowing seeds of hope:-

             Centenarian,
             Canvassing healing worldwide;
             Plowing gracefully:-

Premium Member New Year’s Old Wishes

So many live life as a masquerade
With guarded heart and masking face
It’s not until we lose or gain in faith
That we are pruned to grow by grace

As the year ends we regret deaths
Thinking of those passed on as left
In the old year we had the same frets
Of love, fear of war, poverty and debt

President Jimmy Carter passed today
He built homes for families his way
With community service he was great
Habitat for humanity homes built safe

New year old wishes for peace on earth
Homes for the unhoused hope is birthed
For humanity to grow kinder with gentle word
For people to be united feel loved and heard

Premium Member Carter the Martyr

A radical named Hans Grenade Carter
His desire in life to be a martyr

      His explosive ignited
      All the targets, affrighted

From the stench he emitted, the farter

Everyone tells us what to do when a cherished-Love-one dies.
So, I will just suggest that one should not allow themselves to grieve too long. Spend your waking hours reading and remembering The many years you were all together. When you return to your normal routine at work, school, playtime. get close to people and find new friends, Call a friend when you are in doubt of something.

Have a Prayer Circle in her name and visit with God often. He will direct your steps each day. We get so use to the Earthly body, and so when we don't see it around we get lonely. There are three of you to keep company. Cherish this time together. At Holidays which can be the worst, Light candles and sing songs.

Keep close to one another and always remember when a bird flys by, or a dog barks at you, it might be her saying Hello.

Wishing you all the best for a Happy, Healthy and Loving experience in the years to come.

Premium Member John Carter the Beet Farmer

John Carter was a gifted child
who came from a long line of red beet farmers
they were known for being the first to deliver beets
by ships, trains, planes and by way of harbor
And every beet in the market has a stamp marked Carter,
he was also a charmer who honed his talents off the farm and in the parlor
a scholar and farmer who made a million dollars,
got married, had a son and named him Jimmy Carter
who grew up to be a famous peanut farmer etc...

Mrs Carter and Her New Car

Mrs Carter decided she would buy a new car
Looking forward to journeys both near and far
She listened intently to the salesman's patter
Fuel consumption and speed didn't matter

The small blue one would be easy to park
A good choice according to salesman Mark
She gave it the once over the deal was done
Delivered tomorrow so she could start her fun

Sure enough the car was delivered next day
Keys handed over would soon be on her way
A trip into town would be nice thought Mrs Carter
She turned the key and the car was a non starter

Mrs Carter had been taken literally for a ride
A dud car that looked nice from the outside
She rang up Mark who was nowhere to be seen
Nor was the money she paid both cruel and mean

I once had a dog named Carter
Who was a hell of a farter
I stuck a plug up his butt
To stop the farting mutt
But Carter just pushed 'em out harder!

I fell into an airplane tire
It went round and round
And the plane went higher
And it turns turns turns
That airplane tire.

Blip Carter

In the good old days,
Backyard loos were the way,
The old blip carter appears,
From a dim and distant year,
Had the blip can on his back,
Strode off down nostalgia's track!

JIMMY CARTER
There's so many shortages
we don't know what to do
we're outa gas and coffee beans
and outa money, too.
The congress hasn't been much help
and peanuts just won't do,
so Jimmy please be good for us,
and we'll be good for you!
Well my car's a little bit
extravegant, I know,
it's got an air conditioner
and 440 makes it go!
And every time I step on it
it pours the gas right through
and congress doesn't like my car,
but they drive guzzlers, too!
Well Jimmy Carter's leading us from desperation
and he's trying to save the family car
but the road hog is a gasser
and the gas ain't no cheaper
at the rate that we're goin now---we won't go far!

Carter Phipps has authored
"Evolutionaries:
Unlocking the Spiritual and Cultural Potential
of Science's Greatest Idea."

Hmmm. This is good rich brown rice,
and I want to stay nice,
cause I like his prime line
but I also like to scribble.

I thought science's greatest idea
was regenerating healthy outcomes,
with alternating slow-grow evolutions
and critical-event revolutions
emerging fertile polypaths
to further polyculturally healthy
wealth regenerations.

Evolutionary ways
toward regenerative means
and kinds balancing unkinds of nature
and DNA/RNA extensive kin.

If regenerate outcomes are evolution's medicinal purpose,
then scientists evolve emerging prescriptions
for nature's fertile unfolding of time.

And, by the way,
why "spiritual" potential of science?
and not "natural"
or is Phipps catering both together,
nondual co-arising emergence?

Dear Carter

Who is that man; Carter? calling me from the floods of the rain, Who is this man named Carter, for his problems have given me so much pain.

Carter why give me so much trouble that my life cannot refrain?
for I have given you love and honesty and you still have not did the same.

This mirror is a reflection of you, for what you have done to me. You left me in the
water.. flooding from my knees. I begged for forgiveness but you never came to my plead.

I begged and begged "O Carter" why are you doing this to me? You stepped on my heart and showed no mercy.

For Dear O' Carter this is my last cry to you. I have to simply ask; Why do you do the things you do? Now that your gone, I've regained happiness and strength on my own.

It's sad we can't be together but I guess I have to live with this forever, Without you..I'm now a happy woman in my own hands, for

Dear Carter was "my" husband.
