Lord Cam Was Here

Lord Cam Was Here.
I had and spent a great time here.
The end is not far away.
I turned 65 in May of this year 2024.
I am on my way out. Headinng up to heaven.
I helped a lot of people. Many turned ungrateful. But it's all ok.
I did it for Love.
I was victimised and ostrasised at Times,
Repaid unkindness for Kindness, Treated harshley and cheated at times.
But by luck or faith, or blessings, I always managed to bounce back.
And Inspite of it all I lived a wondeful and most happy life.
Always with a pure, sincere and giving heart.
I always tried hard to be a truthful man, even when i was lied upon.
I have always been blessed with an abundance of happiness and Cheerfulness,
Lucky Me.
Blessed with 3 children, although only one seem to be bothering with me nowadays.
I find the others ungrateful Like many of the hypocrites and parasites
I've me in my life-In every walk of life.
But that did not stop me being Loving and Loved and like I sai Blessed.

JAM CAM

JAM CAM

I’m sitting here still and aloof
Held up in traffic of a morning
We are all told to stay in lane
And who are we to complain
But cutting in without warning
The blue light goes on the roof

Premium Member Cam, the Magical Kitty

A tiny white kitty was born on a rainy day.
His mommy hugged him, and I heard her say,
"Your fur is as white as a cute baby lamb.
I think a good name for you will be Cam."

Cam lived in a home with three little boys.
He was happy and had his own kitten toys.
He slept in their bedroom and every night,
He'd spread his golden wings and take flight.

No one knew that Cam had magical wings.
He flew everywhere and met queens and kings.
His parents didn't know that he could fly,
Higher than a kite or clouds in the blue sky!

Cam was a good cat, and loved being a pet,
Eating all the delicious treats he could get.
Then, take a nap until lunch time at noon,
Dreaming he'd fly beyond stars to the moon.

Premium Member My Explanation of My Dreams of Cam

This was a very personal poem for me.
For 3 years I've been dreaming,
Of different time periods Ancient Rome,
King Arthur, Leonardo Di Vinci,
1800 West and Pearl Harbor. The only,
Constant is Her, Cam.
Dreams, no I think they are past lives.
That's how I am going to identify them.
Knowing the past will always,
Bring us to the future.
True most of my poems are past lives,
Romance, betrayal, Mythology and lost love.
I have always labeled myself,
"The Hopeless Romantic"
I dream of this girl Cam she keeps,
My heart young, free and independent.
Is she real? Not in this lifetime, Not yet.
I do believe with all my heart that we,
Knew each in another life.
In my poems I bring out my heart,
And soul in everything I write.
I am very passionate, emotional,
And driven in my poems, as we all are.
I am not embarrassed to say I have ,
Feelings for Cam who resembles Toni,
Who died in my arms and is the,
The first poem I ever wrote. It is on here.
We all have a Cam and I would love,
To hear about yours.

I Cam To Take You

I came to take you with me
Away from shame, away jealousy;
I’m your life and shadow too
Come out of your standing grave—it is earthy.

Fairly, I’ve come this way, only for you
Following the breeze, before the advent of dew;
Is it your woo, neither band nor song
Or is it your love or virtue?

For without you, my sore widened a furlong
In this pain, thirst grew, I became too strong
And this love was last journey
Come with me! O’ Soul! O’ My Song!
