Walk swiftly away from burning streets
follow a willow to the pulse of a stream.
Take up your oils and sable-tipped brushes
soften jagged shadows and thorns on the blush.
Be as a twig drifting down silvery dreaming
Into lavender eternity where cherubs never weep.
Fly far-far away from imploding heads.
Tie-dye sweet memories with the gratefully dead.
Sweep debris from both heart and the mind.
No need to twist wind; just breathe deeply-unwind.
Open your heart wide-Buff up fading faith.
Make daisy-chained laughter in sunflower glades.
Where angels fashion a blossom out of the sagebrush.
Every reaper mellows to yellow in their old age.
All of our songs and stories
are written to hold the shadows at bay
but each evening long dark arms
unrelentingly slink across the land
ever so slowly and inevitably
they blossom out of the receding light
Their arrivals are foretold
prophets penned of their ashen fingertips
that cast our fleeting moments into dusk
our theaters of light to shade
and our pain and sorrows to silence
A loud clamoring presents itself
shouts and screams fill the air thickly
louder and louder it grows
until the clamoring yields
to a crescendo of cries and prayers unanswered
they slam up against the encroaching shadows
as though to ward off their inevitable arrival
A fool's errand
For the night alone bears silent witness
and scribes solemn and eternal testament
to the beauty of all ephemeral things
"Alas, such endings must come
for you see all things do perish
and all things inexorably decay"
And in just this way we arrive
to write our songs and stories
filled with beautiful new beginnings
of art and love and hope and joy
pages and pages hence
that hold the shadows at bay
Stay gracious
Shed not a sigh of sorrow
The love within
A majestic bliss
A treasured gift
Only blessed souls
Granted with
They unfold and blossom out.
Stay gracious
Say not on my own
I brood alone
A profound affection
Bestowed upon you
Warming your very cold spaces
Filling up your void
With company day and night.
Stay Gracious
Drop not a single word of ache
The love within
A healer, an igniter
A lofty genuine ardour
Widening your tolerance
Deepening your enlightenment
A soul of mighty powers ever sovereign.
Stay gracious
Capable of generous emotions
Revel in the love within
The heed not given
Give no heed
Intensify your endearment
Enfold your Gem of Love
That's your plea to Divine Love.

The heart longs most of the time
But it cannot get it all
Not because it is the most impossible but it just cannot
Not that it is an act of greed
But it longs to be happy
Not that it is out selfishness
But a want, a desire that burns
We all fight for what we need
And it all sprouts from the heart
Just as the flowers blossom out of their buds
Just as the rose magnifies its beauty over time
So does the urge burn in the heart
Only for the mind to notice and react
Not that all the desires are justifiable
But the purest out of all matters the most
We all have been there and suffer the melody
Anxious for the cause and patient for the right
Once upon a time it all begins
And the end stamps the reality
He didn't blossom out with vive,
have all the answers to self-live,
your problem at his door, arrive!
He'd say to wait, yet still today
in moments strife ~ he'd say OK
Your car ~ his home, in the driveway!
His small garage, filled to the brim
with parts and projects from his friends
Paul's willingness" could not be bought!
Paul's name not estimate his fee
a "cash" you'd think ~ its sure not free,
he'd plunge right in ~ his harmony!
His trailer home, no yard to mow
white pebbles lacing, concrete's show
no extra work to grasp renown!
"Its plugged, burned out", or just is "blown!"
his knowledge kept your sorrow down
"But can you fix it" ~ you'd condone!
He had the parts, just here and there
his small garage, a farm somewhere
the cost'd be small, he kept it fair !

A winter shrouds the spring of ours –
the ruthless snowstorm starts to whirl,
the snowy mantle lies around us
and Boreas will gloss it well.
I wanna warm days – when a brook
in gaiety will join a stream,
when trees under the sunny look
will lushly blossom out in leaf.
Like dripping water falling down
will ever live through drop by drop.
Like birds will land the nearest ground
and turn their eyes in skies to hop.
So I will only long for you,
my destination will come true.
Just me and my shadow
Walking around
In the late evening sunset
Trying to see if there is
Anything we can get into
Before moon abide
Walking around this
Grove of magnolia’s
Me and my shadow
enjoying fragrances
Smell delightful
Blooms blossom out
So heavenly
Me and my shadow and a
Yellow butterfly
Make three
