Best Subconscious Mind Poems
~ I DREAM a DREAM ~
I dream a dream so placid~~
**
A commitment that burns every morning brink
I feel the pain as I slip into my shoes of confident
Every day I wonder how much more can I take?
I want to fall right back to sleep, knowing I'm still in deep
Another day facing the sun, holding onto feelings overdone
I taste the acid, I feel the corrosive results
A reaction eating my heart away with fault
My expressions are dissolving as I carry a 100 pound bag of salt.
I dream a dream of addiction~~
**
By morning dawn I gain control of my world
Watch, as my eagle eye's hide under my new disguise
My withdrawals ride high into the sky
I'm under an ultimate dependent narcotic feel
My drugs of the low - self image sits under garbage waste
Reacting with chills, vengeance- my only pill
Acting on my addiction, I deprive my insecurities with restriction
Power in every hit, a strong substance I withhold every dope hour
I dream a dream of adultery~~
**
Every day the sun rises, I share a cup of coffee for three
Fighting the feeling that flows towards another man
My head is sweating, my emotions are distracting and upsetting
This river boat got wet, the day you introduced me to the Internet
In my subconscious mind you are here and then you disappear
My sexual desires I self-sabotage when you become him
My love that's the only way my body will let you in
A mess brought by your cheating days
Now the interest has gone away
Betrayed by you, neglecting me
Don't ever trust, or believe what you see.
by:)
A child with twisted limbs and a smile;
displays a faith he's held from the start.
Although every day is a trial,
he praises God with all of his heart.
It's hard to believe.
A wino quotes from the book of God,
proclaiming that Jesus has saved him.
And proves faith roots in the poorest sod
under God's light, no matter how dim.
He came to believe.
A boy from the ghetto learns to steal;
settling fights with a knife or a gun.
And yet, his Mom prays before each meal;
thanking God for the gift of her son.
She needs to believe.
I see how the forgotten and poor
are desperately struggling to cope.
Yet, despite fate closing every door,
their unwavering faith gives them hope.
They choose to believe.
Behind all the rhetoric, I find:
I wish to be loved and understood.
And in my soul or subconscious mind,
there's an innate desire to do good.
I want to believe.
writing a poem isnt that hard
just write what you feel straight from your heart
all you have to do is sit back and think for a minute
dig around inspiration and grab whats in it
remember the thoughts that swim in your head
and intricately weave them on paper like thread
and with each thought that you write down
remember that feeling is key when emotion is bound
the flow from a poem is like the flow from your heart
conveying emotions and thoughts like a painting in art
if it wills you to do so use instinct instead
let your senses be your guide for the thoughts in your head
you can even reach deeper into your subconscious mind
and write about dreams and visions in time
poetry is a gift that only man can convey
and no other species can express it this way
Rest is a requirement,
for all,
in order to have this,
sleep is a must,
after a day’s of hard work,
wherein sleep is a must,
for all,
to freshen up the next day,
though the mind goes to sleep,
and the body follows suit,
the subconscious mind awakens,
and in lie,
a number of dreams,
awaiting you,
the dream,
that always reigns in my mind,
is the death of my wife,
not once,
but more than a couple of times,
why does this dream,
often arise in my mind,
is the answer I seek,
is it because of the love we have towards one another,
or is it the compassion for each other,
or is it in relation of serving one another,
or is it a kind of warning,
a warning to take care in the future,
some people may call this as the sixth sense,
while I call this a nightmare,
as nightmares are really scary,
yes, nightmares are quite scary indeed,
if you do agree with me or not!!

subconscious mind agitates
happenings screened behind eyes
man in sleep watches
you cant help but feel to failure,
presence of nothingness fills your heart,
your subconscious mind turns into your enemy,
and the heart you stitched together has fallen back apart
your head is filled with memories, in which stab your present thought,
The smile on your face is artificial,
while the pain in your heart remains sought
stuck in this state of mind, its hard to let it go
you get high to seize the day, because on ground level,
your stuck at a low

Creeping on my windowpane
peek into my heart, them I refuse
Awake, I fear their unknown recluse
They wind my shivering fears in threads
and let them curl till they squeeze to last bead
haloed drops disperse from my window
my anxieties engulfed afloat like paper boats
spiral dreams bubble from the breeding-box valley
my room lit with their playful exuberance
Ah! One tendril I catch at last y
It lends me a hand to ascend l
we swivel from bedside and f
Afar, bursting light brewing hope
across the county line
Rhapsody of enchanting mid nights
the old gatekeeper that sings
white patches melt in golden hues
dreams tiptoe through mauve skies
treasures of crimson opera, I unlock
memories blush revealing dim chandeliers
they become more mine than I am
then lull me to sleep as I release
the effervescence dancing to beats
in the ballroom of my subconscious mind
like reclined paper planes in azure clouds
that spiral love on their paper boats
as snowflakes in the city that never sleeps

Dreamer and the dreamed,
wish to be redeemed,
distilling each thought,
that’s ego begot.
Our subconscious mind
grips us in it’s bind,
displayed as instinct,
that’s not quite love inked.
We, as the object,
dreamed by the subject,
live out our own dream,
in thought forms we stream.
Emptying our cup
is how we wake up,
melding head with heart,
adding love to cart.
Ceasing to react,
we then know as fact
we’re soul, not this form,
caught in a thought storm.
Upon knowing this,
we’re suffused with bliss,
being our essence ~
soul’s luminescence.

I’m standing at the entrance, there’s another bridge to cross
Will this next step in my journey bring me gain or loss
Should I take the next step boldly? Should I shrink away in fear?
Will it bring me victory? Or will it bring me tears?
I’ve seen other victims lying, crying on the ground
And I know they’re not the kind of folks I like to be around
For they like to blame another for their trouble and their pain
Never lay it at their own feet where it should be lay'n
We’re the masters of our own souls, there’s no one else to blame
We chose all these conditions, now we must play the game
We came to learn some lessons, we set it up this way
We wrote the rules, the whistle’s blown and now it’s time to play
Each life presents more problems, there for us to solve
We’ve planned it very carefully, to help our souls evolve
Before we’re born we see our failings, see what we must do
Then choose a life that will correct the things that we need to
We choose the right environment that will help us best
To resolve our issues, and put us to the test
We choose our friends and family to help us with the task
Confront us with our issues, whatever we did ask
Though we can’t remember, with some deep thought you'll find
Our souls did this within us, in our subconscious mind
So when we meet the problem and don’t know what to do
Remember that we put it there, a hurdle to push through
The soul is on a journey and goes from life to life
It grows by overcoming all forms of pain and strife
That one day it can reach, through all the steps it’s trod
That perfect state, reintegrate, fully back with God
So here I stand now wond'ring, my heart begins to race
As I recall my purpose for coming to this place
I charge forward boldly with not a backward glance
And thank my God within me for giving me the chance
Have you seen little floaters that drift in the sky?
They can be quite deceiving; they exist on our eye,
They’re black in the centers, Surrounded in white,
A scratch on the lenses, protecting the eye,
I’ve seen others beyond these, that dance and move free,
Could it be what I’m observing is divine energy?
From the rays of the moon, they’re produced overnight,
Charged up by the sun and dispersed throughout light,
To the trees and all nature, throughout all living things,
Do we play the lead role because we’re human beings?
Colors of purple, Neon and white,
Translucent by day, rarely seen in the night,
Are they just an illusion or simply just and divine?
Do they have an influence on the subconscious mind?
Why can I see them and what are they for?
As a creative distraction or to show us a door?
To a realm of existence, less explored by mankind,
Leaving secrets between shadows for all species to find,
Which leads me to believe that this force in disguise,
Has an influence great on the mind and its’ eyes,
Facilitating our evolution as we live life to learn,
How to live in the light, it's a right we must earn,
This existence is puzzling; the ultimate unspoken test,
Of our will to live righteous, of our desires to live blessed,
To believe there's no evil is to believe there's no light,
Yet the belief there exists nothing in my mind is not right,
Although this life we design is so hard to conceive,
If you give it some thought you might come to believe,
That a power exists here, a force of the divine,
A power that does work through the mysterious mind,
Yet these messages relayed on a subliminal level,
Are most times distorted through the works of the devil,
Yet that's a part of life’s battle in my mind there's no doubt,
That a duty of ours as humans is to help figure this out,
So take a look within yourself and maybe contemplate this,
For thy kingdom is amazing are you living its' bliss?

I talk to myself in many voices
Having conversations with myself
Answering my own questions
Thinking it is something else
The mind can play tricks
If you let it
It can convince you of anything
The conscious and subconscious mind
At times feels separate
From each other
Not connecting as well as it could be
A detachment from the brain
Lost in translations
Of many conversations
To feel safe and calm
Within oneself
The fear of losing yourself
When no one hears or believes you
Feelings and thoughts
Put on a dusty shelf
Not everything is clear
But I am totally aware
Of what is going on
Many layers of words
Coming out of nowhere
Can scare the mind into submission
Eating pieces away of your soul
Losing control
Feeling all alone
In your psychotic turmoil
Who will be there in the end
If I go numb and cannot see
Love me as I am
Or set me free to be me
We cry out for peace..in the wilderness
and yet live where death flows like a river.
We call out for understanding
and yet hate blooms with each new birth,
nourished by the generation before.
We pray for kindness,
yet every day nature shows no mercy.
We turn inward,
as though the answers sought are burned into the subconscious mind.
We want change,
and yet we walk in illusion,
finding man is both Cain and Able.
We are heaven and hell
We turn our swords into plow shares,
then build a wall around the plowed field.
We are a creature of fences and borders,
that stalk the nights in search of the weak.
We are you and me in our darkest moments,
angry at action or inaction.
We are a burning fuse, a red tide suffocating,
a volcano that will bury, a lion killing,
every new cub born before our new kingdom.
We are who we are, dreamers, a bringer of death,
seekers of peace, a sunny day, a raging storm
We are nature's way of looking at itself,
arrogance and disillusionment,
wrapped up in a blanket of empathy.
Moving through time, awaiting death, praying for eternity.
contest I Can't Breathe
Dementia has taken hold of my mind.
There is nothing, my reasoning controls.
Sorry for my demeanor.
I don't mean to hurt anyone.
Its paralysis of my thinking mind.
Please forgive my deeds.
They are insane and unkind.
I did not know that my subconscious mind,
Can take control.
I hardly remember any event in my life.
There are some, that I recognise.
Just the deeply etched impressions.
Most of the time, I am not me.
I became somebody, I do not know.
I cannot even wish, that my will to live, will end.
My reasoning is demented.
I wish that they are not so unkind.
My loved ones suffer the ignominy.
If I had my senses intact.
I would have rewritten history.
It’s a shame that in this 21st century.
There are no solutions for this bane.
Euthanasia is not prescribed by law,
Nor can I self destruct.
There is no justice from above or below.
Just feel I am suspended in time.
I cannot imagine what I can’t.
I cannot express what I want.
No guilt no shame,
what wrong have I done,
To exist in this parallel universe.
Fascinated only by pathological manifestations
Of the subconscious mind
A peculiar mark of unfounded substance
A glaring light upon the hinterland
Perceived as negation
In which perception takes place
The implications of shallow existence
A recourse of ragged indecencies
That intricates the fallacy of life
With so much refuse and slag
In its labyrinth of cohesion
Beneath it all lies constant turmoil
That stands against all vicissitudes
We'll be forever building gold mines
from scrap metal and taking
recycled energy to cosmic levels
through third eye
We'll go un-noticed until the heavens turn
or if our chakras are not aligned
constantly diverting negative thoughts
through our meditative lights
We'll build a sandcastle from determination
and live life on the edge,
fulfilling divine order and witnessing creation,
living in the now and staying ahead
We'll tip the earth off it's axis
and trick subconscious mind states into submission
You can catch us in the wind transcending counter reactions
Bi-passing illusions of circumstances
We'll have an abundance of the maximum
Enough love energy for all who attract our path
We'll be the ones in the light
asking for nothing in return but peace
at last
