Take a deep breath
Let yourself relax
Close your eyes
Come with me

Inhale
Exhale

Let me guide you
I’ll take you on a magical journey

Give in to the moment
Relax
Breathe
Close your eyes

You’re there
You’re there
You’re outside the Taj Mahal
A full moon bathes it in a silver glow
It’s serene
Take all the time you want
Enjoy the scene
There’s no need to hurry

Inhale
Exhale

You’re tired
Winding down
It’s after hours
And no one is around

The stress of your day
Is the coat you take off
One sleeve at a time
Let it drop to your feet
Feel the freedom
Of the weight off your shoulders

Take a deep breath
You’re at the main entrance
You’re calm
Slowly slip off
Each shoe one at a time

Take a deep breath
Listen
It’s just you and the echo of stillness
It’s majestic with the high ceilings
And luscious marble all around you

Listen
Feel the resounding silence
It’s charming and inviting
It’s calling you from within
Go ahead
Follow where it leads

Enter as the richness
Of the silence envelops you
It’s a droning melody
That feels peaceful and safe
Soothing
Beckoning
You feel light
You feel transported
Your feet barely touch the floor

Inhale
Exhale
Stay as long as you like

You’re exactly
Where you need to be

Relax
Take it all in

When you’re ready to leave
Have one last listen
To the melody of silence

Step over your shoes and coat
You might as well
Leave them behind
You don’t need them

Treasure this peacefulness you feel
You’ve earned it
Let it lead the way
To a relaxing evening
Where sleep will sway you
Between the realms
Of fantasy and reality

Breathe
Relax
And enjoy your evening

There is silence in turmoil… joy in the midst of pain
Sweetness in the bitter… music in the rain

There is light in darkness… illuminated faith shines
Hues of colorful sighs… insights into the signs

There is beauty in unsightliness… kindness in the lost hope
Gentle warmth in a chill… that leaves a way to cope

There is laughter in the sorrow… mirth in the grim
Even though there is mourning… that leaves the eye dim

There is a whisper of inspiration… soothing away the cry
Allowing a tear to pierce the heart… mute the brightest sky

There is grace in the loathing… even hatred brings insight
Precious moments of understanding… can bring pure delight

There is goodness in the shame… for it means a heart is contrite
No dishonor in remorse… even disgrace is brighter in the moonlight

There is warmth in the winter… even though ice chills the bones
Fires breathe tenderness… to those who won’t throw stones

There is caring in the selfish… when they mend their greed
Welcoming the attention… of those who are selfless indeed

There is love in the callous… even a hard heart can be thawed
When there is the compassion… to give mercy we should applaud

The Astonishing Serenity of Eventide

A kaleidoscope of azure and intense tangerine,
resonating beauty so peaceful and serene-
My eyes are raptured from the sun descending,
the most astonishing sight I’ve ever seen.
Soon the ebon sky shall arrive with dusk ascending.

Breathtaking and elegant I see nothing but appeal,
there are no metaphors to describe just how I feel-
With each blink of my eye the scenery modifies,
and with each transformation my heart does heal,
bringing resplendency to life with the closing of the skies.

Peach sapphire radiancy with staggering desire,
a long day of sunshine turns into eventide fire-
The day is concluded with heaven’s sweet abyss,
twilight approaches as tranquility I do acquire.
I watch the stillness appear as the intimate clouds kiss.

No sights can be seen with this much placid repose,
it’s time for rest for the weary as daylight comes to close-
Soon dawn will arrive with a new artisan hue,
and all things mother nature brings in marvel shall expose.
Now it’s time to bid farewell and say with awe... adieu.

My mind to arms to hands to oars to lake

I cleave the sunrise glass-like surface, still

With just my lonely friend, a mallard drake

Thus set adrift, my thoughts, upon the wake

So buoyed by the breath of morning's chill ...

Oh, how I long to know the somber deep

To let my weary soul sink with the bream

But I have many vows that I must keep

My web-toed friend and I have loves to reap

And many lochs to row before we dream ...

Yes, many lochs to row ... before we dream.

When it seems the world turns upside down
I am airborne by problems, falling
Seeking serenity to erase my frown
While wanting to run out of town
I can hear the mountains calling

Where strength resides and is renewed
Where the slopes of serenity shine
With all the beauty to be viewed
To study my path to be pursued
Some choices in my destiny are mine!

Serenity, From Fall to Freedom

Serenity – From Fall to Freedom

A Ballad of a fearless teenage girl takes on a dare at a dangerous skate park, soaring through the air before a devastating fall changes her life forever. Years later, now a young woman bound to a wheelchair, she finds herself caught between two worlds—the harsh reality of her injury and the limitless expanse of her imagination. As city lights fade into stardust, she drifts into a realm where she can move freely, unburdened by gravity, her spirit untethered. In this cosmic sanctuary, she floats beyond sorrow, releasing the ghosts of her past.

Yet, even in reality, she refuses to be defined by loss. Strengthened by love and resilience, she carves a new path forward proving that true freedom comes not from movement, but from the boundless power of the mind.
But where will her journey lead?

In the sanctuary of sacred thoughts,
once more beyond the flickering line
where city lights bleed into starry skies
steel birds soar on winds sublime
Is it fated or forged by will alone,
choral voices sing
and sing to her alone
Serenity - Serenity
in an air of reprieve.
reality melts away,
where once deceived

She floats—
adrift in cosmic skies,
releasing ghosts
swift as they arise
To weigh her down - no jaded eyes.
a brand new world of stardust smiles

Awash in colours names defy.
celestial cosmos of limitless sight
Will you grant her one more wish
eyes closed tight?
Sanction fantasy and reality's converge in flight?

Premium Member Soft and Silky Silence

Silence is very likely quite abundant in heaven,
And all was pure bliss before the noise rebellion,
For thoughts were loud then and never impelled,
From any of the places where beauty once dwelled.

In absence of music magic so much would be lost,
But it's so wrong to tolerate sound at any cost!
The spirit craves rosy silence in order to glow,
Soft and velvety smooth as summer night moonglow.

In its tangible embrace, genuine rapture is found,
Like a cherry blossom spring when no one's around,
Or multicolored nature paths which lead everywhere,
With promise of serene beauty until you get there!

On her velvet, aquamarine divan,
    With poetic thoughts, so sylvan.

At peace with midnight’s universe.
The starlit sky, understands her verse.

How near to God, in heart, is she.
Her feathered, poetic quill, sings of eternity!

In the realm of stars, where dreams bear flight,
A moment of tranquility, bathed in celestial light.
When night kisses the cease of the day,
A realm of peace emerges, where troubles sway.

As twilight weaves its tapestry of gold
And the stars start their dance, bold,
I find myself in a place so serene,
Where worries vanish and troubles are unseen.

In this realm of stars, where dreams bear flight,
I am embraced by a soothing, celestial light.
My cares, such burdens too heavy to bear,
Are gently released into the night air.

I feel weightless, floating on tranquil waters,
Embraced by a love that knows no borders.
The moon, a guiding beacon in the sky,
Illuminates my path as I peacefully glide by.

In this realm of stars, where dreams bear flight,
I am free from the chains that bind me tight.
No distress, no fears, just serenity,
As I find solace in this moment of tranquility.

The whispers of the wind, a symphony of peace,
As I surrender myself to this moment's release.
The world around me fades, and I am alone,
Immersed in the beauty that the night has shown.

The stars twinkle above, as diamonds in the night,
Guiding me toward a destiny so bright.
In this realm of stars, where dreams bear flight,
I am filled with a sense of pure delight.

The universe unfolds its secrets to me,
As I wander through this realm so free.
I am but a speck in this vast expanse,
Yet I feel connected, a speck of the cosmic dance.

In this moment of tranquility, I am at peace,
All my strains and troubles find release.
In the realm of stars, where dreams bear flight,
I am embraced by the beauty of the night.

A moment of tranquility, so pure and rare,
Where the burdens of life simply disappear.
When night kisses the boundary of the day,
I find my cares just... fall away.

Heartbeat near the blaze
Sunshine through feathery clouds~
Breath of peace, serene

Serenity Of Blue

As in our rivers' varied tints of blues,
the color blends are peaceful and serene,
in ripples of reflective color hues
that mirror mix of sky and hills of green.

Yet, 'midst the flowers in our fields that grow,
real blue in blooms is very scarce indeed.
The few we see will thrill us with their show;
   Delphiniums or blue wildflower weeds.

And too, in foods the color blue is rare
most fruits display a color that attracts,
like tangerine, red apple, plum, and pear;
somehow the color blue in food detracts.

So nature gifts us blues in soft sky blue
reflected in her rivers, lakes or seas.
Though rarest of earth colors, it is true,
serenity of blue will always please.

Premium Member The Field

Summer resplendent sun glowing
in the photosynthesis of viridescent grass.
Waving blades like long fingers flowing,
the sudden sighing gusts come and pass.

The field lives palpable in the anamnesis.
I step through the Queen Anne’s lace,
I lay down on dense turf, where distress decreases,
Sun of repose wrings out pain, leaving no trace.

The field uncut, surrounded by trees,
shooshing wind mixes only with the hum of bees.
Lazy, balmy, timeless afternoon, grasshoppers leap.
Musty grass inhaled. I doze and fall asleep.

The field dandelions release seeds like cotton
floating on nuzzling breeze, landing, then begotten.
Burrowing moles hunt earthworms under soil.
Nests and mounds, why do ants tirelessly toil?

Toad hops by, pausing, inspecting for insects.
Sioux Nation meadowlarks sing of friendship
from the nearby woodland intersects.
Love by dissolving into field, my ritual worship.

At cool dusk, I awaken to cricket chitter.
Night’s canopy of cosmos is without dimension,
measureless. I am free and joyous in star glitter.
I merge with field habitat, awakening all sensations.

Premium Member The Serenity of Green

The color green in nature paints with hues and tints
grand images of growth, renewal, and rebirth.
Green soothes the soul, reduces strain of stress and strife;
we feel serenity through green from Mother Earth.

It sets up harmony between the heart and mind,
surrounds us with its gentle blended color hue...
a magic mix of hopefulness from yellow's warmth,
with calm, inspiring cool light of tranquil blue.

The peace of green abides in velvet smooth green lawns,
the fluttering new leaves of Springtime’s budding trees,
and tumbling flow of vines that drape the fence and rail,
along with willow branches flying in the breeze.

Our Spring awakes and spreads her wondrous cloak for us
to calm and soothe our souls whatever be the scene;
beneath the yellow Sun embraced by Earth’s blue sky,
their blended colors share the miracle of green.

Serenity

Just close your eyes, just go to sleep
and let the peace begin
The serenity you seek is with you now
for it comes from deep within

Put on your smile with loving grace
look forward not behind
Have complete repose with relaxation
of your senses and your mind

Then open the door to tranquility
where stillness and calmness wait
Don't worry if you're too early
Don't worry if you're too late

Our love will carry you when ever you go
just call out His name and you'll see
You will find the peace you've been looking for
the peace of serenity
