One day while working in my back yard,
I tripped and fell and hit the ground hard.

Backing up with the hose I tripped over a boulder.
I fell really hard and injured my shoulder.

Thought it would get better, it's just a bad bruise,
But it just got worse...

My Heart Was Ripped Out
My heart was ripped out
Was ripped out of my chest
Leaving a hole
A bottomless hole
A black hole
Deeper than the great abyss
Wider then space itself
Where temperatures are so cold
Where thermometers cease to register
Where no sound emanates
Thought is impossible
And there's no ability to feel
Even if touch were possible
Things...

Ripped By a Rose
Ripped by a rose

She has a smile worth a thousand sunshines, even in the dark she glows...
She is the girl next door, Mary Jane.

I cannot ask for her numbers for she is the kind that humbles an eagle, she is one of a kind.

I am...

To those who scam one another
One day you will be smothered
You cannot do it for too long
And you know that it is wrong
Any delusion you may have had
Becomes much more than so sad
All you hope will not be true
It ends up that ending to you...

Ripped and Torn
Do you still call me in your dreams?
Fetus pillow ,how I miss your feet
Alarmclock flashes through molasses
Teary pillow tangled sheets

Recalling conversation
Questioning the answers
Recoiling in retreat
C'mon coffee, stay awake
Time to face the busy street
Time to walk the depro beat
Laughs too loud and sleeps too late
Tattle tale...

Yesterday I heard a happy Republican
crediting President Trump's self-proclaimed successes
to his training and experience with consumer-driven accountability;
meaning,
I presume,
his for-profit experience with market-driven consumerism.

Now I realize this for-profit wealth of experience
outside Washington,
untainted by prior government experience,
appears compelling for how he became President Trump
as opposed to continuing...

Heart Ripped Out
Joy filled my days
when I heard from you.
Now you say
nothing against you
but I can't text you.
My heart broke
like waves on shore.
Tears flow from eyes
with these words spoke.
Lions ripped soul into
as I remember you
the words of love
I shared with you.
Now all alone
for holiday...

Ripped Soul, Sutured Soul
When you were born did your soul burst,
Sending a part of it spiraling through the universe?
Did you continually walk around feeling lost,
At night did you turn and toss?
When the paths you did wander,
Did you begin to ponder?
Where is she,
The one that I seek?
Where is she,
The...

Ripped Stitches
I stitched the names of
Loved ones
Onto the bleeding surface
Of my broken heart
To try to stop the steady stream
Of hope
From flowing out
And pain
Flowing in
But the stitches
Did not hold
My heart together
And I finally found out
Why
They ripped
Through the fragile exterior
And left
A bloody mess
Of torn up flesh
And agony
In their...

Ripped Apart By Gravity
I am holding nothing now,
it weighs me down like a spoonful of neutron star.
Degeneracy Pressure holds me still,
holds me close.
You were once my volume,
your leaving has me as mass.
Superheavy,
we are subdued by Pauli Exclusion Principle.
I envy event horizons,
the electrons of emotional collapse.
This Pressure holds...

Ripped From Me
i was to blind to see
what you ripped from me
you ripped my peace
you ripped my love
and you killed everything
now i am above
i gave up
and i dont exist
you hurt me so bad
i had to get away from it
this is the end
as we see
i am in the...

You Ripped My Heart In Pieces
You said that you loved me
But I knew that really couldnt be

I am treated worthlessly cause I am
I wanna put my pistol to my head and let it go BAM!

I am slicing open my arms deeper than ever
I know it doesnt make things better

I cry...

You Ripped It Out
i wanna rip my heart out
wrap it up
and give it to ya
when you open it

your my baby doll

so i flew all the way from Rome
you wont have to picture me at home
cuse I'm there
cuse I'm in your arm

Unfortunately, Regrettably, Sadly - This is for the Inspirer, my Mother

Long was my time of proudly witnessing her endless charms
ability to seed smiles and respect with Southern wiles aplenty.

Then, intrusion of quick insist, in shadowed shift, gave glimpse
of her facial expression failing her known impression...
