Heart Ripped Out
Joy filled my days
when I heard from you.
Now you say
nothing against you
but I can't text you.
My heart broke
like waves on shore.
Tears flow from eyes
with these words spoke.
Lions ripped soul into
as I remember you
the words of love
I shared with you.
Now all alone
for holiday
which should have been joy
but now filled with my cry
of pain deep inside
