"A Near-Death Experience of A Sweetheart"
Floating through a corridor between two different Worlds
among white fluffy clouds and shimmering stars awhile wind unfurls
racing into darkness: destination to death's door
living in a heavenly kingdom ... forevermore ...
Traveling through deep tunnel as cold fingers touch
walls of blackened essence creating thoughts to clutch
quickly toward a bright white light of peace
my soul and spirit being experienced soft release ...
Rushing to a Paradise, landing on streets of gold
seeing the Face of God so clearly to behold
longing to embrace my dear departed family
loved ones who had gone before to their final destiny ...
Their captivating smiles excited my soul
sharing love once more as was in their earthly roll
but a huge white Angel stood between my track
he spoke mentally "child of God you must go back.
And yet, I was not sad but happy to have seen
my precious treasured relatives cuddled by Supreme Being
why? I questioned must I return to Planet Earth?
Angel responed not your time to stay
your purpose unfulfilled for God to cherish every day ...
Suddenly transported through the tunnel smelling flowers
a jorney taking minutes but feeling like hours
and soon the sights and sounds ignited quiet hospital room
while my loved ones endured possibility of doom ...
My husband was squeezing my hand so tight I felt his love
as my children sobbed so loud praying to above
my eyes opened wide as I inhaled a breath
escaping to my body while I avoided Death ...
This near-death experience was an inspiration
for another realm exists in utter fascination
for now the message lives to enjoy both love and life
have no fear for death is harmless and erases strife ...
Hover close to God and always give Him thankxxx
through trials and tribulations He relieves all angst
Treasure every moment and anticipate the end
a beutiful place is waiting reuniting family and friends ...
Kisses and hugs replaced those solitary tears
knowing what lies ahead extinguishes all fears
please celebrate the gift of life in grateful attitude
Eternity is awesome with unending interlude ...
Lying silently on my bed, eyes open wide.
Watching as darkness moves in like a heavy fog.
My breathing seems to echo against the cold walls
And my heart beats rapidly as I’m plagued with thought.
Prayer like questions, if I should die before I wake,
I pray the Lord my soul to take, will he take me?
Instantly thoughts go to grandma, surely she’s there,
Surely her open arms will be there to greet me.
Harbouring such thoughts bring to me a peaceful smile.
I start counting all the loved ones I will soon see.
I count them as others count sheep in darkest night
They have become like soft comfort blankets to me
They make my nights less scary, should it be my time.
Soon my weary body gives way to pure darkness
I slip into a place of total nothingness
Time stands still and now I am neither here nor there
I am nowhere, floating helplessly forever
Then far off I see a light shining so brightly
Now I feel once more as my aching body hurts
I moan and roll toward the window lit with sun
Realization sinks in, I’ve made it……one more night.

The End
I am dead.
I travel towards a blue ball of LIGHT.
It calls me, communicates.
Whether we are billions, trillions or
even just millions.
we are eternal, we are one.
The time we spend on Earth
is infinitesimal.
Hate has no place inside the light.
Give people the benefit of the doubt
there is nothing to be gained or lost
you just must.
Power is fleeting and it too means nothing.
I am speaking these word out loud
but my understanding is greater than that
a lot greater.
All life is vital; all of it travels back and forth.
Cleanse your spirit your mind and heart,
forgive everyone.
Your purpose is not what it seems.
Do not be afraid of those who hate you.
Fear no one.
Fear is a wasted emotion that only drains energy.
When you speak of peace the confused will attack.
Stay kind, stay pure.
There is nothing to win
there is nothing to lose you just must.
Look deep into others eyes
there you will see who you are.
Cleanse yourself there is a light,
a life that awaits us all,
what awaits us is greater
than any words or ideas.
In our simple form
we cannot conceive the after light.
Light not dark is our destiny
brighter than you've ever seen.
Live by the light, it will set you free.
It is the peaceful who are brave.
Just rid yourself of hate believe in peace,
walk lightly and all will be clear!
We are and will always be one.
........never ever give up on anyone.........
on................any............one
........suddenly........
I am back.......
........I died
but I am back........
........I know because all my angst returns.
All my family is around me.
There are tubes down my throat
wires everywhere.
I am blessed my family with me
tears and smiles a love that blankets me.
I smile.
The Beginning.

Beneath the gilded clouds, there is a place
Where day’s first rays light up a sea of gold
Surrounded by slim stalks that bow in grace
To worship as the gentle winds unfold
And on this canvas there’s also a boat
Its bottom covered by the last night’s rain
So full that it can barely stay afloat
Upon green wetland shores it will remain
Just as the love we shared made full our hearts
Sweet memories of smitten teens live here
Their movie spun in nature’s finest arts
I wait, I watch and sometimes you appear
Each day while you’re away, I journey here
For it’s the only place that you feel near
To all the poets near and far
Alive and well or beyond the stars,
I bid you peace, I bid you rest,
I bid you all the very best.
Life and death may er’ contain
All the fruits of love and rain,
Showered down upon you all:
Promethean poets, great and small.
Long before we learned to write
But felt inside that burning light,
To share all thoughts, hopes, sadness, dreams
Propitious poets bear it all it seems.
From long ago and far away
And right up through this very day,
Countless came and left their mark
And we too, shall make a lasting spark.
Perhaps a mere morsel, a line or two
That lands upon a mind imbued,
With someone who like you or me
Finds sublimity in words like these.
Though words are not real things we touch
Like rivers, rocks, seashells and such,
But point the way back deep inside
Where memories last and love abides.
But I for one am smaller yet
Then everyone I’ve ever met,
Who picked up paper, pen or quill
And found their calling in the still
Of quiet nights and early morns
Waiting for ideas unborn,
From spirits sweet and dewdrops soft
I bid you all good thoughts aloft.

WALKING NEAR THE WATERS
Under the warm golden hug of sunrise’s bliss
shielded by rugged ridges and flagging trees
emerged a peaceful scene.
Through the clear, somber, sleeping, water
sunlight revealed shadows spelling odes beneath;
odes unfolded by rising ripples in cerulean gleam,
touched by nothing but the gliding breeze which
seizes silt and shingles causing baby currents lift.
Sparkling like priced pearls in the still noon,
their waves, a calm heart’s pulse, speak.
I linger, tranquil, afloat in the ageless ocean’s
lea, sitting on a dry old rock-sheltered bank,
drinking the healing power from the scene.
Time is suspend; I see the lake like a child,
the ridges and trees, His grand legions line.
The shadows stretch, His noble progress to a life
unfurled during years of swarming battles.
But, He has a wealth of hope and stood amidst
the sudden ripples; unmoved by fear, for He
can hold the shifts. He who’s polished tough
and wise has championed in a sunken time.
He matured. He populated good influence
calling others to imitate his stance. He promised
life without fear cherished with gratitude, and
his shared touch was not dulled by passing years.
His memory endured, so many remember Him.

Near My Fireplace
I lean my face near the burning fireplace
As I embrace the warmth that gives me grace
And base my thoughts upon the human race
I keep up pace in my small comfort space
And unlace evil climbing the staircase
To chase our souls that leave a loving trace.

While I was standing near My Autumn tree
The Sun was fading, with all its grandeur and beauty,
Somewhere far, very far away amid the Poplar trees.
I was in a state of enchanted stillness,
Beholding the gold which was showering on me,
With every gush of wind coming from the east.
The earth was wrapped in a lovely darkness,
Slowly the Sun rays slipped away from the hands of the evening, but
It embraced the night in her arms perhaps to console its forlorn heart.
I was glued with the fragrance of Autumn, while the Sun was still fading slowly,
Leaving only a yellow and radish glow in the sky.
The golden leaves of Poplar were still falling on me,
Coming to me while flying from the Poplar tree.
Suddenly the birds said adieu to me, reminding me once again the passing of time,
While I was standing near my Autumn tree.

SEPTEMBER-YOUR CHOICE
A fatherless generation
153 million or more
Abandoned and forgotten
Desperate and poor
A prisoner to hopelessness
Everyday so full of fear
In this chaotic world they live in
Nothing is ever clear
Could one soul make a difference..
If one could bring love near?
I've seen a thousand pictures
That can't escape my mind
Children without futures,
special needs of every kind
So much pain and suffering
And none of it makes sense
Orphans weary and distressed
In the present tense
So forgive me, my friends
if this sounds intense...
But I'm gonna say this loud
to make it clear
We've got to be doers
we can't disappear
We really need to care
let's remove excuse and fear
You and me are the difference
If we bring love near!
Today precious babies
Are abandoned with HIV or Downs
The world sees them as broken
Unwanted, lost and unfound
I pray there'll rise an advocate
Who refuses to let this be
So I'm gonna say this loud
to make it clear
We've got to be doers
we can't disappear
We really need to care
let's remove excuse and fear
You and me are the difference
if we bring love near!
In another country
That seems so far away
A teenage orphaned princess
Is aging out today
Someone needs to cry out
This sex-trade tragedy is not ok
So will you say this loud
to make it clear
We've got to be doers
we can't disappear
We really need to care
let's remove excuse and fear
You and me are the difference
if we bring love near!
Let's advocate loud, and not disappear
If we really care, we can bring love near!

Note: This is a write about the plight of fatherless orphans in our world. My passion is caring for hurting, vulnerable children. I use every resource I have to advocate internationally. I pray my life will be used to make a difference!
A conversation with my Mom-
"Good morning, daughter- came to you today,
to celebrate your birthday and share time.
It's been a while since we have talked this way-
since angels took my soul by God's design."
"I do remember your last hug and kiss,
and though I seemed to be so unaware,
your every word of love I did not miss
as you caressed my hand and stroked my hair."
"Dear Mom, so many years have passed since then-
so much you missed- your family has grown;
grandchildren grew and married, then again
five more, their darling ones, to you unknown."
"I always felt your presence through the years-
and know you saw it all from up above.
You heard my laughter, felt my falling tears,
and I, in turn, perceived your caring love."
"Oh, yes, my dear, our death creates no ends;
in God's sweet heaven life does start anew.
Within my soul, that everywhere extends,
I felt your love- and that of children too."
"Forty and five long years have surely passed,
since that so sorrowful September morn.
And now you're here beside me- joy at last,
on this, my date of birth- I feel reborn."
"Farewell once more in earthly terms my dear-
but in each other's hearts- forever near."
"Yes, Mom, someday we'll meet at heaven's door
to share our time together, evermore."
She's that girl
belongs to the stars
deepest of all mysteries
belongs to the unknown
the purest soul
love the rain and the sea
dance like a goddess
belongs to the wind
heart sings with the bird
belongs to the sun
beautiful as a rose woodtree
She always exist

" Just so Near "
Time doth tell as so we know...
That which we rarely hear.
Our fancy so as winds do blow...
Is life within one tear.
One tiny bit of thought...
Does slowly find a way.
As freedom thusly bought...
Makes way to light of day.
Truly that we've ever sought...
Was always just so near.
Within that bit of teardrop caught...
As now does disappear.
Time doth tell we'll never know...
That which we need not hear.
For 'twas ever ours as days did go...
Way of just one tear.

Underneath the bright moon-light
The stars glittering on the sky,
I alone with a phone in hand
Awaiting for a ring.
It's like an unseen shadow
Which lies within us,
It's like a new-born stream
Which flows before us.
The distance is no matter,
The language is not burden,
No matter how much tired we are,
No matter how much busy we are.
That sound of hushed laughter
Over phone,
A sweet, melodious sound from far,
Seems so near and close to my heart.
Minutes into hours over phone
Fills me and my empty heart.
It's like a new adventure,
The time for you and me,
Dancing the rhythm of
Love over phone
Which overwhelmed me.
I love you much than
The sun loves the moon.
Much than the sea loves
The sound of a river.
The rising sun throws it’s first beams
across the morning glade.
These waking hours are as it seems
to me the strength of day.
I stop and take in as I walk
the newness of the sights:
the deer feeding among the stalks,
the hawk up high in flight.
For me this quiet time of day
is sanctuary here.
In this reprieve I want to stay,
in this, where God is near.
~The Savior Is Near~
(Jewel's Rule)
Jesus is near
With him there's nothing to fear
He's returning any time
Lords love sublime-
Return prophesied
Don't let the devil mislead
Christ's love, salvation, world need
Lord wants to lead
Bible should read
Spread Christ's love, peace, plant good seed
Fear nothing if Lords with you
His loves so true.

Revelation 1:8 (NIV)
-For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the sound of the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord.
