Writers of the dark
Sisters they are three
Tales of darkened horror
To scare the light from thee

Vampires of the night
Haunting the living souls
To lure them from their light
As there intention slowly unfolds

Gray mist begins to rise
Around their eerie crypts
Three maidens from the night
White laced, fleshes ripped

Vampiring ghouls
In scarlet greed
Napes and neck
Frenzied feed

Fuelled of blood
As the dawn matures
Their nightly feast
From their hypnotic lures

The sun rises
On the living morn
As the vampiric three
Retire to death norm

Stay in at night
Lock your doors
The Sisters three
The De La Keurs

Cowboys In the Badlands

Out west, near Black Hills, over South Dakota way,
On land where layered rocks records eons before –
Some thieves rode the badlands that hot steamy day.

Rough riding rustlers raided a ranch; stole a boar.
Those thieves took, tackle, grain, food, and wine grapes.
Two rife and rifled cowboys planned to settle the score!

Rugged and fearless with sweat on hot napes,
They rode where the rattlers and bull snakes call home.
Both galloped fast and hard … must not let thieves escape.

But they stopped with their horses when they saw bison’s roam.
Felt stillness; saw vastness; amazed, each life reshapes.
The wilderness teaches with its silent, “Shalom.”

Paused, distantly viewing weird-wonderful shapes.
Great towers of fossils that give wildlife a home.
Two soul-searching cowboys ponder nature’s landscapes.

While prairie dogs and cottontails run for the loam,
The bobcats and vultures look down on the plains.
And turtles stay still in their portable home.

The Bighorns and badgers walk gullies in rains.
Meadowlarks sing songs while pretty pronghorns prance.
There, valleys hide critters in flowers and grains.

It’s a desolate land; so, it seems at first glance.
Plenty of majestic views extending for miles,
Masking deadly dangers that stalk the great expanse.

But back on the ranch families stock up woodpiles,
They tend to the gardens, feed chickens, and cows.
Their work is quite hard but they manage with smiles.

The villains still steal and the farmers push plows.
But two soul-searching cowboys made Heavenly vows.

So

Hey dude, who do you think you can prove?

How much pull will do?

I am a man I interrupt too,

I end-zone when I feel soothed,

at the end of the day-
or just because I moved,

when the cats come through,
and then jump in the room...

Bottling brews,

and make walking the chew-

talking the soup,

raging out on the roof,

catering to the bow,

make it rain up above the snow!

For eye's that grow...

And 'you will take it slow!'

One time or another you will hit your best go-

see it in with your vote,

preaching it after it pokes...

Because limber backs just might drape,

and naughty napes just might take,

rafters may shake as they blow you away-

in a daze,

roamin' around in a craze-

in a maze...

Made up of wave's,
and hile's and hails from the betrayed!

Wondering when they will feel paid,

a price that has some prey.

So gone in the weed of the breeze,

I can now sit and pray for the pleased,

and wait on a wave to come and hit me,

so my drift will ski,

and my boredom will eat.

In the pristine jade landscape
the terrain rolls undulating...
the panorama of pristine cadence,
on its entrenched earthen cradle
shaped for a serene lake…
sublimely supine sparkling,
the sapphire crystal face looks up
toward the cerulean sky...
mesmerized.

The gliding southern zephyr
whispers an enticing melody
to the dancing ripples…
intensely passionate concentric rhythm,
sliding on the slithering shadows of trees,
lining the contours of the lapping shore...
adorned.

The wavering lotus leaves float
on the vibration of pulsating fervor,
the full bloom scarlet flush of flower
makes the collage of a fiery tapestry
with the feathers of flaming flamingos,
their ballerina legs wading
the emerald waters in avian grace,
their supple napes swiveling
in arty show of aquatic ballet...
surreal.

In the hypnotic gleam of the setting sun
I watch the lacustrine opera…
enthralled.

Slaughter House.

Stupefied in this vast slaughter house
Where the fingers of crude murderers seek
The napes of neck the sheaf of hair
Forget settled ways now just seek mad heroism.

This is the end of me perhaps wind will carry
On back of coarse canvas a song of prejudice
To torture to kill cut down the sleepy slopes
Along hills where spiders set fire to hazel leaves.

The forces of intimidation settling on waxpod
Marshes
Into tasteless heaps of gold and the marbled
Symptoms
Filled with guillotined leaves ad the barren
Forest
The universe mislaid now among some nocturnal
Trivials.

Christmas Poem

The tree branch crossing needles.
Bushy with white rays.
Perched, an angel topside.
Glowing to the gaze.

Ornaments of glass.
Pressed transparent shapes.
Strings that dangle, spin.
Memories in napes.

Skirt below the tree.
Draped and lapped and snug.
Packages on top.
Hovering the rug.

Light bulbs glowing bright.
Bulbs of shiny glass.
Currents flowing faster.
Still to eyes that pass.

Frosted stalky tree.
Towering it tapers.
Rows of magic branches.
Visions turn to vapors.

Pretty Insanities

Feathers torn from the gaping napes of wind began to dwindle and resist in spite of the gravity crushing tsunami.

Trapped in a facade of impersonating flowing rain every feather dived to their unplanned descent.

All drowning in the nightmarish truth of actually being smothered in tears of a blue eyed-giant as they fell from the sky of that big blue eye’s, dead decapitated face.
A face severed on a head that hid a heavenly chateaus inside a false impersonated globe forever resting among the stars.

Inside housed all kinds of dimensional beings rarely ever seen but all known to possess legendary archaic features.
They mastered all the realms and lastly rule our skies.
They are cold warriors of combat- handled by their deadly grace, poisonous envy, blinding halos, and suffocating wings…

Oh such undeniably divine things!

First plucked from you, then stolen from me!

A conscious belief known only by those who wish to remain unseen

as we become the common theory of all your pretty inanities.

In bejeweled jade landscape
the topaz terrain rolls
on wondrous waves,

the sculpted panorama
of pristine cadence,
entrenches in earthen frame
the sprawling shape
of a serene lake
sublimely sparkling,
the sapphire shining face
looks up
toward the cerulean sky,
entranced.

The southern zephyr
whispers enticing melody
to the rhapsodic ripples
intensely passionate,

lining the contorted contours

Malachite lotus leaves

“In serene nature the sailor in me sails on winds of ecstasy
toward divine tranquility.” – By Poet

In the enchanting emerald landscape
the terrain undulates like jade waves
in the panorama of pristine cadence,
the entrenched elegance of earthen embrace
shapes a serene lake.

Sublimely sprawling and sparkling,
its radiant sapphire face looks up
toward the cerulean sky,
entranced by its reflection.

The serenading southern breeze
whispers a mesmerizing music
to the dancing ripples,
waltzing toward the supine shore
with intensely passionate rhythm.

The glitter of the rising sun
shines on the slithering shadows of trees,
lining the contours of the bending banks,
imaged on the tranquil fluid mirror.

The wavering lotus leaves afloat,
oscillate with pulsating fervor,
the full bloom scarlet flush of flower
makes the collage of a fiery tapestry
with the feathers of flaming flamingos.

Their ballerina legs wade
in transparent water with avian grace,
their supple napes swivel
in an artistic show of aquatic ballet.

In the hypnotic gleam of the setting sun,
I watch enthralled the opera in the lake.

Coronach

Gather the crowberries for this windfeast.

Adorning our cheeks with ochre
                  we pile together
                  a throne of old rowan.

The staggards behind us;
                  warm breath at our napes.
We are as careful as a circle.

So a keening for the wild flightsman,
the hewer of stone, blood-iron hearted,
now dead as a distant star
that points the way of smoke, of fire.

But for a moment the wind resides.

Your world in my garden

I was a seed in soil
snugged in the womb of my Mother Nature
ready to shine under rays and rain
to sprout my fruit and shake my leaves
to grow a thick spine and wrinkle under heat
to greet the wind under waltz and words
until the breeze whispers me to sleep.
I intend to be nurtured by the elements
in chaotic destruction and scenic growth
for my earrings to hang low
on the branches of my cherry tree.
Low, so animals may eat
Low, so they may pick
and choose the ones they desire most.

I was a pearl in their world of oysters
tucked in a bed of pleasures
rested in an ocean of treasures,
crafted
to be selected
for the beauty of riches
strung from lace
on the napes display
attracting the eyes of suitors and the envy gaze.

I was a root
ripped from my youth
and all my innocent fruits
fell from heights of doubt
and begat the chance to sprout
again and again had I prayed
for a dove or another love to come my way
in a dream or from above
i’ll sit in your garden of bluff
i promise to not move a single grove
just tell me i’m beautiful once more
just before i have no choice but to go.

It Is

It's the stories your eyes tell me when I lie inside of you
And the rhythm your body dances to when you sit in me .

It's the soft breeze that you breathe when you lean into my neck pit and scratch my napes
And the silent sighs of pleasure that your lips blow.
.

It's the slow crawls of your skin upon mine
And the gentle heat from your honeycomb.

.
It's the way you whisper"I love you"
when we lie in eachother like missionaries.

That makes my heartbeat again and again
      Your are my heart quake
      My fall
      Yet my redemption.
And yes!
 You always tastes great!!
