My mom left me home alone
With nothing there to eat
So I took the bag of Lays Potato Chips
And decided to take a seat.
I wasn't too hungry,
I had just eaten cake
But this was an opportunity
I had to take.
I ate until my stomach hurt.
Everything grew tight, including my shirt.
The bag was empty, finally
But there was something wrong
I was still hungry!

Once a bold billionaire from Ma-Lays-She-Ah*
Bought up politicos to militia
They put his money to work
Called him a right proper jerk
Now he pulls rickshaws barefoot in absentia.

Lights out, no belief in the world but the people need someone to believe in!
Everybody's a hero in this world, even those who seem like true villains.
We all look up to someone no matter how old or how tall they are. It's our own soul that
leads us to be what we wanna be.
A Hero or a Villain only you decide what team you're going to play for.
Drugs tore my family apart but it gets worse.
My grandma's getting old, my sister lost custody over her kids, my grades are slippin' but
it's not because I'm a fraud hiding behind this confusing mist. Let's just call that
reason number two.
Do you wanna continue on this road? Or do you wanna see something different for a change?
You fell in love in sixth grade with this Peruvian eighth grader but you knew it wasn't
meant to be.
You kept on fighting, you kept on walking not knowing what's up ahead.
You followed His voice and you're still following it today.
But ask yourself one more time...am I supposed to know what lays ahead?
So Very Deep This Beast Lays
Under the darkness of earth, a cavern lays
Great evil rests within, in an eternal rage
Mortal man cries for help and this sadly prays
That this demon never gets to go on a rampage!
Earth trembles as it claws into solid stone
Cries of anger coming from its fiery head
Knowing it can briefing come when we are alone
We cry out, save us for we are soon to be dead!
Once every month granted one hour of escape
Evil beasts roams the world devouring its few
In dark places dressed in top hat and black cape
It awaits to slay and devour both me and you!
Brief freedom given, return it is forced to do
Back into God's deep dark prison cell to hide
Great Hope living, if the beast never finds you
Few ever can survive its vicious, slashing pride!
Careful to be silent and watch your every step
Monster waits to come forth to grab its prey
If you are the victim, only this will ever help
Look up, fall on knees, pray God forces it away!

Life is a grand stage filled with many pathways
That we must find our direction
To break away from our families protection
So we are able to see the opportunities
That is surrounding all sides of me
Should I go to college for a four-year degree
To create some kind of job security
Or should I take a dream job cruising the high seas
Basking in the sun seeing the world having fun
Or should I stay in my hometown
With a job I have found that isn't very sound
Always having friends and family around
Or should I go with my heart
To find the right place to start
With a woman who is very smart
Who picks me up when I am down
She helps keep my feet on the ground
Who excepts me even when I'm out of bounds
She is adventurous and my all-around gal
That would be calling foul if I was to leave now
Since the choice is all mine
I will take no time to define
I could spend a lifetime trying to find
Another to unwind a love that is this refined
Rather than chasing a career that grinds
That leaves an empty feeling in my mind
Because I left her behind
Time is what you make it so don't fake it
Or brake it but rather make it your own
Choose a path that leads to happiness
That is full of your every wish
Creating a pathway that takes us away
Too many destinations where we will play
Leads to the place we grow up and stay
So we don't have to worry about our choices yesterday
Because success and happiness is where the heart lays
Merriment winds dapple bouncing
gleeful spots of energetic play
when they joy lift her thru
childhood perfumed leaves of yesterday.
Emotionally puckered steps
kick-slipping thru teenage ground arrays
wore angst sized woodsy shoes
during those years when leaves all smeared gray.
A girl who never said good-bye
disappeared down in sensual lays
when her heart first love sighed
awry in love crunched leaves spiced risque.
With aches not yet adult strong,
she smeared regrets where teared upsets lay -
on leaves that shamed her dreams
while fresh scents hid their bits that betray.
Heart to home the core is where the heart lays
As the music is played the moment of two a beating of souls
A time that is created of fated beings to be twined
A pull so strong of chemistry senses can not be ignored
Pulses that work intime like the ticking of the clock
A passing of emptyness brings us to this gate
A love that is thunder through our veins
A pounding like midnight rain against a window pane
Disturbes the longing of passion that is fire to the one we admire
A touch that we wake to a sight that softens our imaginations
Tallest of trees surround a garden on eden
Natures whisper upon our skin which holds no sin
An understanding of only true lovers can follow
Within our eyes there is a divine sign through and through
Only few can be enchanted in such a silence
Screams from intensness of shivering lust
You are surely a gift from above my love
The way your smile can capture me
An innocences of tease is where we stand
Others can see a love story in motion
A kiss we can not help but share
Its as urgent as the surrounding air
Hearts beating love is what knocked on the door
Heart to home the core is where the heart lays
The wind lays
Sunbeams shine through
Dust laiden fog
Ole black crow
Lands 'pon weaken pecan limb
Gogyohka form....
i headed out somewhere
away from everything I knew
away ~ where i could start anew
and in my head i was already halfway there

white capped peaks appear then go
cresting mountains blue and green
with prayers that triton’s spear won’t show
we cross what lays between
old skalds tell of the tempest’s wrath
this realm no man’s to own
if careless of the swell and trough
you’ll reap the seeds you’ve sewn
with wary looks cast overboard
caulked timbers flex and cry
and oaths that seek divine accord
entreat the leaden sky
I promise I’ll go between no more
I’ll not sail again I swear
but then I itch to leave the shore
to once more be out there
so I’ll live in fear of her cold embrace
of the pull and her sway over me
when she calls my name with guileful grace
my mistress of the sea
A scared child
A heart of gold
The spirit of buddha

In the inner garden where silence lays its mantle of blue dust,
The butterflies in my stomach have slept so long they seemed like stones,
Or perhaps they died in a winter of forgetting and cold shadows,
But now, suddenly, I feel them awaken as if they were memories,
They begin to move slowly, unhurriedly, like children in the morning of life,
Trying to remember how to live again under the sun of memories.
Wait, I tell myself, they've forgotten they have wings, wings cannot walk on the ground,
But when the thought of you floods my mind, everything becomes a sea of tranquility,
And with a single thought carrying you to me, the butterflies take flight,
Fluttering as if they had never left, as if they had been waiting,
Waiting for your name to bring them back to life like petals unfolding,
After the storm, after winter, in an endless spring of dreams that do not die.
Thus, under the sky of my heart, the butterflies dance in a symphony of colors,
In an eternity of the moment when everything is possible and nothing is lost,
When a simple thought of you becomes the key that opens the gates of light.
Now burst forth your long-suffocated song,
You gagged lips with mute anthems sweet!
Speak of your celestial lays with angels high
In stillest skies above men's unmusical beat.
Say which den under heaven's serenest wings
Writhes most chargrined by tart mortal things.
Divulge rare trills piped by such celestial sum,
More dulcet tunes that finessed pickers strum.
Kindly whisper into this pen's Muse-eluded ear
The unheard-of strains that superior lyres pelt.
In gentler tones alien to poor harps herebelow,
Play fine ditties that earth's senses haven't felt.
Anon spill in over-millioned soothing tongues
Ethereal lines to sate this poet's aching pangs;
And in earnest buzz your time-perfected chant
To shame the best of man's cacophonous rant.
Your most inharmonic line in lame pitch sung,
Beats all tuneful vibes powered by carnal lung.
