Just say no to sunshine
Trying to penetrate your dark doom
Wrap your black cloud around its fire
Smoother it in your tears, in your grief
In your past trauma
Feel it struggle in your stranglehold
Feel its energy released, drained,
Spent in your grasp
As happiness gasps dying
Drooping, whithering away
Should it rise again to sear your darkness
Murder it
You're so good at feeling hopeless
Why try to feel anything but
Slay it again and again
Every time it swells up in you
Tempts you to believe that it will last
It will stay, it will dwell deep in your heart
Forever
Convincing you with slippery slick sly serpent tongue
To let the big lie slide inside you (again)
Where you tend it, hydrate it, and grow it
Until its even bigger than before
(Really)
Yeah... and you let it fill you up
Lift you
Thrust you gravity free
Ride that rocket to dizzying, breathtaking
Earth shattering heights
From which you know you'll be
Shot down like a rainbow
Stretched over the sky
In a spectacular, sparkling, dizzying
Exploding array of glittering joy
Spritzing the heavens, drizzling down
Coating your heart with sweet, warm
Delicious love
Only to have that scorching light
That blasted you full
Retreat from the depths of your darkness
And leave you emptier than before
Sighing with despair

Poetic form: Haiku
There is so strongly grained in me
some ideas like saying “no” just
saying “no” to certain propositions,
my Catholic upbringing, or upbringing
in common with inclination. I have not
been so nice as to say no to everything,
not very nice at all, but when I do say
that’s said and no more discussion.
I’ve decided, and that’s enough reason
to say “no, I won’t do that at all.”

**True PROGRESS-ivity, that is: Saying NO to drugs & illiteracy
Why couldn't I see? I must've been blind. Must be deaf too because so many times, I screamed at my self but never listened. And I drug myself, thru drug addiction. I poisoned my body and poisoned my mind. And what's left to show is what's left behind. Everything I own is no longer mine. I haven't just wasted myself, I've wasted my time. Whys it have to be so hard to learn a good lesson? Whys it take a prison yard instead of asking a question. Life's full of mistakes that your supposed to make. Life's full of lessons, you give and you take. I remember way back in elementary school, they said just say no! Drugs aren't cool. But I got a little bit older and decided weeds' not a drug. Why be sober? Hell, started shooting up. Now that's the path I decided to take but look where it's brought me. I'm a living mistake. I've wasted so much of my only life and you can't do it again, you can't live life twice. But as much as I hate myself for doing drugs, I learned a good lesson and learned who I was.
NO, you will not have my child.
I will not be convinced by the rampant
hunger of government, the devourer of souls,
needing cannon fodder.
NO, I will not stand a zombie in a trance
an unrepentant ghoul entranced,
watching as you turn innocents
to join with the minions of destruction.
I will not plan to kill.
I will not live to hate.
NO, you will not have my child.
Death may come, as Death will,
but I will not be conned by the powers that be.
Death will not find me, or mine, willing victims
of this plague of violence.
The energy of me and mine will plan
to live and die in the light.
I don't think saying no is rude
If not giving up is like saying no
Then what is so wrong with saying so
If it gives a reason to wake up with smile
and makes me look up higher and higher
then I will deny again and again
Yes! I deny to stay on ground when I fall
And I show a big NO to my fears
my hopes just stay a bit longer with no
my concentration is bit sharper with no
If saying no makes my life easier
and happier
and peaceful
then why do people detest
who say no?
Please just say no
the way you already know
there is no quid pro quo
the process is painfully slow
your mind's altered from seeds you did sow
a withdrawl fit or two you'll throw
your brain's chasis will flitter to and fro
desiring the pleasure-pain once more to flow
you'll quake then tremor for another blow
but over time more resistance you'll show
the residual effect will linger as you grow
new habits you'll need to plant then hoe
when depression tugs and your mind craves another row
remember your barge already scraped that bridge so low
and shipwrecked your life on the shoals of woe
with steadying hands your anchor widely strow
skirting every pirating dealer; now your foe
I simply must say No to wearing body spray
Or else I'll be allergic to myself ALL DAY! ;-P
Just say no and stop the liberal progressive socialist agenda dividing our country, or any other country! Simply based on the CRT (Critical Race Theory)!
It will further divide the divided states of America based upon race. Resulting in our categorizing and restricting any positive and healthful relationships based upon our skin colors. Turning us into enemies!
It will really pit the brown and the black people against the yellow and the white people! Leading up to and resulting in more racial based wars on the streets of our major and later on minor cities across the forty eight states of America just for starters!
It is the elected school board members that are fostering the CRT! Plus they are sponsoring X-rated books as part of the school curriculum's. Already parents in Virginia and the rest of the country are fighting against the CRT! Threatening to recall the school board members; who have sold out their souls to the devil himself!
The parents and their children throughout the United States are using their social media platforms in order to protect their K-12 aged school aged children!
They are relying upon Christian television stations such as the 700 hundred club to get their vital messages across to the rest of America! Whatever is happening in Virginia will not stop in the state of Virginia! Americans do not want a Socialist nation! They want their freedoms!
Unfortunately the Millennium generation of people born between 1980- 2000 are falling for the lies those liberal and progressive politicians are actively promoting. Also generation Z college age students have socialist instructors spoon feeding their socialistic ideology propaganda!
Where is the communist propaganda political machine located? It's central headquarters is based in the Red Chinese Communists party! Which seeks to place the entire world under the oppressive tyranny of the Bamboo Curtain! Global international enforced slavery labor camps making the Nazis look like choir boys because of their intensified cruelty and torture!
Let us face it America and the Western democracies! Red China wants to bankrupt you, black male you and kill you. And place all of you under its Bamboo Curtain! They are the common global enemies of the world!

Just Say No
Look at the embers
The smoldering remnants of a lost world
Destroyed by arrogant world leaders
Mere children fighting over their toys
Arguing over the size of their manhoods
How did they let it go so far
How could we not say that is enough
Did we believe the lies they told us
Someone somewhere should have said no
Took the children and spanked their bottoms
And sent them to their rooms
If just one person would have stood up
Denied what they were told and thought for themselves
Children would be playing kickball in the streets
Mothers would be nursing their babies
And songs would be sung
Instead, look at the embers
Think of everything we have lost
And someone please…JUST SAY NO
JUST SAY NO TO NANCY REAGAN
Yeah yeah, I know
Nancy Reagan said “Just say no”
Well if someone really wants to cope
I say “never say nope to dope”
