Just Say No

Facing mounting pressure to do
          What you really don't want to do?
        That's easy as pie; holler a firm no!
    Saddled with white elephant unasked for?
       Say no and quickly return to sender!
           The cackling devil tempts you
                    With enticing bait,
         And threatens dire consequences
   Should you reject it? Just do. Say hell no!
      Beat him at his own diabolical game;
         Make him taste his vile medicine
        Should he tell you to dance for him.
     Yes, it's funny to tell him lies, my chum.
Just tell him..."I'm sorry, I've got two left feet!"

Absolutely stellar advice, Edward. Everyone needs to learn how to say "No!" and not feel guilty about doing so. Great poem!
