          Of both soil and lives...

Born of Life
Drum beats inside black bare hairy chests
Tradition hidden in treasure chests
Chess played on mother earth , sounds like home
Home grown sounds ringing throughout the neighborhood
Stomachs kneeling and praying for food
Fathers crossing boarder lines and going for good
Living life behind the calabash
Brothers behind bars
Mother's beauty behind scars
The sacred statue of mother Theresa caresses those in...

Premium Member ALREADY GONE

We did not notice at first—
the small rebellions of memory:
a forgotten kettle on the stove,
the absurd claim that Tuesday had vanished,
names reshuffled as if in a deck too often played.

The mind does not fall—it recedes,
a shoreline eroded not by storms
but by silent, persistent tides.
Each day an abrasive grain,
each night a hush over once-luminous thought.

She remained...

Erosion - 1

With a scholar eye I am looking at-

Looking at Sharpened Dream,
Burning heart burning across
Feeling the sour, feeling the layer

Is being wet tongue, gradually uncovered
vibrating lips and stick while mixing at liquor

-	A chemical compound searching for eyes
-	Searching liberty from sin
-	Burning the recipe of purity

I am chewing all the glamour with tortured eyes
Breathing fragrance;

breathing...

Premium Member Trees For Erosion
I moved onto the farm when I was eleven,
To the farm eroded of trees.
I’d stand on the hill in the middle of summer,
Unshaded in a blistering breeze.

Then the winter shook hands and my work it began,
Iron barrow, saplings, and a spade.
I planted, I nurtured, hundreds of trees,
Before I realised I’d been...

Erosion of Time
Time melting away,
Dissolving in a slow fade;
Never found again.

Day by day, our lives are worn away
That is nature, needs no undue fuss
But let it be by things we choose to do
And not by things unwilling done to us...

Washed away the tides pull the sands
Small particles back from the shore
Eroded unkept footsteps tracks
Of passers by are seen no more
The sun the moon bare witness
To this subliminal demise
A natural course followed daily
Ritualistically done over time...

Premium Member Precious Recall
See precious times well frozen
before details are stolen,
robbing blissful enjoyment
from your heart’s place as chosen.
Deny years their flash erosions.

True bliss strokes both heart and head.
Stop those thief years that shred
treasured looks and prized words said.
We must master the golden thread
keeping time and memories wed.

Cradling the moment when joy fills space,
stays elation's satiny, potent embrace
and silky...

The signs are everywhere
That this is how it ends
It’s time to find time now
To make our amends

Let’s start with each other
Here where we lay
For embraces we held back
And words we din’t say

I have known triumph
And I’ve known heartbreak
I’ve learned the path that you walk
Is the one that...

Hunger Erosion My Feeling To Lamp Soot
It erosion my thought to Tyson bouts molded me to who I am today. Acid liquid rocks the precocious cockroaches disguising under the shade of table waiting to hit the night dinner. Sweeping smoke to mugs shape, water trickle wet my mustaches pointing to the sea, promising the land to germination, eggs aroma no iota...

Erosion of Love
Do you remember that time when just loving each other was the right fit:
Respect, honesty and mutual agreement made the relationship fully legit.
Now-a-days, relationships are of different types and ways of getting knit;
Monogamy died, producing Open, Complicated, and Friends with benefit.
Desires yearning more for sex, fun, and frolic – not mindful of commitment;
Relationships no longer...
