"Embracing the teachings of God and Tao "
            Quote by _Constance

Earth

I am a fragment on this sphere of Earth,
Not even a dust speck on the terrain;
My quest long to spiritual rebirth,
The way both beautiful and full of pain.
Oh, my heart and soul are scarred with death's stain,
But, I have arrived to the here and now;
I am a part of this earthly domain,
embracing the teachings of God and Tao !

Life

The path in life was been a twisted road,
All those ups and downs are now my essence;
The why- words and poems have overflowed,
My life one of stillness and quiescence.
And life is full of perfect quintessence,
Faith and meditation each day I vow;
Thus rewarded with glowing candescence,
embracing the teachings of God and Tao !

Purpose

I often struggle with my earthly way,
it is about creating in the end;
oh sure there are some days I go astray,
above life's hardships I wish to transcend.
And in a bouquet I gather each friend,
to the Lord with sweet devotion I bow;
and have been blessed with the skill of words penned,
embracing the teachings of God and Tao !

In my deep consciousness the pain I mend,
in mindfulness I find the way and how;
and to the sky like birds words I send
embracing the teachings of God and Tao !

In our earthly appetites our love is now one
To hear your heartbeat next to mine always
Oh yes—a sweet beautiful rose of paradise
You came to me by the river my bonnie lass
While branches of birds whistled tunes of love
Drifting on a summer breeze warmly whispering
Moaning as gentle thoughts murmur your name
Carried on a majestic breath of warm luscious air
With echoing babbles from a most precious maiden
Memories with one dream holding a forget-me-not
Unveiling so fair your impression left on my heart
Dancing on every pulse beat sweetly sings a siren
I watch the sun as it fades into the deep blue sea
We both sail upon one warm beauty breeze of sighs
While behind these eyes the truth forever is dawning
One flower nods in a rainbow array far beyond compare
While you who drink from love’s very chalice so true
A magical and enchanting blessing holding no disguise
You’re the breath of my life and existence my love

~ each moment that I spend wrapped in your wings,

          means one less wasted 'midst those lesser things ~

* This is a new form I've created called "Rithimus Duo Tantum", which means simply, "rhyme two only", and is made up of two lines of Rhyme taken from a previously written piece in their original order. (This was taken from a poem called "Afflatus"). Not really a form as such in itself, as there are MANY two-lined rhymes already, but I intend to use it for upcoming contests I will run, and needed to give it a designation. *

Earthly Colors

Terra cotta, craggy rocks
Scattered boulders, building blocks
In shades of sienna, ochre, buff
To form this high and hilly bluff
With sunlit ledges thin and wide
Place for hyraxes to sun and hide

Cerulean, azure, clearest blue
The cloudless sky that does imbue
Aquamarine lake, with cobalt tints
To gently ripple with sparkling hints
Of gleaming, flashy, silvery scales
With speckled bodies and stripy tails

Chartreuse, dappled, shades of green
Of forest, jade and so serene
Leafy, verdant canopy high
With soft and breezy, gently sigh
While down below in shades of lime
Fragrant flowers so sublime

Scented blossoms in fuchsia flush
And ripening berries in magenta blush
And poppies scarlet, crimson reds
Among saffron yellow daisy heads
With tangerine buds on sage green stems
And luminous violets these little gems

While in the distance, misty rose
Of lavender mountains in repose
Against a background, lilac-puce
And threadlike clouds not yet profuse
Blending into salmon pink
As the sun begins to sink

Plain glass inside the window frame
Now stained with colors of fiery flame
The last rays of sunlight on the glass
In incandescent reflecting rays of brass
And the ethereal golden radiance of day
Passing into evening’s own bouquet

A lovely smile upon your face
measured time and woven space.

Special moments shared with you
a precious bond between us two.

Your presence strong and bright
a shining star, a glowing light.

A angel on this earthly place
poised and full of grace.

I have a picture of a barren land,
a moldy tree devoid of fruit and leaves.
Above the moon amid clouds rise gloomily
as no rays reaches the muddy land.
Look behind the tree, you'll see me there.
An evil stench carried on the night breeze,
sounds of horror coming from the dead
as clouds hide even the small consolation
of the rising full moon, yellow and bane.
Virulence rules, malevolence masters.
The breeze turns into a whipping wind
moans of ghouls and demons uncouth,
peace and common sense buried in the mud.
A cat named Satan walks up to a tree,
Scaly, sallow skin, corrugated and cold
evil eyes, oozing blood, look balefully at me.

Yet I am strong, I never give in.
I fought the inner demon and I won.
Tribulations come our way,
Temptations come, temptations go
for God will always care for me.

Earthly Eden

On the cold wooden chair I sit,
Writing rhymes of youth.
The voice in the distance,
Pronounces me uncouth.

The ticks of the clock,
Taunt me shamelessly.
When will the bell screech,
I ask repeatedly.

Webs of mindless words,
Scrawled upon the board,
Kill the soul within,
As the others only hoard.

If only I could memorize,
All the superfluous lies.
The rose bed in the garden
Must be trimmed and wise.

The ants and the maggots,
Must all have their share at the end.
I must return to the soil,
Hail the gardener, the godsend!!

Honor Our Heavenly Father---And Our Earthly Father

I remember when I was young,
My New Life with Christ, Just begun,
I became Born-again
I'll Never forget that day,
When Jesus came in my heart, To Stay
He's been guiding me all this way,
One day I asked Him"Father,What should I do?
My earthly Dad, wants to be called father too
I know Your Word says, Call No man Father
On Earth, But Only Our Father in Heaven,
You're The Father -of us all, This is True
Father replied “My Child, You don't understand
"I AM" " Your Holy Father"
Your earthly father is a Human, man
But You are to Honor Your Father and Mother,
Because that's one of My Commands,
By Honoring them, You also Honor Me!
I appointed You Parents, to guide You to see,
Jesus! Through Him, You’ve come to me,
"I AM" The Holy Father, I give Eternal Life

Honor Our Heavenly Father with All your Heart.. Body.. Soul and Mind...

Premium Member Garden of Earthly Delight

Caught in a garden of earthly delight.
Where time infused rushes through blood and brain,
And destroys all reason of wrong and right.
A portal spinning on its chosen plane.
Turning and turning, there is no way out.
This garden once flowered becomes its own hell.
Lost in fantasies where love is in doubt.
This fragrant garden where petals have fell.
The scent of beauty turns a dung filled pyre.
Though earthly delights can keep lovers close.
Thirsty desire will quench their lonely fire.
Ashes now cold will evoke a pathos.

Needing to be loved, explains away pain.
Makes slaves of lovers, this garden of bane.

Ghostly apparition in light night sky
The moon becomes a fierce dragon's big eye
Dragon flows outward fills southern sky high
Great awesome fierceness goes before it _sigh

Happenings as such are very eerie
Feeling my father's presence at his death
(Something that cannot be explained_ really)
Had this calming effect in just one breath

Carried him to hospital ill that morning
Never knew that today would be the day
Death would carry him away _no warning
Died in surgery_ spirit would not stay

As he left his humble earthly abode
His Eternal Spirit touched my soul

(When my father died, I had not been
told that he was dead but suddenly
I knew just an internal thing..I felt him
brush against me as he went by..)

Another Earthly Transient

I observe the far constellations with the hurry of a passerby;
the lightness of my steps becomes-the shadow of another earthly transient.

Galileo never missed one, he refused to be that cynical astrologer;
his work started an evolution-the age of invention for another earthly transient.

Aristotle had respect for Nature and its creatures, an astute philosopher;
his theories seem so intricate-the pure philosophy of another earthly transient.

World power reflects that of the Roman Empire: belligerent and cruel;
another emperor will reign and become-the image of another earthly transient.

I am the philosopher that no one hears-an unappreciated thinker;
my testimony bears a hard truth that scares all-Am I another earthly transient?

A Heavenly Song In Earthly Measures of Time

God is the law over the nature of the Universe.
God's order of things is great and diverse.

God is timeless in his sense of being.
God is not of the temporal succession of existence in his laws of decreeing.

God's measurement of time is perfect in his creations.
God's force is in the fullness of divine interpretation.

God created a fine tune in physicists of energy and spiritual continuity.
God's amazing ingenuity.

God's creations are the reflection of his Glory.
The wonderment of his handiwork tells his story.

            The day silently journey toward anonymity with eyes wide awake

               while a plethora of resolute flora thrives in a remote wilderness

            Sacred sanctuary surreptitiously shelters slithering startled snake

               as teardrops shaped raindrops inundate crops with earnestness

            Moonlight ascend unfettered diffusing a dazzling gloss at its wake

               illuminates silhouettes of grieving spirits drowning in emptiness

            Noble acts of love could nurture even the tiniest forlorn snowflake

               capable in igniting that dimming sparkle of human virtuousness
