Best Dose Poems
If an apple a day
Keeps the doctor away,
Just think what a poem can do!
If can open your eyes
To a hidden surprise
Or remind you of something you knew.
Why, a poem can delight
Or assure you you’re right
When it jibes with what you might believe
Or tap into your youth
With a long-forgot truth
That you never thought you could retrieve.
Though it may lack the crunch
Of an apple you munch
Still, a poem may be good for your head
‘Cause I really do think
If that doctor’s a shrink,
He’d advise poems (not apples) instead!

Your wings was spread out to cover me,
like a shield on a battle field you protected me.
That storm came my way so that I couldn't see,
I couldn't see what was before me; the guidance
you gave that led me. On a path the way I should
go, there's no need to worry you always protect thee.
Your love is before me, my King has opened up the
windows heave above me, he dress me with his blessings,
he always provide for thee. I should not want or need of any,
his love is guaranteed to bless me. In his presence he does not
deny me, in the mist of all troubles if I pray honestly from the
heart he shall deliver me. My rock, my King, there's no one that
can break that bond of you and me. My Lord, my God, will protect me.

As they forever lay down to sleep
Remembering their lives we sadly weep
All the feelings I hold and memories I keep
The price they paid wss much to steep.
As the dance within Black Deaths Spoon
Nodding every morning and every afternoon
It was once so comical kind of like a cartoon
Until reality reached out and killed them to soon
Over the dose and over the spoon!

Where dose the love go?
Dose it sleep?
Dose it die?
well i have to admit i dont really know
I guess no one dose
After all the years of love
After all the praises of the above
Where dose the love go?
Do you know
Can you find it?
i really wish i knew
cause id go and bring it back
for the world to have even if it means my death
the world will have its love and i will have my peace
Where dose love come from?
Where did it go?
set my heart free along with my soul
so that they my work together so i may love again

Satisfied in no satisfactory way
I eat my dreaded shredded wheat.
Ugh.
An everyday food bringing me no joy.
A pattern I have fallen into at breakfast
Reminding me of mundane things
Bringing a mean dose of regular into my life.
While I dream of pancakes with syrup
and whipped cream, slathered in bananas
with a dollop of pudding.
Those days long gone,
When I could eat whatever
I wanted, and not suffer.

Me mate Jake is in a terrible state,
where he lays in a hospital bed.
His eyes have sunk and his skin is pale,
if he wasn’t breathing I’d say he is dead.
And the doctors are really concerned;
each test they have taken is clear.
Whatever Jake caught is unknown,
but I’d say that it’s pretty severe.
It is sad to watch mates going down,
the way that it’s happening to Jake,
it’s unfair for he’s really quite young,
so I’m praying he might get a break.
But his Priest is not holding much hope,
for Jake has received his last rites,
and his family is being called in,
now the angels are booking his flights.
With Jake laying there with his pain,
I spoke softly about better times,
when we fished and we drank a pub dry,
and stealing sheep was one of our crimes.
Jake grinned when I mentioned red lights,
where women were our sole obsession,
and Doreen, Jake’s wife had been listening,
so Jake insisted he will do confession.
But Doreen who sat by his Jake’s side,
declared “No Jake, you’re in too much distress,
but Jake wheezed and coughed as he uttered
“There are things that I need to confess.”
But Doreen being gentle and kind,
softly whispered “Jake, there is no need,”
but Jake is determined as ever,
to die in peace is Jake’s final plead.
“I have slept with your sister Doreen;
and slept with your best friend as well,
I slept with her friend and your mother,
and I slept with our neighbour Michelle.”
I cringed when expecting a tirade,
from Doreen who stood there with a smirk,
“I know you did Jake, but everything’s fine …
now rest up, and let the arsenic work.”

I'm tired of hearing news that's bad.
It really drags me down.
My smile is morphing into
What's much closer to a frown.
I know the likelihood of this
Increases as we age.
To understand that life will end
One needn't be a sage.
Yet right now I could use a dose
Of happy in my cup,
Which I'm certain Henry* will provide
As soon as he wakes up...

Even though,
We do fall short
We do come' to Mass
- Fore -
We are God's People
He is the beginning
Thus ly, He is' the Past

We Honor Him

It always' come back to
......The Cross
How much He did sacrifice
How much He had lost
Yes, their is such a disconnection
To this very day
The Devil still continue
To do EVIL
We only need to but,
Continue to Pray

Crack-ed craniums, splintered personalities
Neural pathway of coping escape
led to a padded place for shattered identities
Disposable souls, which fell thru the cracks,
became ill weeds of society —
Concrete tares of bipolarity
They took the sweet powdered poison
to counteract the bitter, enamel poison
Given a double dose of reality,
powerful mixture of medicinal tears
and venomous spittle toxin
Crack-ed heads feel the gavel force
of the baton hard bosoms
Rx prescription labeled: Menace to society!
Judicial pathway to incarceration,
it leads to a padlock place of moral paucity
Addicted to the cellular disconnect quick fix;
the hallucinatory solution
is bar code,
ethnic substance controlled writ scrip
And as those hard hearts palpitate
to the crack-ling sound
of the spiking high conviction rate
Place that razor blade conscience
on an arrest collection plate,
and parcel mercy
Package it with
profiteer consideration
Case closed on another skull crack-ed;
put a penitentiary bandage on that open wound,
head trauma years of degradation
Take this double dose of reality,
and inhale the pipe dream of an aloof nation
Give a stitched number name to the next gurney-strapped person,
subject to haphazard fits of vial mood alteration
Put them in a concrete compound, (where puffed hope is err gone)
with the other wards of mental experimentation
Ayes bear witness to the mad, doctored conclusion:
A lab rat, paper maze demise,
brought by guinea pig desires —
Cash cage scruples exhaled by the lords of illusion

Dramatic Verse
the best part of any day for me is watching you undress
your body is like the relief of deep exhalation after a hard day's work
admiring your beauty has a deeper meaning than the directness of my ********
it is a reminder of what God has blessed me with....and what He could take away
hesitation as a form of teasing never felt so refreshing or mild
the calmness of your laid back style drives me surprisingly wild
taking it slow with you is equal to new roots to a personal dream long deferred
in its own little way it helps supplant the permanence of a solid foundation
that being said, don't say a word right now
just smile and enjoy me watching you undress

Looking at the medicines they have
I wonder if they have a dose for love
Just a dose to freeze my heart
So that I can’t feel love and its art.
Just a dose to drive my fears away
Just a dose to make me survive the day
I don’t need liquors or any wine
Just a dose and I’ll be fine.
I need that dose so desperately
How I hope that I could find it so easily
Just one drop and I’ll be okay
Just one drop and things are no longer grey.
A dose for love, oh where to find
It’s the only cure for my heart and mind
It’s the only way to ease the pain
The only thing to prevent me from going insane.
I’ve searched every corner of every street
Every town, every city, every district
A dose for love where art thou?
How to find you, I wonder how?
A dose for love is all I need
That could prevent my heart to bleed
A tonic that could stop my heart to beat
That could not feel the pain even just a little bit.
How about this? I'm sorry for being so emotional guys. hahaha... :)
God Bless!!!

I wish somebody would've told me,
She is my only love Dosage,
At this old Age,
The only person who can give a good Massage ,
While sending an important love Message,
To some british people who pass this Passage,
And are content to hear other people speak their Language.
I wish somebody would've told me,
"No one loved me like you,"she said,
I saw Courage.
" I was in a hut " she said,
I saw a lovely Village.
" I was in town in a behind room," she said,
I saw a beautiful Cottage.
" I am waiting to see a ring on my finger, " she said ,
I saw the day to Engage.
I wish somebody would've told me,
" I will be so excited in the church , when our pastor will pronounce ' only death that will separate you '" she said ,
I saw our Marriage.
People marry daily , marriage is other life Stage.
Many couples don't want to hear about Miscarriage,
Because It is a big loss , losing the fruit from their Marriage.
I wish somebody would've told me,
She is my beautiful full Parkage,
Her and children will be easy to Manage,
As I am responsable with full Courage,
Thinking to build a big house at Salvage,
Before our traditional Marriage.
