Thoughts of Two Dimensions

Thoughts of Two Dimensions

Yesterday, I loved your courtyards
bathed in moonlight's shadows and smiles,
smitten by wavering stars,
lanterns of my youth,
that are reflected as coins,
in the quiet waters of your fountains.
Those are my reminiscences
arabesque creatures of an old chest,
sanctified by the lavender,
and left on the bottom of my wardrobe.

Today, I love your crowded streets,
pebbled alleyways that breathe
with aromas of kitchens,
shouts of children quarreling,
and nagging of older women
behind those awnings and windows of life well known.

Tomorrow, I will love your hot paved squares
that open to the harbors and promising high seas
while cypresses will send regards to far away winds,
and seagulls will sing nostalgia cries
of wandering merchants and sailors.

Dimensions of Truth

Dimensions of truth
Spoken or unspoken ,
written or unwritten,
expressed or ever shared
Endless words ,numerous perceptions
and countless misconceptions--
are different dimensions to
the truth.
It makes many people wonder about what it is
and can anyone really define it?
Truth is something which pricks/breaks your heart
or makes you vulnerable.
 Might be a light invigorating,
which calms and brings peace
An experience which tests your very own
self and existence.
Mostly a power which many cannot handle
and afraid to confront it.
An encounter which gives us new perspective
and a tough yet content choice to live with.
Its hard and rude when you speak/articulate
and aggressive when you write it.
one has to transcend beyond himself and his mind
to know its nature and its course.
Though the time changes
and people turning to different people
 but the truth remains same.
Truth stands alone,may come many
tornados and is stark naked
even when facing temptations.,
with head held high and looking into the sky.
Truth may be alone most of the time
but it gathers true friends -honesty and bravery.

A spell to cast you in
Watch me!
I the queen jester,
SteamPunk aviator,
Cybor goth,
Travel these dimensions That I control
walking through and bursting in to life,
Lifting my spirit and soul,
Laughing and enjoying these worlds,
Looking for that something,
Casting that spell to cast you in,
In the end I take your soul

Grows the night when breaths lay
  quietly
On obscure spaces fluid as the wind,
Where clouds of rest become a
   hammock ,
Lulling frayed nerves with incense
As blend of matter and being cleaves-

For beyond dimensions...grows the
    the night.

Unseen Dimensions

second terra, masters of the nether world,
black is their art,as crafty smoke curls
behind a screen,landscaping scenes,amazing,
chemical elements influence our being
projecting images,manipulating thoughts
misguided perceptions easily bought
subliminal messages,chaotic fuel
hatred belies evil despotic rule.

recreant,miscreant,one and the same
lowly existence,there they'll remain
sinking lower to depths, uncaring of deeds
subliminal messages,planting evil seeds
appearances frequent to mislead perceptual
third eye needed to discern the actual
programs running,they're constantly gunning
head shots,heart shots,they've got,cunning
skills diverse,if left open for attack
awareness,understanding,will guard your back
no compromise on the bridge
as you stand on the ridge
spirit within' to keep you on edge
outskirts,outposts,uncharted fields
strength and honor, due time it will yield.

Delicate Dimensions

The Shepherd asked the poetess-
Who are you?
Twinkling her eyes, the poetess
said-who am I.

Am I a breath or a death;
breeze or a storm;
am I soothed or havocked?
I am blazed and ashed.

Am I a flower or a crackling leaf;
sand or a sea;
rock or a snow?
I am a droplet and a wavelet.

Am I a mystic sky or a fog;
cloud or a smoke;
hazed or dazed?
I am a dew and blue.

Am I a moon or its shadow;
real or a fake;
peace or a mayhem?
I am resting and running.

Am I desired or  scraped;
slapdash or deliberate;
gem or a junk?
I am nerdish and doltish.

O! dear shepherd
who cares and
wonders who am I?

I am a treasure of pleasure,
I am a glow and a blow,
I am tender and blender,
I am your treasured flow.

Lost Dimensions

A one dimensional walk – I have taken with you.
A one dimensional journey – with you, I go through
in all of times passing – not exactly what I want to do

with what is left of this old, used up life of mine.
Oh !, to share experiences – to know feelings so fine !
This is how I would like to share the rest of my time.
Unfortunately, a reality will not come from this rhyme.

It will not bring you closer to understanding or compassion,
nor, for me, will it bring anything from you, in the way of passion.
Oh, to open those doors, - closed tightly on me – what progression.
It seems, if you could love at all, platonic is your only direction.

A friend to you - I will always be – even to the bitter end,
even if you cannot find any good reason, differences to mend.
You remember this !, no matter what comes, I am your friend.

Dimensions

Inside my mind is a paradox when I reminisce about you with my filter off.
I can speak about you but simultaneously be relating it to all the evils within myself..
The ones that I give into and live for..
The ones that escape my brain crawling out through wormholes.
That's when I forget why I even wanted to remember for, tell me what for?
I want to know why we disguise our emotions
Sweeping 'em under the welcome mat of the front door, kind of hypocritical, tell me what for?
That's what happens when the cadence of your heart meets the agony in my eyes..
Lost in our untimely consciousness..
That's what I'm always caught up in.
I don't have to confess, you can see it on my face.. Adrift in space..
Assaulting myself by replaying memories..
How can two things be so wrong, so undone yet wound up in one?
Reminisce reminisce, stop traveling back in your mind.
Instead cast the feelings out among the stars, let 'em shine..
They float so far, they stay out of sight. But creep back up in the dark of the night.
What's real shines through.. If ignorance is bliss then I guess I'll make a wish too.
My little nightlights.. They literally are a piece of mind.
Because when I'm zoned out I'm seeing my feelings that were lost in time..

Cold Dimensions

My heart grieves for past warmth, rocking guilt back and forth
Like a cradled infant, deceased, and torn
I wailed inside and expressed what the babies could not,
Pierced so purposefully. . . their blood drizzled lightly upon the streets
Two gray kittens, side by side
One face molded into the warm body of the other

Lethal legacy
Unjust proclamation- a threat to heart sensation
This vessel of mine sunk long ago… and now,
With emotions compacted and learned, I merely nod

Before my eyes had laid upon such tragedy,
I had been suffering a loss I can no longer withhold,
And as it was so near, I see his death over and over, so clear
My best friend, lying still- half in filth, half in glory
My cries of grief, overtones to his excavating spirit

You do not belong here any longer, sweet black angel
Your soft, dreamy eyes, your lovable ears,
Replaced by unappreciated jeers
I hear them in the night as it had happened
Oblivious me, in deep sleep
Dreaming up hopes later shattered

My tears fell upon his black fur,
His keen green eyes now dead and lifeless
Feel the burn, yes feel the burn of loss, I heard him whisper

Because in this very moment, you are changing!!!
How I both cherish and hate this alteration!
How it has transformed a hopeful soul into saturated slivers of sadness
Repressing anger and fear to ensure good became of his innocence

Now it has led me to these two outcasts,
Caught by others in their cold dimensions
As much as I wish someone to suffer for their absence,
Alone, I agonize, again
Crying internally for the persecutors

This world both baffles me and excites me. Today, this world has brought me to my knees in sorrow and humility.

Dimensions

If I be the future,
where do I leave the past?
All that these old eyes have seen
and weathered ears have screamed;
A mind that has gathered its rage.
A heart that has harbored its hate;

The white man with a black belt
that never kept anything up,
serving only to keep me down.

Of words and hands, too harshly felt;
The shadows of feet--
from oak trees, still swinging.
The fear of sheets that silently shift
on soundless Mississippi nights;

How do I sleep on cotton
and not feel the sting of its sweat?
Will you now give me a silken box
to bury all along with me?

Will I suffocate

under its weight forever?
While you shovel light onto darkness,
looking for absolution--

in the blending.

Will you auction off my memories,
like tiny babies
so they can grow up without any;

How can I be the mother of the future,
when I am already a daughter
of the past?

And how will my sons come to forgive,
when their mother can never ever--
let them forget…

Premium Member Like Parallel Dimensions

Like parallel dimensions set apart,
how varied they exist on this great earth.
We are at ease within the plane where we
can share as human beings from our birth.

But, what about the microscopic world-
unseen, but dwells within our very midst,
knows not of us, but we know it; how hard
to reconcile we share and coexist.

With insects too...does that lone crawling ant
have knowledge of our giant presence here?
In its own world of blades of grass and dirt,
its universe exists but ends right there.

Unknown dimensions may be in our midst,
invisible, immense, or have a sense
not shared with that in us that see or feel-
yet mingle in our presence- so intense.

Our senses, see and hear, smell, taste, and touch,
may not assist within dimensions that
do not give signals to interpret them-
and so, like ants or microbes, we react.

These grand dimensions magnify beyond
this tiny sphere where well-known facts disclose
we're dwarfed within our milky galaxy-
a speck of dust afloat in the cosmos.

Like parallel dimensions set apart,
how varied they exist in this great world.
More mystic still, in our grand universe,
what we don't know is yet to be unfurled.

The Sacred Heart

The Sacred Heart
Shines radiantly
With all colors
Which are not known
On the earthly plane.
Its radiant warmth
Is beyond all dimensions
And cannot be described
By any earthly measure.
Its size and mystical reach
Are beyond the person,
And when you are open—
You can feel it, too.
Let your own heart
Grow beyond any measure
So you can touch
The soul of Others.
The only connection
Between souls on Earth
Is the Sacred Heart,
And this beyond all measure.

New Dimensions

By: Sashi.Prabhu(Zeauoxian)
Written on:28/07/2012

At times the person within me feels all alone,
The nomad within me I try to keep happy and joys within full blown.

Far away from a place called home,
With purpose and goals but without love and alone

Fly by night, fly by day
Up and down the country I travel all the way

Peeking outside my oval window
Blueness always with patches of white to endow

My eyes capture dark clouds
White clouds, shapeless clouds

Till a time the sky reflects
And my eyes illume with lights deflect

As time passes and places I cover each day
Things I imagined and thought I knew

Are far from true and to me become clear.
And in these small things that keep changing

I encapsulate myself from the outside
I whither my thoughts to new dimensions

I shiver in my skins and shed the old ones
I quiver within my heart

 Out flows the rust
From ashes to ashes, dust to dust

Dimensions

What houses the atmosphere of long ago
in the space we knew so well
now - replaced by what - other thing
recycled air now consumed by others - repackaged
emboldened with more tireless times
bumping into puffs of air we ingested in that place
tearing down of walls combine not with erasure of essence
lingering there and in my heart
so little - so large
as to straighten my back once again
with the whole of it
