Reflecting Ripples

I stand alone a barking tree, where silent sorrows of ripples flee,
No one hears my calamity, wearing weeps of my raped reality…
Branches droop to ice-cold ground, solitudes surface of their drowned,
Abysmal anguish of leaves have browned, lacrimal echoes of their sound.

Randomized reflections of rivers flow, suffering scourges in their woe,
Ripples raging in their row, creating cabalistic contrasts as they grow…
The forest dense as to populate, the seeds of seduction must copulate,
All is dormant until the eyes dilate, weeping willows that magistrate.

I accept my life near the lamenting lake, weathering wounds as I wake,
The wood whispers as to ache, secluded shadows share the snake…
Wandering waters that ripples bring, vines that struggle in their swing,
Alone in my salvaged spring, where sparrows segregate in their sing.

For Only Love

Only love transcends the infinite skies,
Through portals of passion that resonate…
Vibrations amongst wings of butterflies,
Reaching distant dormant eyes to dilate.

My love shall find your hibernating heart,
Daunting desolate debris building walls…
To paint your smile upon exquisite art,
Our love to bravura in heavens halls.

Whispers of amour in the morning light,
The universe unfolds with surreal…
Secretions of suns amidst darkest night,
Spewing teasing temptations that conceal.

Only love transcends the infinite skies,
Through portals of passion that resonate.

My skin petrified, mummifying my hand
upon pools of brittle ice
like curdled blood piercing veins: I watch
the moon bathing its flesh,

in crystal yellow, waxing a sheen...
my pores dilate as cubes slowly melt
when this fired orb heals from above

till its velvet breath climbs into my head,
extinguishing limbo of a daze…until I convulse in joy
when chunk-stone changes into glimmered dew.

*I held ice cubes on my palms and was transported
back to scene of one night when a high fever drowned
my senses… for some reason, viewing the glory
of the moon relieved me from delirium…

Premium Member Divine Meditation

The Light grows dim
My Pupils dilate
Now Falling into a Meditative state

The earth consumes my sinking roots
As I ground myself
reality dilutes

Being present in this moment
All Equal and free
Slipping away now from life’s debris

Noticing moments between my thoughts
A silent awareness

Visions distort

Connection grows strong
to the spiritual world
We meet in the middle
The heavens unfurled

Deeper still into the stars
Past Mercury, Venus, Earth and Mars

in my private bubble I’m protected
Negativity gently deflected

Just be in this moment
Silence the mind
Let universal love unbind

In dream like state
Beyond the veil
I feel their energy
They will prevail

The scent of a loved one
passed on long ago
A meeting of souls
their auras aglow

There’s no need for words
The eyes say it all
On their frequency now
I hear their call

I am part of the cosmos
I am wind
I am rain
I’m translucent ocean
Devoid of all pain

I ride the waves slowly back to the shore
Notice the ticking of the clock Once more
Becoming aware now
Back into the room
Content that I’ll return there soon

This is my space
It costs nothing but time
To visit this sacred realm
So divine

Oceanfront

Sea stalked by moon tonight in site
On waters that dilate gone by—
Its apparition's bed on shore,
That moon lays on like ruby's lure—
The knees clamber from salty might.

The tinting in her frosty side
Where she was swept once by the tide;
The backwhip of the swell still roars—
                       Sea stalked by moon.

As the mood on the beach is spry,
Combing while I'm alone with I,
Ill hearted at the gills; spoiled for
The sand dollar spends its life chore,
All washed out suddenly before...
                      Sea stalked by moon.

Premium Member Obsessed With Flat

It's funny
How did a computer
A silly computer
A flat screened computer
Become my obsession?
I wake up
There it is
Waiting
Begging
Inticing
"Turn me on"
"play with my buttons"

I look at the bright screen
Remembering the Poltergeist warning
"Don't go into the light"
But it's so pretty!
I'm sure I'll be alright

Eyes see
Pupils dilate
Pulse quickens
As my fingers tap feverishly on keys
Traveling to different places with ease
Wondering
Who else sees
Images like these
Hers and hims and other me..s
Infected by their computer disease

Friends I connect with
Around the clock
Ticking while I'm talking
And wrestling with a sock
Late for work again
What a shock

A cup of coffee
on the keyboard spilled
My glowing obsession
is sadly killed
Emotional me
With remorse I'm filled
Then I pause until I'm chilled

I reach for my smart phone
Thankfuly I'm OK
I can keep in touch anyway
Here in my pocket
I have a way to play
A portable flat screened obsession
I can access night and day!

God's Audible

The mistake made in word association is thinking that an associative word should fit
normal patterns. Normalcy isn't always consistent with creativity, therefore, the design may have to change so the poem fits mind frames. In regards to mathematics, I was told seven was perfection. Six imperfection and although eight was enough, biblically it means resurrection. But added all together, twenty-one represents man's wickedness so how can we have imperfection, perfection, resurrection and end up with wickedness in the same story line? We were perfect before words entered the equation. There was a knowable number of stars before we ever opened our eyes. Enlightenment became entrapment and religion authorized this. We gave up unbelievable wonder for a light like no other. Here's the crux of my prose, if sun is God's splendor, I just need you, the smallest sliver. A divided light beam barely bright, but giving so much insight. The way a little light seeps through eye lashes and lids when eyes are stuck together. Your darkened outline begins to take shape the more pupils dilate. With very little light I begin to see a dream coming true - awakening to visions of you. Mathematics was the word that had me monetizing how I could get paid loving only you.

For Sometimes Love Is Not Enough

Hey sugar I’m defriending you
The time has come to say adeiu
A long time pal who undermines
the plans I make to change my life.
Sweetly in my life each day
your crystal heart has caused decay.

Lurking unexpectedly
Any chance to ambush me
You’re hidden there in every bite,
Satisfying, smug delight.
Which I regret everytime
I can’t stop, once I taste:
My heart beats
Eyes dilate
I’ve fallen for your sweetened charm.

But sometimes love is not enough
Your honied calI I must rebuff.

Addicted!
I try so hard to give you up

All my life you’ve been there
Pretend to give, but you don’t care
For the chaos left behind:
Rotten teeth and heart disease
Diabetes, swollen knees
Expanding waist,
Bloated face
Your reputation in disgrace.

You have to go!
Your time is up!
A wholesome friend is what I want.
Take your saccharine caress elsewhere.

Now l stand my ground, I’m being tough
For sometimes love is not enough.

Early morn’s bright birdsong sings my blink to day activate,
waking my faith as feel my thoughts cannot think agitate.

Of earth’s many crisp Eden’s, my yard does participate,
for when I stepped out and into Spring, her marvelous slate
had hymn-grown it as a wholeness chapel, less man’s ornate.
Our loved, frail willow’s miracle growth rose thanks to dilate,
then soar-spun my green love thru all growth to appreciate.
The blueberry bushes set my awe on anticipate.

Our garden washed me fresh in gratitude’s glorious trait.
Bulb plants lifted me with promises that exhilarate
my sense rushes of gem blooms to come and intoxicate.
Our joy-filled, yard contentment was a sense sweep dictate.
From ground to sky, eye to soul, spring does rehabilitate
all that lags as spiritually weak in my heart’s rate.

Natural earth is wonder in beauty’s prime based state
and in our yard presence are the Spring psalms I celebrate.

Three Months Later

"Suicide doesn't kill the pain-
it just passes it on to someone else"

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
weeping from loss I emptied the ocean,
remembering each emotion
     abandoned by devotion-
sights unseen by nude eyes shine,
forgetting your dear heart is divine-
         please spread angel dust as a sign...
                                        that you will be fine
ice falls down your cheek-
frozen like the air i breath
winter never knew her value,
for she is a season of loss
and o, those honey-hazel eyes
you wear-
once full of honeysuckle
        brilliance,
now enveloped by thoughts
of your willow weeping,
            your ebon pupils dilate-
           (forever blinded by my affliction)
i gently tucked your laugh away
for safekeeping
lost in a landslide of non-forgotten
lachrymose moments
           “reveries of safety try to flow,
            but they've been sandbagged by pain and woe”
youthful lesions crawl with ease-
one pin prick to the heart is
enough to be lost inside what might
have been
searching for touches needing
to be touched,
longing to kiss the unkissable
craving to voice what’s unspeakable
shielding your innocence to fear not
what lied ahead-
     (soul stolen by youthful demons)
the december rain is falling, and-
                                so are you
~three months later~
seems like a long time
but it’s been no time-
feels like a lifetime…
               since you've gone
                                  for i cannot live
                        with your need to swallow death-
                                               sin of an angel
To Whom It May Concern
Today, it is a sunny Thursday morning in April, and my body
aches like it does when a rainstorm hits, and I am regrettably
bitter about it because in this very moment in time,
I am still waywayway too aware
        of this world.
My horoscope tells me that it’s about time to get rid of some of
the baggage that I’ve been lugging all around town with me.
But (apparently) I haven’t quite
figured out where to
	put it all yet.
And it’s times like these where I try to fool myself into thinking that
I’m actually good at things – regular things that other people
are especially and typically ordinarily good at.
Like, writing poetry or scrapbooking, or bigger-deal-things like
        showing up to work on time.
And I’ve been waiting to tell you this without blinking for once,
and I’ve been actively searching for that relief everyone keeps
saying is buried deep in that one place that’s also hidden
underwater somewhere. So if you could feel the
        blood in my veins, you’d know what I mean.
I’m anxious to feel the exact moment when the morning sunlight
hits your cheek and your irises slowly dilate with the rhythm of
your heartbeat, and I would memorize it all so perfectly,
you would’ve thought it was just a simple feeling
        to give away.
But it’s impossible to sneeze while keeping your eyes completely
open and I may be just a little pessimistic about some stuff
every now and again, and I know that it’s been
a really long while since we’ve touched,
        but you still look the same to me.
Premium Member Sea Of Love's Mystery
Your eyes a dark archipelago
Mysterious then exotic drifting across
  my shore;
I perceive their warmth inviting
While those lips blow a tangy flavour-
Irresistible, poised to reach for a kiss
Brewed by the kiln of summer’s
   ember…
Carefully, my logic examines the
     prospects
Between reason and wantonness,
As the fluid air spins amorously
And the evening grows too blind,
    naked--
The waves within my navel dilate,
    fluid as current's unknown motion...
I forget what  happens next except, I
    was
Drunk with the body- rhythm of something
  untenably spontaneous;
Coasting on a body outside a bend
  ebbing flowing  through a belly and
   tendon
Of a conniving sea.
Premium Member The Promise
The gleaming of the sun on the snow in the winter
Teases your eyes with the rays – Squinter
Pupils dilate, taking in the glorious fluffy whiteness
The eye can see the vastness
The wind howls, deceived by the coldness
In one big gulp, it swallows a drift in its boldness
Survival hides beneath the mound of white
To emerge when it is time – excite
Life flows and ebbs, even in the stillness
Birds pecking in the chillness, so relentless
No leaves, no shelter from the storm
Side by side on a fragile branch – uniform
The game of life, so fragile from birth
When the snow melts, there is a rebirth
Tiny wings and baby steps – towards
Marching to the beat of another day – forward
Breathing,
Living,
Loving,
Trusting
In another tomorrow
The promise of a future you borrow
Threshold To Forgiveness
my eyes dilate leaving him breathless-
seeking what should have been sought
yesterday and beyond kismet;
I reap in seeds that sow themselves-
(spread me over willows weeping)
he gazes at me with such depth;
sees the me I wish was there-
maybe he’s blinded by love and
won’t ever see the demons within,
for they would chase him until he
left…
     for good this time
I am but a woman longing for a place
to call home-
searching endlessly for that safe and
comfortable bed to keep warm in winter,
cover me gently as the moondust
f
s
onto my bare feet,
with him beside me-
but then he’s left breathless and I am left…
                                                          restless
for there is no entrance sign to eternity when love
is your redemption-
                       and there is no threshold to forgiveness
