Obsessed? Who me? At the sight of bare boobs?
Can take 'em or leave 'em but I'm usually in the mood
But an overstuffed bra
Should be banned by law
Disappointment we feel as she stands there in the nude

Losing love before love starts;
confusion exacts a toll.
And in freshly broken hearts,
delusion corrupts the soul.

Gathering clouds, sense your mood,
crying misty drops of rain.
And suddenly, a storm's brewed;
as they weep for all your pain.

When the sun won't share its light,
your spirit struggles to cope.
And haunts the shadows of night;
where counterfeit smiles sell hope.

Fear and guilt dominate dreams;
when love is nowhere in sight.
And fueling nightmare screams;
depression turns off the light.

Memories add little weight
to balance the scales of truth.
For a heart broken by fate;
lost the innocence of youth.

Counterfeit Love

COUNTERFEIT LOVE
By Madalitso Jasper Mwaungulu

Painless emotions display the hurt in my butt
My eyes twinkle like little stars
As the watery flow shine out
Reflecting the captive freedom you put me into
I am a free prisoner of love

Pushed by your selfish desires
Abandoned by your royal lowness
My life somersaulted out of the league
Everything I knew changed
Everything I understood became oblivion
My intellect masked by your smiling tender-hearted face

I now understand that even the strongest hearts melts
They cry, they break, they harden, they soften and they forgive
But they never forget
How can they forget?
How can they see when the mist of your deception
Engulfs their perception?

Eagles cry deep in the sky
While hovering over naked smiles
Happiness of young hearts snatched
And onto the rock of Saturn smashed
When selfish ambitions walks pompously in
The corridors of their little love hearts
Proclaiming fear in their ventricles

Their pure first love you snatched
Now they can’t love anymore because
You vanished
They counted their joy in you
Gained their strength
And admonished their girth
Disappointingly, they’re broken
And they can’t be mended
Even glue a vague adhesive to bend.

They cry, they bleat, they moan, they whine, they whimper and they wail
Not because they choose to
Or forced to
But because they’re used to
As their minds dredge up the joy your presence caused
Searching and scouring for your return
Your humble entry back into their hearts
Not to mend but to build them again

To say the truth
They don’t smile anymore
But they are drenched in fear
When they see your resemblance

They don’t smile because you took their smile
Together with you when you left
You took their peace
And they live in fear
Not fear of whom or what or where
But fear of you
And I only realize
That your love was only counterfeit

A Counterfeit Life

Years as an actress in the role of wife
Being who I thought I should be
My heart dulled and my mind full of strife
Left me empty and longing for me
Who is that in the glass I see?
Her face shows considerable trials
Not enough laugh lines looking back
A crowd of wrinkles showing the miles
Marriage over airs gone away now
All that’s left is anxiety
No longer living a counterfeit life
If I’m not her then who shall I be?

Counterfeit Tales

Beautiful stories full of lies,
All falsely true.
Stimulating syndromes….
I know no happy ending will come,
Living in a book to escape.
Dreadful dissolution….
Happiness for a minute,
Should have seen the end coming.
Fitting forge….
Stuck in the road between realities,
Where to go?
Pose paranoia….
My life in a fantasy,
Will it be worth my while?
Broken be….
Not part of the propaganda,
Only the promise of pain is predictable.
Counter conclusion….
One last time,
One last happy thought.
Wonder the world….
How will it end?

Chaff and the Vagabond

Loyalty brings even the fortified few to falter somnambulantly in succession
As if tranced to commit, their convictions are true yet skewed
The blind emotional outburst of bigotry and cynicism conveyed
Is but a microcosm of what pain these individuals likely feel
Something of an atrocity to be used and told when to kneel
Although the accused has seen duress they gladly contride the thoughts of madness itself
I feel that you deny me reproof yet I will not pity that which cannot choose
As sad as it seems to me I see I've held on to honesty gleaning
Were supposedly a friend you said having talks breaking bread
But now that I see that your truth is my lie I know time will determine the test that was cheated
The sad part I'll say and to my dismay is that there wasn't discussion, just conceded
Hope it's enjoyed, misconception eroded have the seat that keeps you yearning and teeted....

Science may surpass mankind
And the universe
But even with an x-ray
We see only the organs and the skeletons
We can't see any truths and logics
But with a book of religion
We will gradually see with our naked eyes
And the book is copyright
No one can pirated
No one can stain

Counterfeit Reality

Behind the lens there is a face, in happiness a pose.
Behind the lens there is a soul hiding all its woes.
Surface paint of lips and eyes with a smile not real,
Making others read a story of fictional appeal.

Being managed for a price to do what brings a lie,
When down inside the feelings hide waiting there to die.
The shame has been buried, for many horrible years.
Alone in quiet, shadowed soul, seep the ancient tears.

Peel away the covering with no where else to hide.
Peel away the dignity for bangles and a ride.
Cover up reality and bury all the truth.
Cover up and lose it all, say goodbye to youth.

Alone in quiet stillness stand, before a lens of fact,
Examining all that is left, before the failing act.
And when alone with nothing left what will the lens reveal?
An empty life that's full of strife, there is no more appeal.

Counterfeit Money

I make money that is not real.
I love to make counterfeit bills.
I have a contact who steals the paper that the government makes.
My counterfeit money looks like the real thing, I make no mistakes.
I counterfeit fifty dollar bills.
I have talent and I have skill.
I make fifteen million bucks of counterfeit bills every year.
But something has gone wrong, the Secret Service is here.
They just busted down my door and I'm being placed under arrest.
It's a pity that they found me because when it comes to making counterfeit money, I'm the best.
I thought my operation was fool proof, I didn't know that I would fail.
I underestimated the Secret Service and now I am going to rot in jail.

The true color of red flags is rust,
where they utter love it lies beneath;
Faded, repainted, and insincere
still there hoping you fail to see it;

Left in disgust over lack of trust
false words atrophy with broken teeth;
Vet those you allow into your sphere
aim the first punch for the hardest hit;

Accept what you know when it is clear,
fool’s gold will always be counterfeit.

Counterfeit Bills

I'd like to say it was just a dream but it was real.
The cops arrested me for passing counterfeit bills.
My bank gave me twenty one hundred dollar bills that were counterfeit.
When I found out, the police had to use tear gas because I had a fit.
After I cried like a two year old, i was thrown in jail.
I had to sell my body organs so that I could make bail.
But now they want my organs even though I'm not dead.
They don't intend to wait, they want them now instead.
I have no money to buy food and I feel light headed and giddy.
My electricity was cut off last night, those bastards have no pity.
Because I haven't eaten, I sure have gotten bony.
And it's because of that money that was phony.
When I can't pay the bill collectors, I constantly get hit.
Don't do business with my bank or you'll receive cash that is counterfeit.

Counterfeit

Does your smile convey true joy?
Or does it mask a secret, coy?
Do your actions speak of heart, or
From all honesty, depart?

This, a world where shadows move
And rainbows dance in changing hues
Alongside clouds of smoky blear,
A world where water disappears.

Nothing here will stay the same
No one born here, free of shame
If without a mask you be,
Soon, in solitude be seen.

Words you speak must always lie
Deeds performed, discreetly sly.
Nothing honest, here, will thrive
Truth is unfit to survive.

Welcome "home" where "heart" belongs!
Join a choir of crooked songs.
Counterfeits, we all are born
By gems deceptive, stand adorned.

Counterfeit Emotions

Counter of happy pills all lined up,
Pride gets in the way,
Wont admit your heads ****ed up,
Tricked yourself believing past stays behind,
Knows damn well it's what go you in this grind,

Recognize it, deal with it, move on
Like lifting weights, emotions make your strong

Refuse to be real,
From yourself you steal,
Ability to be happy,
Emotions are counterfeit, treat people crappy

Recognize it, deal with it, move on
Like lifting weights, emotions make your strong

Fear of uncertainty prohibits you from change,
Future hopes and dreams are further deranged,
Emotional turmoil surrounds,
your standing in a ring of fire
Dealing with you, my oh my ,
makes me so so tired.
