LSD, Ecstasy, Vicodin, Meth; I've done none of these -
not even weed! My dealer is a muse who pushes poetry.
I get high on rhyme, tripping on words swirling colors in my mind.
Can't Walk Away
Oh, this obsession, and the need
to reach that high once I've begun;
so hard to stop, can't walk away
till this addiction's had its run.
Oh, please, you know I cannot stop,
I tried so many times before.
I get that urge...it conquers me;
not ready yet, so close that door.
You know I must descend inside
my mind to where it's bright and clear;
to see those visions that excite
and rev my thoughts into high gear.
Be patient now, soon I'll be done.
It's working, see...I'm breathing slow.
My soul is feasting on this bliss!
All comes together, see the flow?
Thank heavens now, the need is filled...
I've reached the summit, and I won...
My poem is done!... Now, out the door...
Okay! Let's leave to have some fun!

Together we shall embrace heaven,
the stars and the moon
Even if ice drifts through our dreams
Yesterday is gone ___
drowned in snow wet words
Never forget the cheerful spring streams of childhood
~ glittering silver threads ~
The memories are life, the longing belongs to death
The cross on the wall has been painted white
Knowledge is a conscious understanding of "something"
It does not have to be that difficult

On the museum walls, a many hued color explosion,
As in varicolored gardens where beauty is spoken,
Or emerald forests where strange wildness thrives,
Scarlet macaws, blue frogs and orchid bee hives!
On nameless city streets, a steady fashion parade,
And sunshine orchards where luscious fruit is made.
Circuses and carnivals, with clowns and balloons,
And seeing flamingos dancing, on golden afternoons.
And popular culture in its varied shades and styles,
Painting upon the times, many appreciative smiles.
And the blur of lovely cars, sleek on the highway,
Heading toward red sunset, no thought of yesterday!
A peacock presents its colors to see
Dazzling patterns, beautiful views,
As pink cherry blossoms adorn the tree,
Brushstrokes of nature offer colorful hues
Birds sweetly sing to color the dawn
As sunlight glistens in pearls of dew,
Lilacs and lilies such beauty they spawn
As the sky takes on a golden hue
The pallette of nature is constantly changing
Reds and golds of autumn, and spring dressed in green,
From season to season they keep rearranging
As the brushstrokes of nature color the scene

"Where flowers bloom, there is color, beauty and fragance, adding joy to life"~ By Poet
My garden now presents a lovely scene
So colorful with flowers unfolding their immaculate petals
And greeting me every morning
In varied shape and size and in sparkling shades
Among them are soothing little white flowers
Which open themselves at night in the lunar light,
Sensual red roses, multi shaded orchids
Flowers of pastel hues, colorful adeniums
And jasmines on creeping stems,
Intertwined and inseparable
Which send out a spray of heady aroma
When the gentle breeze sweeps past them
There are Bougainvillea’s of red, purple, and orange shades
Reflecting the iridescent colors of a setting sun
Rightly called paper flowers with their light weight
And lack of softness and synthetic appearance
These flowers, like torn pieces of crepe paper
Fly about with every sweeping wind,
Landing down scattered here, there and everywhere
Inciting mischief, but causing no harm
Pentas of lavender and white shade are seen
Nodding at butterflies wishing to be kissed and wooed.
Along with flowers grown in pots and soil
There are lovely water lilies in my little pond
Flowers brighten the indoors and outdoors
Lifting our mood and giving us immense joy
Oh Lovely maidens, you are one of a special kind
You bloom and smile for everyone to enjoy
But aren’t you there in my small garden,
Staying regal and proud especially for you and me?
Colorful Me LSD
Kaleidoscope euphoric psychedelic dreams
Rainbows colour perfect peaches and cream
Splashes orgasmic silhouettes of tiny screams
Cobalt rain droplets in a sunny set theme...
Tiny pearl spiders spin opaque webs in my spine
Snow plowed glass hazards in white chalked up lines
In awe to see so artfully the world in this design
Cosmic Being floating heavenly sure I am just fine...
Static electricity behind my waterfall aqua eyes
Oceans of misery as I bid a colorful goodbye
Back to mortality in a black and white world full of lies
Lucy in the sky in tiny blue diamonds she cries...

Cascade of colors swirls in a fishy maze,
a tank of topicals swim the watery haze;
as a plastic diver opens his treasure,
what's inside is strictly his pleasure.
Tetra's dream of tasty bites
Swordtails dine to their delight;
albino Catfish sweeps the gravel,
as bright corals do bedazzle.
As bright guppies wiggle, wriggle
and Goldfish's fins flow in a jiggle;
a black Molly races by the snails,
as a tiny crab scurries up the ship's sail.
It's a color-wonderland behind the glass;
flowing in and out of the guppy grass.
A beautiful colorful day,
every flower greeting hellos.
I'm joyfully kissing love,
many nights.
Only polite quiet recipients,
sound true universal valentines.
Wanting xylophone youthful zeal.

I’m singing in colors of champagne sapphire
curating mauve rhymes from orchid twilight,
as bleached butterflies bloom and soar higher,
candles of love rekindle through moonlight.
Polychromatic phosphenes burn so bright.
Twin flames of technicolor fiesta,
paint dusky horizons from stellar heights
when blood rose within lies in siesta.
Aureolin strokes of firm faith transpire,
thawing blue icicles on frosty thorns
Tossing pastel petals dipped in despair.
Yet, stars above the raven valley mourn,
sprinkling pixie dust upon mellow horns,
Hoping someday there'll be no unseen tears
Pushing soulmates to the pyre in forlorn.
We rewrite neon swan-songs with no fears
Perhaps, black is the synonym of love,
woven to the silver wings of midnight.
"Gardens must now go to sleep until spring comes back around." Quote By Poet
Springtime is coming with the sleepy flowers awaking.
Laughing sun glinting through the skies
Raining hope and faith to baptize
Promises of dreams come to life
Reviving joy while ending strife
Choicest blooms, vibrantly smiling
Shows of wonder, so beguiling
Kiss of May silences all cares
Beautiful songs, pleasant prayers

I used Rhymezone and How Many Syllables
Just another Colorful Day
As the radiant sun emerges beyond a faded
black shroud
The horizon turns quiescent then emanated
ultra bright yellow.
A flock of birds effortlessly maneuver below
a speeding silver cloud
Settled on a branch with white wings folded
eyeing a lush green meadow.
A beautiful, colorful day elicits fantasy,
beginning with a dawn of tangerine-hued sky.
Envisioning a monarch’s wings fluttering,
into the sky with poetry I fly.
Lovely mellow noon offers pink quince
blossoming beneath a sky clear blue.
I imagine strolling with my love along a lane.
Romance, along with nature, blooms anew.
Radiant sun tumbles unabashedly violet
into its deep, mirroring, rippling sea.
I picture myself as a purple starling.
Winging beyond the horizon, I flee.
Lucid moonlit night opens pensively
as if it were a muse in a robe of bluish-gray.
One of myriad stars I now become,
wishing from Dreamland never to stray.
