Premium Member Holding Daybreak In Pause

On your mulberry canvas
I inscribed my tangerine sun
Cached behind a dark rock
When violet dawn broke

Beneath orchid clouds
Your lilac brushstrokes arose
From steel-blue ocean
As gentle winds tickled
Platinum-hued ripples

I sprinkled orange glow
Where you embossed
Shades of ruby-desire
On pink-rose magenta
Floating on purple fire

In silence we held hands
Celebrating romance
Ablaze in our own aura
That you and I sparked
Holding daybreak in pause

Premium Member Watering the Garden of Dreams

taciturn springs rising
from within the quarry
of deep earth's wisdom
urging lyrical waters to transpose
while held like singing seas of living reveries
of history and infinity
misting to meld with rainfall dreams
Falling like ancient messages
into the orchard of molecular landscapes
drawn to penetrate its legacy
embedded in the rockeries and rills
blanketing the groves of dirt and ferns
teeming in the arcadian oasis
feeding feast or famine
flourishing the solicitude of springtime
in spider spun dreams
of longings in ancient oaks
merging with the ebb of shedding sycamores
in salted seas teeming and exalting
the rhetoric of existence
in musing opaque vapors
mingling into pervasive clouds
bleeding life
cached in the creche
of pastoral beginnings
of everlasting eddies
watering the garden of dreams

Premium Member Through Silent Woods

I wandered lone as I did seek
Through silent woods and rustling leaves
Down the hill to the flowing creek
Away from life's stress causing heaves
There I saw a white lovely swan
By magic there appeared a fawn

As the slow running water splashed
Then filled a deeper hole for fish
A place to dream and keep my cached
Where those large fish could jump and whish
A place to write some poetry down
Where depressing thoughts could sink and drown

Where microscopic details thrived
Those threatened plants grow high and wide
In this place they truly survive
This past spring trillium I spied
A host of buckeye 'pon the hill
And wild azaleas gave me thrills

Back up the winding trail to home
Spirit filled, soul rested and still
No need to drift; physically roam
Just let my thoughts of this day fill
In the kitchen in drudgery's grip
From my cup of memories sip

From my thoughts about the work "I Wandered Lonely As A Cloud" by William Wordsworth

Diligence

Your chipps are all cached in
Your diligence is due
You stand to fall
You live to die
You're lying, but it’s true

How grand it would be, if one day
When you were feeling blue
You found me
And I needed you
Nothing else to do

after William Carlos Williams

My husband and daughter sleep
blind to the bleach
of street lamps
and every wellspring headlight sluicing
the dark

Pre-dawn but this cavity
chants of you —

Don’t smile
Don’t smile
Better to tongue
the deep, empty groove

I rise, pirouette across
cold parquet
The kitten shadows me
so we waltz until
it is time to commit

Keys under fingers
twitch, twitch
and my page glows as the black
prowls into this gentled grey

the taste of a cached penny
behind compressed lips

Hold your breath
make my wish

Cached Dreams

Eden pedestalled
On burnished clouds of dawn
Is dew melted famished leaves.
Diamond visions
In our bright dreaming glory,
Bolt castle doors flaming grief.

That heaven is gone
We were too far gods to know;
We wear pearls now, frozen tears
Of soft sufferings.
It's all we know of love's grace:
Time's mortal beauty shines still.

For all else unknown
Consumes this as paradise
Total of the castle's store
Cached in heaven
Where each delight unveils fresh
Figures of old glory bright.

No memory here
Just dreams, the wafers so sweet
That melt on tongue and in light
Sense regurgitates
What had never been, communes
With divine grace, so we dream.

Each dream a spark, glows
For faith, and prods the heart clean
As the fired wine; we sip grace
In treasures of smile:
Joy's cached beauty spilling
From the heart: a frugal rain.

I want to dance there
And sing in it like children
To be swallows in the rain
Wings flashing light shards
The fresh eucharist
Of joy. It's eden's bright kiss
In every art that we miss.

Revelation's Optical Illusion

Quintessentially phantasmagoric,
  her cobalt skies' chimerical fancy
     whores itself out for poetry,
sumptuously cached 'tween
    a revelation's optical illusion
enchanting white knights
     and seducing dragons alike,
her flimflam elusively lofty
& difficult to evermore be captured
    amidst celestial spheres of rapture

Premium Member A Lifetime of Joy

When you and I were one,
A lifetime of joy cached,
Us dancing neath the sun
With passion unabashed,
Fond filaments finespun,
Golden memories stashed.

Premium Member Sight For Sore Eyes

Milky Way dream spots
and other-worlds engaged me
this earthbound urchin
science fiction plots might stir
a pure childhood fantasy

But golden aura
folks can sense that Christmas treat
their pearl orb tot craves
“sight for sore eyes tinsel rapt”
“galaxies galore.” Mum beamed

My peepers wept dams
at magic flight revery
cosmic distance bridged
telescope a nod to star
bright clusters in the heavens

Family ring glow
spark and madcap stellar oomph
cached image-laden
supernova vault’s gem horde
that souvenir I treasure

Catharsis

Catharsis

A cautious, yet deliberate, experiment of the mind;
fleeting thoughts considered,
then quickly left behind;
a brainchild of emotions cached within the heart;
I finally have relinquished
that which took too long to start.
The motive from inception was to recognize my grief,
achieving, through just pen and ink,
soul-cleansing relief.
Jubilantly now among the shadows of my home,
I clutch, with blue-stained fingers, my goal...
a finished poem.
The passion for alleviating pain has now been quelled,
and many facets of my anguish
have finally been felled.

Waiting in a line for food.
Am I in a prison or a diner.
Drinking soda and now water.
I am sitting in a recliner,
wishing that i could get up and
jump into the sink,
to drink a pail of water.
I am just a want too.
I am full of meat.
Waiting in a line for food.
Wanting bread but eating meat.
A poor man and his daughter.
I am number twenty three.

Digital Cinderella

Pixelated bitmap e-mares

Digitized be mementos cached

Her 8 bit vocal vintage freeware

Transfers recurrent electric draughts

The bitrate of virtual seduction

Intrusively hacks my bones

Taste be my lips of data eruption

Elicited from her tone

Physique a stimulating software

Upon my Ethernet she crafts sparks

A gem society deemed quite rare

Though she possessed a vibrant bark

Her bandwith I yearned to fiddle

'Twas encrypted with die-hard lust

She moans in esoteric riddles

Keen I decode them whilst I thrust

Pizazz eclipsing our veins

A billion megabytes colliding

Satiated we crash free of rein

Unforeseen servers uniting
