Brandy

Expelling a sigh
the scent of your breath distills
a vapor of love

Brandy Girl

That is what I call

her, my little Brandy girl,

love you baby, such a good

little dog, my best friend

in the world, my beautiful

little companion of mine

each night of the week

can find you resting so

deep in sleep by

my bed, during the

night your barking

awakes me, such a good

watch dog you are,

I get up, to find nothing there

but air in the wind or a falling

branch, but at times you have

barked at something that I saw.

Each morning I wake and there you are,

sleeping so soundly by my bed.

Feeling so good having you as my dog,

will enjoy these moments as long as I can

my dear Brandy girl.

Limerick : Once a Pathan paid for a brandy

Once a Pathan paid for a brandy
While in the company of (a) Dandy
Dandy was all so gay
He squealed like a blue jay
While Pathan jumped up on his bounty.

Brown M and M's In a Brandy Glass

Twice wronged by false ideas of a hero who doesn't save
A man who is synthetic for a poor fools mislead hope
How can you follow the convicted with a smile
To twice have the dreams snatched by his will
Tears like acid melting my heart away
How soon they are to forget past disasters
Like a wound in my soul its always going to stay

I need to sleep
But I only dream of unseen faces
Melancholy smiles
Mental plagues and internal trials
If your cross to bear is ignorance
Then this lack of life will become mine

Another diet of colourful pills and bleak skies
Slow burned before the feeling seeped inside
When I try to remember the life I left behind
I find the memories are dissolving while my emotions die
Head wounds and another book of excuses
So easy to identify the origin of another lie
I need a pill to suppress my urge to live in vain
I need a quick solution to destroy my ongoing pain

I need to sleep
But I only dream of unseen faces
Melancholy smiles
Mental plagues and internal trials
If your cross to bear is ignorance
Then this lack of life will become mine

In my arms there wont ever be a weight
Nothing to call my possession
Smiles with that which I call my own
Burdened by seeing others tears
In the night of the cold moonlight
Laughter so quiet to revalidate my state of mind
I've been here before my memories so quick to remind me
But they've been gone too long to give an answer to get me by

I need to sleep
But all I see are unseen faces
Melancholy smiles
Mental plagues and internal trials
If your cross to bear is ignorance
Then this lack of life will become mine

Brandy Got Groomed

Took Brandy to

dog groomer today,

for a bath and haircut,

she now smells like

a beautiful colorful rose

made in heaven so sweet,

not sure if this new dog

is really her that I brought home,

knowing it really is her

and loving her even more,

if that is possible.

Apricot Brandy

There once was a woman named Sandy
Who liked jelly candies and apricot brandy
While her teetotaler husband was away
She drank a bottle of brandy that day
When he was home enjoyed only the candy

Brandy and Petey: a Perfect Love Tail

Brandy and Petey, a duo so sweet
Their love is a bond that's hard to beat
Petey, her pooch, has stolen her heart
Together they make the perfect pair, never to part

Brandy and Petey, they walk every day
Exploring the world in their own special way
Their love knows no bounds, it's plain to see
As they wander the world, just Brandy and Petey

Petey, her pup, is more than a friend
He's with her both through thick and thin
He's loyal and kind, through and through
Everything Brandy wants and more, too

Brandy and Petey, they're quite the sight
As they roam through the fields, in the morning light
With a wag of his tail and a lick of her face
Petey has Brandy's heart, this is their place

Brandy's love for Petey can't be measured
Their bond is one that will last forever
Petey is the love of her life, it's plain to see
As they walk hand in paw, just Brandy and Petey.

From Snicker To Liquor

Rollo Rigby was a lover of candy
he kept a big supply ever handy.
But he became so obese
he waddled like geese.
He quit candy but is hooked on brandy
(making his life fine and dandy).

Brandy and Heartbreak

I fell asleep thinking of you, I woke with tears in my eyes
Cold and alone because you're not here by my side
I did everything you wanted and it still wasn't enough to make you stay
So now my days are filled with brandy and heartbreak

I'm trying to think of anything but you
Healing takes time, but it's something I'm trying to rush through
a glass of Courvoisier and love songs playing as I sit in my room
I don't want to use other girls as a bandage to heal your wound

I'm still bleeding from the pain you inflicted
The brandy may make me miss you more, but I'll risk it
I deleted your number so I don't call
Flashbacks of you laughing at me During the fall

Who knew someone so beautiful could cause so much ugliness
thank you for teaching me that a beautiful face doesn't make a girl the loveliest
I slayed the dragon with a sword just for you to use it to cut me with
All my love is lost because I ended up the bloodiest

I fell asleep thinking of you and woke up with tears in my eyes
But I'll find a way to be okay even without you here by my side
I did everything you wanted and it still wasn't enough to make you stay
So now my days are filled with brandy and heartbreak

Growing Sweeter. (Brandy)

Your growing sweeter
each day my little
friend of mine.

Looking into your
dark eyes, seeing
love you give away.

Soft kisses you
wet my face with
such a pleasure.

Loving you my
sweet dog,
enjoying every moment.

Smiles you bring
our way, each
loving day.

Brandy Cognac

There once was a stooped man from Pontiac
Who was an old ailing insomniac
He tried pills
Added to ills
He should have been drinking brandy cognac

Strummaz Motiff

The green leafed tree in the harbor.
There the freights are advanced.
Sailors with quality tools, while
diners feast and play chess. The edge
Of the merchants dine hall has a Blindspot
where tugboats honk there horn to
enter the harbor. A large pile of bones
where the chef has stacked them, for
the jewelers to retrieve them to make
Carved ornaments for tourist and others.
We find there Snorkel and Algae two
Fiddlers who play music while diners
Eat at the Surfin Toot restaurant.
"Anchors ah shore maties, Anchors ah-
Shore!"

Captain Morse Pierconn
USS Snorkelcraft

Chauffeur play'd Hymn
But didn't play me
Swift sung to her
But didn't sing to me
People like song
But didn't like me
What we gon do
What we gon do
Indough neigh ah
Ah beautiful ismuss
Brazilian strings
A pretty lady
We sing ah song
But song don't
Sing me
We sing ah song
Of love!

Ate my Halloween candy
Brother is such a dandy
Why did he do it?
He’s a real misfit
I’ll feed him some bad brandy

Until he found out--

Without any doubt

Brandy while scribbling made vague lines pop!

Murphy and Brandy: the Love Dogs

Murphy is his name,
of a corgi mix
is he.

2004 we brought
Brandy home
she is a border-collie-chow mix.

Murphy fell in love
it was love
at first sight.

Brandy acts like
a brand new puppy,
she passed this on to Murphy.

Murphy is ten
had him since 1997
brandy is six
both act much younger.

Watching these two
brings much joy
as it does for them.

They both demand
our attention at same time
it is so hard to do.

Somehow we do it,
Murphy begs,
Brandy lies on her back.

They both do this
to get our attention
the more we laugh the more
they do it.

So much love these
two dogs have for us
and for each other.

We will enjoy every moment
until that dreadful day
but happy is this day
to have them both here.
