Best Blushingly Poems

Premium Member A Poet's Spring

Winter’s snowy mantel is quietly disappearing
Slowly he abdicates his reign until next year
This year’s queen is putting on her freshest dress
Every day its tender colors blushingly appear …

The heart of every hungry poet gladdens now
The joy of renewal must now be put to pen
What was a dream becoming reality once again
And words flow from that hidden place within…..

Frantically we write of fields of yellow daffodils
The lamb’s bleat, the new bud upon the branch
Emotions twist and turn about in springtime breezes
And happily we explore the flavors of this year’s romance…

Whispers

How can I ever forget the evening we first met
Under the twilight of placid sun about to set
When your sweet whispers ably set me afire
As I embraced in earnest your loving desire.

You held me close intently as if for ever
In language of sweet love eminently clever
Inviting the peeking moon to join our affair
As a distant star blushingly glared with flair.

Lyrics of our romance resonated in my ear
As rhythm of our hearts echoed with cheer
Revealing tenderly a tale of heavenly bliss
Singing sweet nothings with a passionate kiss.

Your urges grew steadily more meaningful
Each time your verses called me beautiful
Intimating fondly that I occupied your mind
Towering to heights only true love can find.

We told each other wishes always come true
For love we own is granted to a select few,
As happiness willingly resides in our hearts
Bonded with admiration that never departs.

As your eager vibes pronounce our love anew
Every word of passion draws me closer to you
Conveying me to fervent places I never knew
Craving for your touch as our feelings renew.

Discourse of love resonates with adoring smile
As we revel in romantic talk avidly fragile
And echo of our minds reverberates with a sigh
Enamored in angelic love that will never die.

Madame Scarecrow ***

Madame Scarecrow

First hair spa and salon returned complexion
I sat cross legged before my boss blushingly
Fingers quickly transcripting notes
While eyeing him coyly
With fashionista smudged moony eyes
Thought I was no less than the ultimate
Egyptian Queen Cleopatra
In the sultry heat the fan at high speed
Aired my valuable gel sprayed hair
The naughty little heart a-fluttering
Sang romantic lyrics of the dear sixties
Dictation over and my skeletony legs
Catwalked out of my Tom Cruise's office only
To be called back- an overwhelming retreat
Ego overflowing in every stray nerve
Porcupine gelled straws not in my office,
Please Madame Scarecrow?

The First Kiss

The first kiss.....

Some things in this world are not to be revealed…
They are the things that one should only feel.
I still remember our first kiss…
It was like a magical bliss.

You have been so close to me never before…
I hugged you tight to make you feel secure.
Your face rested down on my chest…
I could only feel your presence, ignoring the rest.

Slowly and blushingly you lifted your face…
I have never seen anyone with so much grace.
Your warm breath lighted up my senses…
I was eager to end all differences.

You came closer and looked into my eyes…
Your sight ran deep through my soul.
I leaned towards your lips and you towards mine…
Everything I was feeling was all divine.

The next moment I felt our lips unite to one…
I could feel your soft lips brushing on mine.
The taste of your lips ran through my every sense…
Our kissed progressed and passion grew intense.

I moved my hand on your back and rested at your waist…
I felt grip of your hand tighten on my hairs with haste.
The aroma of your lips was driving me crazy…
Lost in kiss I was about to get drowsy.

I pressed your lips under both my lips…
You too tasted my lips through this kiss.
My tongue tasted your lip’s sweet flavor…
This taste is going to linger for ever.

I pushed you against the wall…
Our lips were still fighting with all their soul.
Everything was fine but to my surprise…
I could see a tear rolling down your eyes.

You struggled to come more closer and pressed me against you…
Our heart beat seem to be one rather than two.
Your lips moved away from my lip…
Your fingers clutching my hair loosen their grip.

You moved your lips near my ears…
In a soft whisper you just said “I love you my dear”.
You have said this a number of times before…
But this time it was much more sure.
I just smiled and said “yes my angel I know”
And I hugged you more firmly with a silent promise to never let you go…

Rosary

Recently you descried that
the hands of mine were
full of crimson scars,
like the beads of a rosary.
”What are these wounds
on your palm?” you asked.
”Were they caused by
the elisabethian roses of your garden?”
I said nothing, just smiled blushingly,
but then later, while you fell asleep,
I leaned closely and whispered
my secret in your ears:
„In fact, all of these are
stigmatas of our love.
But possessing them makes me happy;
I wear them proudly.”

Simply I Feel If I Am Truely With God I Will Be Saved

I blushingly try to tune properly myself
for the mistake I do from any corners
The savior inner consciousness protects me
to save from unknown politics of non physical politicians
flow synonymously through the streams of deemed true thoughts
God the sailor sails the boat of my soul
He bless all the time in all the nice ways

Sometimes I fail before their strength
                                      because of own earned innocence
then I try to fly away from them with all earned strength
But they all color with their stronger strength differently
Though I am not with them what they know well
simply I feel, If am truly with God, certainly I will be saved

Wiser Than I

how could i have missed you?

you sat on the same bench

  in the same clothes

    in the same park

      for eternity.

but nowhere in the million years that i ran my errands:

   walk my dog

     walk my kids to school

       walk myself to work

did i consciously perceive you.

you were hidden behind frost-glazen branches

of a tree i could have sworn did not exist.

your faded yellow paint-peel covered jacket

was justified by a bench bare in patches.

the first day you weren't there,

my eye caught the empty bench

and i realized something was wrong.

and i wracked the crevices of my brain for an answer

and only then did i remember you:

the stillness of your contemplating face

in need of creme and a razor.

i blushingly realized that all this time

i had been intruding on your property,

walking in your park.

i'm sorry... i did not mean to disturb.

but you never returned since that fateful day,

and i wonder if the park

   the soil

     Nature

absorbed you, grasped you to its bosom.

and i wish that i had seen you

while you were still there.

trust me, i would have walked over to say hello

and asked you what you were thinking

  remembering

    understanding.

Priscilla

An elegant lady in high heels walking.
I caught her up, she was softly singing Elvis.
She looked at me, stopped singing,
And asked, "Are you lonesome"?
OMG, it was Priscilla, a quick thought I had,
Why didn't she add 'tonight'?
I felt myself floating, then I saw her gloating.
Next thing I knew was my mom asking,
"How did you get that lump on your head"?
Oh, how I wanted to say, "Priscilla,
an elegant lady kicked me out of my bed",
but pride got the better, I said. blushingly,
"I bumped into the bathroom door",
I mean, what else could an injured man say?

Your Visit To My Page

To day is very special day
For your promise to visit my page
Top to bottom I make it clean
Hastily I sit down to write a poem

But I forget what to write
heart beat runs fast
pen does not move
only the image I envisage
of your coming at my door step
with a sweet sound of your footsteps

you enter and sit upon the crown
what an elegant pose!
slowly your hand moves over the mouse
after refreshing your machine
you click on my name
with all beauty and grace
for a while I hold my breath
and wait to see what you say
first you smile then you type great
leaving me behind blushingly red.
