Best Attorney Poems
As a poet
you have the right
to remain silent.
If you give up that right.
Anything you say
can and will be used
in the court of public opinion.
You have the right to use
a computer keyboards.
If you cannot afford one,
a pen with a piece of paper
will be provided for you.
You have the right to speak like an Attorney,
to take your readers on a trip or a journey.
Giving them a feeling of anticipation.
Using words out of context or connotation,
or use long words like conversation.
You have the right to give feelings a voice,
to express yourself in every
kind and category of poetry,
or muster a musical group
like the one called Floetry.
You have the right, to recite, day or night
to speak out loud! in front of a crowd!
To make yourself heard!
With the freedom of the spoken word!
To stand and proclaim, to entertain,
Or choose the words to describe your pain!
You, have the right to complain.
Know that for you, no subject is taboo.
Only season your words with grace,
as you may have to eat them,
if they are thrown back in your face.
It's just the way I see life
Nothing to love hence nothing to hate
Bash whatever you like
It's just the way I see life
Nothing to hide hence nothing to lie
Speak whatever is in your mind
It's just the way I see life
Nothing to be afraid of hence nothing to avoid
Experience whatever you decide
It's just the way I see life
Nothing to yell hence nothing to repent
Express the mirth out from the worst essence of your life
It's just the way I see life
Nothing to greed hence nothing to shed
Welcome the evil even with a smile
It's just the way I see life
Nothing to plead hence nothing to obey
Honor the person what you are
It's just the way I see life
Nothing to dream hence nothing to expect
Whatever is coming is part of life
It's just the way I see life
No destiny hence no path
Walk where-ever your vision grasps
It's just the way I see life
Nothing to take hence nothing to give
Admire whatever you have
It's just the way I see life
No one to play with hence no one to blame
Go as you like
It's just the way I see life
Live yourself
Live and die.
BE CAREFUL WHO YOU GIVE POWER OF ATTORNEY TO,
COS THEY CAN TURN ON YOU, AND MAKE YOUR LIFE INTO HELL 2016
Frank hangs on the hook at University.
He willed his body to science.
Frank got a girlfriend carer 3 years ago, he was in love and signed the house over to her.
Steve his 60 year old son in Canada had become his Enduring Power of Attorney on a very rare visit to his dad.
Steve could not get into Australia, when he heard from his dad the house was gone, no money coming to him?
Steve screamed Fraud and used Franks Canada pension to get lawyered up and stop Frank from drawing an Aussie pension.
So Frank was penniless, the girlfriend Mary was banned from hospitals and nursing homes forthwith, even though Mary was the defacto.
So Frank sulked himself to death, refused to eat or take any medication, the nursing staff thought him demented, but he could still play chess and win when he had a computer online.
I emailed the nursing home att:, Sister so and so , also left them a message on the phone they don't answer, att: Sister so and so. Frank has no hearing aids so he can't hear you, he needs Mary to visit.
Mary a Maori woman was blacklisted from Canada and Frank died ...

I once knew a sleazy man, J. Ernie,
J. was a wild abusive attorney.
Killed his mob boss client,
looking so defiant-
Man was lucky all the cops were dirty!

NOW, NOW YOUNG PLAYER.
TIME IS MONEY,
MONEY IS TIME.
HOW MUCH MONEY,
DO YOU HAVE FOR MY TIME?
AS YOU CAN SEE,
I REQUIRE A FEE.
THE SIGN ON THE DOOR
READS ATTORNEY.
ONCE YOU PAY,
I ANSWER IN RHYME.
I'LL DO MY BEST,
TO ACCUMULATE TIME.
NOW, WHAT DO YOU HAVE?
I WANT IT ALL.
I DON'T PLAN ON STOPPING,
TILL YOUR BACK'S ON THE WALL.
NOW THAT YOUR BROKE,
I'LL CREATE YOU A FILE.
YOU'LL GO HOME AND WAIT,
THIS COULD TAKE ME A WHILE.
I'LL STUDY YOUR CASE,
DECIDE HOW TO GO.
WE'LL TAKE IT TO COURT,
I'LL PUT ON A SHOW.
Yesterday my attorney once again reminded me
Legal battles are not fought to win
They invite us to not lose any more than we already have,
now that the battle lines are so toxically
traumatically
dissociatively
protagonist v antagonist
drawn
And ready to plunge
and wound vital neuro-root systems
Designed for compassion
and pleasure;
not dispassion
and displeasure.
So, retributive justice systems
are not healthy or satisfying systems
when our goals include restoring peace.
Restoring inside and outside peace outcomes
engage restorative mediation
cooperative co-investment
in stopping chronic trauma
To restart freedom to forgive
myself v Other
for what went dis-relationally wrong,
to reduce future risky triggers
And freedom to re-member
re-connect
re-associate
myself and Other
for what went co-intelligently right,
to seduce future peace
and passion
and pleasure opportunities
in NonOthering pastures.
As it is for the individual goose,
so may it be for the uncivil partisan gander,
Right v Left
chronic polarizing retribution dander
Does not constitutionally protect
depolarizing restorative justice
for religiously peaceful non-slander
Because legal and moral
and ethical and religious battles
are not fought to win peace,
they merely invite civil-ians to not lose any more
democratic climate health remediation
than we already have.
All were ready for the journey,
With us a funny attorney!
Each time he spoke dropped the funny
Like comedians out for money.
"No beauty is spared the horny"
"Life of knotted ties less thorny,
When from lips proceeds The Corny".
An easy-going Attorney!
Guess I could what he was doing:
For more peace among men suing.
I was to learn his name: Sunny
Who'd in Music worked for Sony...
To him I gave the name Bunny
And pledged to call when it's sunny.
a.“so tell me. did you do it?”
c.“of course i did it. i wouldn’t be talking to you if i hadn’t.”
a.“well, that’s not necessarily true. you still could’ve been brought in as a possible
suspect---right now there is no reason that anyone would think that you did it, as opposed to any of the others they’ve got.”
c.”you’re saying i’d need representation no matter what, right?”
a.”i’m saying that if you didn’t do it, you would need someone to convince them of that fact, yes---besides yourself.”
c.”ah, what a wonderful country we live in.”
a.”it is what it is. some don’t allow you to prove your innocence, they just say you are guilty.”
c.”but i am guilty, if that’s how you want to phrase it.”
a.”well, how else would you phrase it? you either did it or you didn’t.”
c.”i would say that i committed a just act in a world of injustice.”
a.”o….k. well, as your attorney, i would advise you right now to keep from uttering
reasons for your acts to anyone but me.”
Dear, Attorney Ambrose
What Caroline has been forced to indure has at the very least been detrimental to her brain development?
Her frontal lobes being at best seventy five percent if that developed.
Having been since I've been gone,
has caused her to be emotionally abused that has produced either heightened or prolonged activation of the stress system that will result in her later-life behavior.
And the bogus attempt to mollify me, based on my own abused experiences, leaves me with that sour taste,
the taste of disgust that one knows when being told to achieve an out come, that you already know.
Psychological expert's are now more sure than ever as to how these early-life experiences change the brain,
any reasonably intelligent person now knows
that the brain responds by changing its structure, gene expression, and function.
And to dismiss this reasonable argument should prohibit anyone who thinks else wise, from having
or playing a role in my daughters still developing mind.
Would you not agree?
How do we help a traumatized child recover?
There is no magical insight about an individual untrained in child abuse and their future behavior as was just recently tried in court by untrained D.C.F. worker's opining as to why Caroline was Baker acted.
Or that Caroline could understand the ramifications of her actions,
other than to find a way to extradite her self from that her group home surrounding's.
Where self reporting as you suggested, would in the future find her.
Right?
Instead, heightened caregiving and therapy involving social behavior is now the key.
Unfortunately all have for year's have known that Karen has never possessed the where with all
to change her self destructive behavior.
Attorney Ambrose, we are all social creatures, and our social interactions in early life design the brain to greatly influence the person that we will one day become.
Please Respond!
Sincerely,
James McLain
God always hinted
What we did He consented
to church se sprinted
went on long journey
while God was our attorney
our sins would bury
when we would grapple
God did give us an apple
took with to chapel
we looked way out far
Saw God who is shining star
in Carolina tar
born in land of free
God was like a shining sea
flowing over me
while sitting on shore
God made rain which would pour
He made more and more
Dear Attorney Mollow,
The autumn winds rise soft around me, rustling the pages of my soul as I sit beneath a sky as tender as the heart you seem to carry.
I look upon the beauty of this life, the fleeting sweetness of days unfurling like petals on a rose, and my heart swells with gratitude—for it all, Atty Mollow, for the quiet joys and even the sorrows that shape us.
This life is a song, and I, merely a note, vibrating in harmony with the unseen chords of existence.
I have often written of sadness, of longing, but it is in the quiet moments that I have found something deeper—gratitude that rises from the earth itself.
For it climbs within me, filling every hollow, every empty space that once echoed with yearning, my soul.
I am grateful, Atty Mollow, for the mornings gilded with light, for the whispers of nature that have sung to me since childhood, and for the connection between souls that transcend time and space—such as ours.
How fortunate we are, not just to live, but to feel, to witness beauty in the delicate weave of the world.
I sense in you the same wonder, the same deep-rooted thankfulness for what is and what might yet be.
Do not let your heart grow heavy with the weight of the world's troubles, for they, too, are threads in the grand tapestry.
Each moment, each breath, is a gift. How could we be anything but grateful?
From the bottom up—from the soles of my feet, grounded in the earth, to the crown of my spirit, reaching toward the stars—I am grateful.
I think you understand this truth, for it pulses in your words, in the way you move through this life with quiet grace and reverence.
If this thought could I think to a Judge,
I am great full.
May your heart continue to rise like the morning sun, shining its light upon all that it touches.
With gratitude,
James McLain
My voice is filled with broken tremors,
As I describe the layers of my pain.
Each breath blows out the bitter emptiness,
And I hear myself going insane.
I interact with demons I battle,
And I force them into submission.
Only one of them continues breathing,
But it bleeds until the end of my mission.
I tie it up with the cords of my pain,
And let it listen to the sounds of disaster.
I describe my life since our introduction,
And why for years I called it my master.
I shout out my story until i am hoarse,
And he laughs at the way I relate.
My story is savage enough to reach,
All of those who are left to this fate.
I was fortunate enough to run solo,
For the majority of my addiction.
Although my loved ones were witnesses,
It was them who suffered my affliction.
They felt every tie that I severed,
Because it was them who shed the most tears.
Every attempt at improving my status,
Got me arrested and set me back years.
When the violence took a dark turn,
I woke every morning drenched in my sweat.
The blood stains and physical evidence,
Scared off every attorney I met.
I sought shelter when forced on the run,
As my demons were finally set free.
Once they realized they had control,
It seemed every week I was copping a plea.
My world revolved around a chemical,
After a dangerous liquid laid claim first,
I flooded my body with poisonous fluids,
But the substances added were the worst.
I've flirted with recovery in the past,
But I'm currently struggling with the meaning.
It seems the concept of sobriety is foreign,
But I'll fight to give my system a cleaning.
The Thankful Attorney
9/2/2023
“Grateful I went to university,” he whispered.
So joyful was he for his sparkling new office..
He smiled, just recalling nights as a waiter!
He’d walk home, in snow deep winters.
A man of dreams, far from a complainer.
Gratefulness sang songs in his blood.
God gave him the strong gift of ambition.
To serve his fellow man, he was indeed.fated.
That night, in his office ,he stunned the stars.
Bursting with pure joy,he had do sing.
“Amazing Grace, how good thou art!”
His life, as an Attorney. off to a munificent start!

Poem 2
“In My Own Style”
By day she walks among the weary streets,
With quiet strength, her heart a steady flame,
In every gaze, a thousand stories meet,
She knows their pain, though they won't speak her name.
Her hands are soft but firm with gentle care,
They wipe away the sorrows of the night,
A whispered word, a balm to calm despair,
Her presence turns the dark to tender light.
No cry unheard, no soul too lost to find,
She bears their weight, yet never bends her spine,
For kindness flows like rivers from her mind,
She serves not for herself, but what's divine.
And though her heart breaks with the world each day,
Her empathy renews, love shows the way.
