Backstabber Poems

Premium MemberChoosing A Genuine Leader

Choosing a genuine leader
Is a dauntingly difficult task
To constitutionally ask
Uninformed voters
To vote their conscience.
Such a practice defies science
And natural common sense.
That too many followers lack
And where criminals hack
The convoluted system
With a simple leaf
Of a fragile stem.
It is hard to catch the thief
The convicted felon, the liar or the backstabber
Who lies like a hot fryer.
It not

Adulting

When the control is in your hand,
you should know when to stop and when to use,
no matter what it is: words or weapons.
Otherwise, it will destroy the controller:
like, someone is stabbing the holder's back
by bending the holder's hand.

Like, the truth you had said
thinking the listener is your friend,
but later found

Backstabber

You betrayed me.
I never thought you would.
I was there for you all the time,
I let you talk to me if you needed to,
I let you call me if you needed to.
I cared about you when no one else did.
I ignored the “warnings” that people told me about you.
I defended you when everyone was against you.

Backstabber

Are you happy spreading misery,
distrust what you embrace

More joyful when the skies are dark,
than bright on sunny days

Is truth a tool you wield and fling,
a weapon in your hand

Love what looms and threatens most,
to never understand

Are feelings there for you to trash,
with others left to cry

A promise made but left unkept,
much worse than any

Backstabber

It would’ve been better if you had slapped me
Right across the face
It would’ve been kinder if you had told me
“This is my own case”
But instead you went behind my back
And drove a knife right through me
Both my faith and trust, you now lack
Desert!
 And leave me be

Oh! had you told me your thoughts
That I may

Backstabber

You said you were my friend,
You said you would never do that.
You said you didn't like him.
Well I don't think you are my friend,
And you did do it.
And actually you do like him.

Now you're a backstabber,
And I'm the back-stabbed.
Thanks I see how it is.
Whatever, I guess were not really friends.

Backstabber

you're a backstabber sweetie. Sorry but it's true
and honestly, you lack swagger too
who do you think you are
some kind of superstar
it's a small VERY town honey
and soon you WILL get knocked to the ground
you steal my friends and act all sweet
but honey wait, soon you will get beat
you called me names, you racist b+itch
but I

Backstabber

The moon seems somehow hollow tonight;
It’s light ghostly and intangible –
It peers at me like a baleful eye, marking me out
Spotlighting my sad state of solitude
‘Look at you, all alone,’ it mocks, in clangorous tones,
‘See how he has deserted you – the one who ruled your world.’
Oh yes…see how he
