Winter Best

Had you grabbed
     His winter Best
  Sadly play
     Along work in time

Hadn't may gone to say
In no time flat, near that pad
       Taking orders

Fill me in, doll, when's the dance
       dead romance
            spin my world

Watching news justice in the print
         Four days a month
             Where he goes
     God only knows
           While he plays
               On my nerves
        Down the hall
           Dastardly fine by signs

     Coming down
        Before my blues
    Get misused

      Christmas pals, to the end
Eggs and toast, all the don'ts
      Pave my rent
          On the house
        Lives out of ink

       Please have mine

Nothing in a good name
        For now

To unique soul

Oh! Divine soul,
You are pure,
You are honest,
This is your power,
What if the dark,
Clouds are encircled,
Upon the horizon,
Of life, What if, the
light of luck seems,
Dim dull, the spark
Of you soul one day,
Will lit the sun of
Hope and light will,
Spread all where,
Oh! Divine soul,
You are the hope,
For those who are
Alone under black
Shadow of conspiracy,
Of wicked people,
Suffering badly.
Your story will be a
Moral to those,
Who need light,
In this darkest world.
Don't dim as your,
Light is lighten the,
Fifes of the dark world,
God Made you,
Unique to be stand,
Uniquely in the dead,
Sea like a light, to show,
Path to the ships, who.
Lost the way in the
Darkest stormy nigh.

the philosopher

the philosopher

The ambulance helicopter
landed on a field near the houses
and upset the mule who was
considering the philosophy of
Bernard Henry-Levy.
It had just reached the conclusion
The man was a featherweight
thinker, but looked good in his
a dark blue velvety suit.
When the clatter of the chopper
subsided, it wondered how many
doctor titles and universities do
A man needs to be careful before turning into an idiot.

Sacrifice, Spillage

Italics, seek to emphasize.
Sacrifice, thy spill.
Seer and prophet, inner eyes.
Oracle, see nil.

Happiness, thy fate is doom.
Engraved on a tomb.
Belladonna, thy full bloom.
Heart of mine? No room...

Wind, carry the sparks of fire.
Cicadas, shriek loud.
Blessed is a dark desire?
Humble thus the proud.

Union of tomorrow?
It's got to start today.
Soil, what is thy sorrow?
Whene'er I blow away.

Castle weighted down with ice?
Well, 'twill stop a siege.
Penury, plight, poison, price.
Light a match, my liege.

Wicker man, thy nick'ring mare.
Fingernails to pare.
Death arises from despair?
Bet I'll see you there.

Hair beneath a river's flow?
Warrior, you slipped.
Gold: the reason all men go!
Quahog, how you quipped!

Tympani, train thy temper.
Tomorrow, tamarisk.
Tale and talent, take the tour.
Time the torrent brisk...

Premium Member Things are Heating Up

What was that?

No Darlin', I'm listening!

Yes, you have my complete attention!

You want me to do what?

Right now?

Before dinner?

Wow...that sounds hot!

I know, we never tried that before.

No, I'm not afraid of spicing things up!

No, I'm not afraid of experimenting,

It's just that...I don't know if I can take the heat!

Of course I love you!

I love you more each day!

Okay then, if you want it hot, then hot it shall be!

Your every wish is my command!

So...habeneros instead of jalapenos in the chili then, huh?

Ooh Baby, that does sound hot!...But...we might pay the price tomorrow!

When You're Old

When You're Old

On a special night when you are old and waiting for sleep
Remember my battles and this appointment you promised to keep

Take out these pages my love and slowly read
Of the days gone past good times and dream of the love we need

Feel the warmth of our embraces, see the looks of love in our eyes
Dream of the good times we shared before the dark shadows came and the day dies

Surrender to passions throws beneath a blanket of stars aglow
Relive the surges of love's desires that did once grow

Give yourself again to those gladdest moments of lusts grace
Shared with this one man that loved every expression on you beautiful face

Premium Member take me to your leader

"take me to your leader," the robot said to the six-year-old
Max was super thrilled.
He had never met a robot before.
Can I get him an ice cream? He asked Grandma
Grandma gave him the money.

“Here is my leader,” he told the robot, handing him a double dipped cone.
The robot lifted his helmet and began to eat.
This is the best leader I have ever met, he told the child.
Grandma snapped a photo, so there was proof.
A little child led the alien that day.

In the Quiet, We Rise

There are days I drag my shadow slow,
heart too heavy, yet I go;
tears become my secret rain,
washing corners full of pain.
I smile though broken cracks appear,
a mask of strength to hide the fear;
but deep inside a fire burns,
a lesson whispered life still turns.

Some nights I cry, my chest is sore,
asking, must I fight once more?
The silence answers with a sting,
yet still my tired hands will cling.
I stumble, curse, and taste the dust,
but rising feels like sacred trust;
each breath declares, though frail, unsure,
this fragile heart will still endure.

I laugh sometimes through bitter skies,
with tears still fresh beneath my eyes;
for even grief can teach us grace,
and carve new light upon the face.
Love reminds me I belong,
that weakness too can still be strong;
and though the weight may bend my knees,
I rise again the choice is me.

So when the world demands I fall,
I stand, I stand, I stand through all;
not flawless, no, but fully human,
aching, breaking, yet still moving.
The road is hard, but I’ll not hide,
for storms will pass, and I’ll survive.
This is my truth, my battle cry:
I live, I love, I fail, I try.

Allow, Acrobat

Physics, allow. Acrobat.
Flip and fling out far.
God a-ancient of the cat!
Slip under the bar!

Why not you? Indeed,O crew!
Crown me and be done!
Witches' brew? O deadly stew!
Anoint, O my son!

Thunderbolts of justice!
Rain on everything!
Horticulture, thy poultice!
Grow inside the ring!

Tympani of torment?
It pounds inside my head.
Queen Dido, thy fierce lament!
Words the prophet said!

Allosaurus, omen.
O oracle, thy song.
Blistering blight? Bane? Bowmen.
Sad stifled are the strong...

Slick like hatchet handles!
O wound in heart, glisten!
Ten thousand foot tall candles!
Dark dirge, play. I'll listen.

Cold the core and chain! Cord!
Calderas, fill with heat!
Warrior, upon thy sword!
Sickly smell the sweet!

Troubadour, toil. Sacred the soil.
Blasphemy to boil.
River, raise up. Rill, rue. Roil.
Fate a-full, thy foil...

Shadow, Sail

O my shadow, sail away.
Be thou far from me.
Morning deadly, thou art grey.
Poison, hear my plea.

Torn apart, O tones of time?
Nerves inside us, roil.
Countenance of bitter crime!
Belladonna, boil!

River, in thy deepest cave.
Giant, see thy grave.
Sidewalk cracked and needing pave.
Savior, time to save.

Armies of forgotten gone!
Tend thy fiercest rage!
Blackout, blossom! O my swan!
Broken, O my cage!

Automaton, mad machine!
Envy turned them green!
Roundabout run red! I deen?
Just what have I seen?

Moon above, thy fullest.
Lunatic, thy fringe.
Fill the brazen bull? Best!
Murder, on the binge!

Great queens, from thy black abyss!
Give the end a kiss!
Such a night! What lurked in this?
Serpent, time to hiss!

Hope, accrue? What do we do?
Magnetize the flue!
Stick together just like glue!
Make the whole world new...

I once knew a cowboy named Stew
Riding broncs caused him to ahchoo
The broncs didn’t care
Bucking in the air
It was all they knew how to do

Ghost Ships

Ghost ships come alive on dreamy oceans,
Where we, in the guise of little children,
Are allowed to explore
Each and every mast, rigging and knot.
We are.

I become Errol Flynn, Harrison Ford, and Rudolph Valentino all rolled into one.
You take on the form of our favorite leading lady,
Now we get to save your ass
From the villainous Blackbeard.
Even Captain Hook has his hand in on trying to stop us.

Out comes that shiny sword--
Light as a toothpick and silver.
We slash down the sails onto the rabid pursuers
Then bloodlessly skewer them into inaction.
We free you again and again.

Don't be cool
Hate aloof
Cliche Spending is slow reading headlines
Lettings, yourself conceited
I wouldn't encourage feelings if me
Just raising the literacy rates
With Irish American letters is all time

Introverting caution
Lived from wars before my own ink

On copy desk before rents talked about
