I saw a glimpse of her wedding dress,
she stepped barefoot on the shore grass.
The sea roared like at Venus’s birthday,
Milky foam covered the wave’s way.
A cherub flew between us with haste.
The whirlwind playing around her waist
Lifted his lost feathers, round like a bell,
Her face rosy, her gaze blazed and fell,
She saw me spying and from above
Shadows came dressing her with love,
Raindrops covered her youthful face,
Blessing us against a vile disgrace:
A wedding dress remains a mystery,
even if in a foreshadowing reverie.
Marriage is a deal
It gives love’s recognition
It is a blessing
It paves the way for more care
For each other in the world
The priest stares towards the new blushing bride
A question in his old eyes
Replaced by a sweet smile
Gives her delicate hand to waiting groom
Blessing their pious union
With a holy red scarf
As you stand here before God,
Now may he stand beside you.
May you and your family be blessed in all that you do.
May your family find love as your hearts twine as one.
May your journey thru life follow the light he has shone.
Together you’re stronger than ever apart.

A Wedding
Let the bells ring!
Let the bells sound!
For today, in this place,
Hope and love abound.
You are united
As husband and wife,
You embark together
To build a new life.
A life rich and full
As your love for each other,
To share anew,
With sister and brother.
People will know when they see you
How content you are,
Fulfilled in your love
Your dreams have reached a star.
For there is no feeling
With greater expanse,
Than the feeling of love
A woman has for a man.
May God bless this union
With a blessing of love,
May He watch over you
Tenderly from above.
You and me,
we were ment to be,
