Contest Description

What to Submit?

I'm having a buggy summer, wasps, chiggers, mosquitos, spiders, etc., and when I'm outside, I am being devoured and I've the lumps to prove it.  Write me a funny Tanka about summer bugs.   If you're having a buggy summer, please tell me about it; I do not want to feel alone in this itchy crisis.

Your Tanka does not have to adhere to 5/7/5, as long as each Tanka is under 17 syllables.  Yes, it can be a chain of up to three Tanka if you prefer.  The funnier your Tanka is, the more it will take my mind off of itching.
