Collaboration - Anyone interested?

Hello, my fellow poets!

I'm looking for a few people to collaborate with me on a poem on the theme of "early spring." I don't know about you, but the sight of the snow melting has lifted my spirits considerably! (I'm sure I just jinxed myself and there will be a blizzard here tomorrow.)

The form will be couplets - 10 syllables per line. If you are interested, please soupmail me with one couplet on this theme. Once I've received nine couplets (ten including my own), I will post the poem, giving credit to everyone who contributed. Whoever contributes is free to post the poem too, of course!

I hope everyone is having a wonderful morning/afternoon/evening (depending on where you live - it's evening for me.)
