Kindness is the quality or state of taking an active interest in the welfare of others; friendly and helpful acts or favors.
We are very close to completing the selection of the poems to include in our current anthology.
We started by reading every one of the almost 2000 poems submitted to the anthology. We picked out the ones we considered to be worthy of inclusion.
After we read all of the poems, we went back through and read all of the poems that we initially rejected. We wanted to make sure that we noticed all worthy inclusions. During this process, we added more poems to the selected list.
Now, we are reading the poems that we selected for inclusion again. We will filter out poems that we feel should be excluded.
We hope to have the final selections by the end of this weekend.
