no connection meets connected
a merger begins completely unexpected to both
conversations are endless journeys
anecdotes are educational sessions during indecisive weather
friendship is created and built without judgment
love is discovered and earned the continuance of learning
poems are written by a multicolored pen called Time
twelve years later, we laugh at the love scars decorated with festive confetti
as we sit here holding each other on this moderate spring day,
we tease each other about the silver linings and the touches of grey
then that song by that group starts to play out of nowhere and we laugh joyfully
yes, we did indeed get by.......We Survived.......

I’ve been guarded by a visceral veil,
a sea of debris is what’s left of me-
Under sapphire skies I used to set sail;
now, anyone but me… I wish to be.
Uprooted in wonder with manic eyes,
with resonating radiance of depth-
Disguise of lies whispers none but goodbyes,
failing to encompass my farewell breath.
Ivory light shines when pain disappears,
but after one moment it pours once more-
I’m enveloped in solitude with fears
on the dirt floor missing those I adore.
Silence reflected what I neglected-
so melancholy and unconnected.

Silence is a void thing the tides like the most
Shadow of wrecked boat dances with the ghost
Sailor guest fails to find the way to the host.
Layers of unconnected sentences
Tied in forced rhyme of no sense?
Are they really
If stitched deeply?
i stand here today without my heart connected to yours with love unconnected our
hearts are and knowing u believe i dont care dont love u make my heart the
worse
it can be our hearts not going on together forever no more our hearts are now
split away from each other the connection has been broken an our hearts wont
roam together in the heaven gates together
but on different sides of it all we will watch down on all the hearts that we once
saw our self hearts connected on different sides and watch them grow with love
forever an always on different sides...our Unconnected Hearts
She sits in a daze.
Out into space she stares.
Julie’s unconnected.
She was not always this way.
She was once full of life, and joy.
But now a days Julie’s unconnected.
I wish I knew what happened to my friend.
I wish I knew why the light in her eyes that once
shined so bright is now so dim.
I wish I knew why Julie’s unconnected.
The doctors have no real answers.
So they just fill her up with pills.
They say that she’ll one day connect again.
I hope they’re right because I miss Julie’s light.
Well, I’ll sit with her and talk to her until she comes
back. Because that’s what a real friend does.
