Zen mode

present here now in the life flow continuum 
ego shorn, here now reborn, we wish
not quite due to memory imagery
silence enables, ego disables
we oscillate in between
without struggling 
being immune

ego dies, we rise
light of Self revealed
deeper yet, the noumena
presence at peace in the void
inexplicably descends in turbidity
to feel colourations of stark contrast
yet finding a blissful rhythm in the storm

Zen mode

if we attempt to shift into silence
does it not signal a movement 
from turbidity to tranquility 
implying aversion to noise
wherein we feel not whole
and so seek to reconnect
with essence of presence 
in a continuum of stillness 
that we rest in heart’s abode
reuniting with truth of our being

Zen Mode

innate affinity cajoles
desire and aversion
to celebrate life

head-heart discord
creates turbidity
stifling joy

sparkling spontaneity 
childlike innocence 
is our nature

allow love to blossom

A Far Cry

A far cry; ascent, unless we decry
Fearful desires that makes loving heart sigh
Know, oh hermit, we are our tormentor 
Both, the meek prisoner and fierce captor 
Deaf to voice of conscience, as love draws nigh

Free soaring spirit, reaches for the sky
Living life fully, before we do die
Let’s make not merger, with The Creator
A far cry

This world of contrast, has both lows and highs
Ours is but to do, not to reason why
In silence and stillness, meditator
In midst of turbidity, placater
Is as yet the life we lead, a deep lie
A far cry

As We Sit Still

as we sit still, befriending deep silence
melding with the void, surrendering will
presence forges with love, an alliance 
divine magnetic currents, bliss instils

when earth life shapes us, upon the anvil
our mind body encounters turbulence
yet cave of our heart, is always tranquil 
as we sit still, befriending deep silence

thoughts rested, no ego looking askance
our emptiness leaves no room for evil
paving way for divine entwined parlance 
melding with the void, surrendering will

cyclic thoughts make mountains out of molehills
throwing our head and heart out of balance
thus turbidity continues until
presence forges with love, an alliance 

inner alignment, bubbling innocence 
negating worldly cacophony shrill
in harmony with the voice of conscience 
divine magnetic currents, bliss instils

oh hermit, joy makes easy, path uphill
when we place upon God, full reliance 
dwellers of void, drink nectar to their fill
with bliss bursting forth, in continuance 
as we sit still

What Is Real

Myriad thought forms manifest bubbles
That which lower mind calls reality
Yet desire precedes thought, a truth simple

If desire springs from geniality
What arises from love, is elation
Whilst narrow cravings birth turbidity

Gods worlds, epitome of perfection
Contrasted by utter chaos upon earth 
Methinks, ego cause of agitation

Joy to us innate, flowing, bubbling mirth
We seem to have lost track, along our way
Take refuge, oh hermit, in hearts warm hearth

Life after life, we continue to sway
Immersed in illusions, borne of our mind
Life beauteous, yet all we see is grey

Exit from delusion, easy to find
Staring at us in the void of silence
Pristine stillness frees us from ego bind

Born free, forever free, in innocence 
No anchor for rancour or stagnation
In continuum of divine parlance 

Clear light dawns, when thus in meditation 
One with God and with entire creation

Ancient Hermetic Wisdom

Looking around in wonderment
Boundless is our astonishment 
Pulse of duality abounds
Within time-space merry-go-round
In part real and in part a dream
As throb of the universe streams
Both void and manifestation
Turbidity and cessation
We know not yet how we got here 
Neutral to doctrines and scriptures
Yet immersed in limitation
By polarity rotation
We may exit this game inane
Reclaiming innate bliss unstained
Detachment holds key to freedom
Pathway to enter Gods kingdom

Distilled Attention

That that is, is as is, hiding in plain view and yet unless we renew essence of presence in childlike innocence, we cannot savour the flavour of the nectar divine till we choose to align. Thus resting thought turbidity, we nestle in tranquil serenity. In silence & stillness.

flavour of fragrance 
is now richer and deeper
elixir divine

Turbidity

plunged into a conflict not of our choosing
silence & stillness of spirit loving radiance
light house holding steady path signalling
to those choosing to align with conscience 

in midst of battle a few scars are inevitable
yet outer impacts not the glow of our heart
stillness continuum a God bestowed miracle 
the love divine holding all within none apart

if perchance lower urgings arise & manifest
cognitive eye single views it in astonishment 
vaporised presence simply takes it as a jest
still in the vibrant void in blissful contentment

Stupor

Recognising our stupor
in constant renewal within
holding us in hypnotic trance
as each thought train begins

Dream images self conjured
seemingly unwilled
how we respond therein
signals if attention be distilled

Likewise for the waking state
opting for a stillness continuum 
yet when immersed in turbidity
begins to sway the pendulum 

Trapped thus within the matrix
of illusions begetting delusion
prayerful resolve to stand erect
becomes an unending meditation

Unwavering Devotion

Silence and solitude
In turbidity & multitude
Unfettered emptiness 
Vibrant with blissfulness 
Images unfold 
As foretold
As a bliss mist
We do not resist
Rather spread fragrance 
Of love in innocence 

The fact that we are here
Savouring the bliss flavour
Signals ego residue within
Requiring us to re-begin
Meditation in a continuum 
To slow the pendulum 
Of fickle attention
Yet mired in stagnation
So we sit quietly
Blossoming magically

In stillness

Transmutation of Consciousness

Lucid feeling within void of cessation
with purity of loving intent
throb of presence innocent
though no object as recipient remains

Reoriented thus is-ness of being-ness
both fearless and exuberant
with bliss it’s native element 
feels turbidity experientially in stillness 

Satva in permanence becomes Tamas 
in as our default orientation 
our reflex now loving elation
with renewal of bliss ignition continuous

Repeated immersion
Into earth life turbidity
Tests our identification 
With transient duality

Adding to our woes
Is mind-body limitation 
Choosing stillness slow
Restores bliss elation

The degree of difficulty
Rises moment to moment 
Consciousness stability
Determines bliss quotient 

Dream seeming like reality
If response be detachment 
Bliss renewal in continuity 
Flows in quiet contentment

There will be calm 
As also turbidity
Loves healing balm
Granting serenity 

Not the event per say
Rather our reaction
Choosing not to sway
There is no association 

Temptation & seduction
Harmless in the void
Pulse of bliss elation
Is where we be overjoyed 

The embrace and release
From external happenings 
As gently flows the breeze
Carefree spirit celebrating
